Whoa! What do we have here at BevMo!??? I have seen them at the Colonies Crossroads in Upland and at the Glendora Marketplace in Glendora/San Dimas. I have always been curious about what they sell. Do they only sell beverages? If yes, what kind? Well, my curiosity has been answered! I took the 1st step and entered the BevMo! in Glendora/San Dimas. Boy, do they sell more than just beverages! I was so WOWed and amazed at the end of my visit. Upon entry, I saw the left side with spirits, wine, champagne, craft beers, sodas, and so much more. You'll find so many amazing and neat products such as party accessories, glassware, barware, gourmet snacks, frozen foods, cigars, gifts, and again so much more. I walked every aisle as I was curious and in awe. I even saw See's Candies and Tony's Chocolonely for the chocolate lovers. I was short on time. Otherwise, I would have stayed and perused longer. I did pick up a bag of Reese's pretzels (tastes pretty good) and some fig crackers (haven't tried them yet). I will definitely return here and/or check out other BevMo! locations now that I know what they truly sell. They are a BIG convenience store with lots of goodies and surprises. Thanks BevMo! This seems like a newer location, cleaner than most and seems new! The customer service was ok. As soon as I walked in, I asked the cashier for a specific drink; twisted tea light, there was no one around and he was very bad at directions- after some time I found it. It would've taken 2 mins to walk me to the aisle. Nonetheless, this particular location feels very cluttered and the deals terrible. Store is adding too much for inventory, why would someone want to go Bevmo and purchase overpriced laundry detergent? (missing star) But they do offer food, not exactly... but items to make a decent to exceptional charcuterie board. read more

Went to Bev Mo because I had some gift cards that had been sitting around. Since Total Wine opened up nearby I had not been in awhile. I was so disappointed by their limited selection. When compared to TWM they didn't have the lesser known vendors from tequila and bourbon spirits. They had the usual commercialized and mass produced that no longer seem to corner the market. I was able to find something that worked and upon paying, they wanted to scan my id. I told them they can review it and inspect it but not scan it. Not knowing how to deal with it a manager came and said it was policy. In looking up the policy it is discretionary based on the store, which was confirmed by corporate. Long story short, I walked out and they lost a sale for wanting to take my personal info off my license. They say no information gets copied. State law doesn't require scanning of a license when buying alcohol. I say do better Bev Mo!good thing TWM is so much better and doesn't require your license being scanned. read more

I was looking for a very specific bourbon and called multiple BevMo! locations. Most calls were very brief and I had a feeling some did not bother to check. I ended up calling the Glendora location and was amazed with their customer service. Not only did they have what I was looking for, Isiah made me feel welcomed even before I got to their branch. He recognized me right away and walked with me to get what I was looking for. I ended up needing a few more things and Ashley took over to help. She was equally great too. This branch has excellent custom service. I'm not really a big fan of BevMo!'s other locations, but I'll definitely be back to this one. read more

It's my first time to visit glendora branch. I went there to pick up an online order. The store has wide selection of liquors. It is a very organized store. I enjoyed walking through aisles. They have many aisles for canned food and snacks. Frozen section that have vegan products. They have desserts, ice cream, soda , cheese. I saw also cigar collection next to the cashiers. I was lucky because I found out they have buy one get the second one for 5 cent. So I bought 2 Italian wine bottles for the price of one . Also, I bought cookies and cream ice cream twix bar which was delicious. You can open a reward card to accumulate points. The staff was super nice and cooperative. I recently made a pitstop at this store to buy supplies for a large event that I was hosting. I had a meeting in this area, so conveniently, I decided to come here. When walking in, I wasn't sure what I was in the market for. All I knew is I needed mixers and whatever was on sale. This place was well stocked and organized, so it made for an easy visit to see exactly what was marked down for the time being! I hadn't placed anything in my cart yet, so an awesome sales staff had approached me and asked me a few questions. In five minutes, my cart was full and I was ready to hit the road, thanks to that guy. I was able to buy two box full of mixers for under $40! PSA: Check out their 5 cent wine sale! always visit here for a quick grab & go, the location is close by to the 24 hr gym so it is nice and easy to stop by to stock up soju for the weekend. First time to this location. Hugh store with thousands of choices. Asked one of the staffs where were the items needed, she was able to point to the locations right away. Check out lady was pretty courteous also, she was trying to help someone else standing steps away from the counter (no merchandise on hand), when asked to help us first bcs we had a baby in the car, she did. read more

Wish you could give them a no star. After reading other negative reviews about their customer service, it is shocking how this Bevmo has the same repeat response all the negative review but don't take any action because it seems it is continuing to occur more and more. I had a really bad experience here with how the staff treated me, after I was told yes you can bring it back with your receipt unopened bottle if you think you might have it already. After purchasing over $100, I already had the two bottles one non alcoholic decided to go the next day to return, noticing she wasn't being very helpful and the transaction was taking so long and she asked for every id phone number she could on me. I made a comment this is a slow transaction, she snapped and starting just verbally attacking me. She stated "I don't have to do any returns I don't want to and became very rude, Bemvo gives us the right to do whatever we want. The next day as I spoke to the manager, he didn't even care to listen to my side of the store, basically told me I already spoke to my superiors and I am good standing, don't really care. I did end up returning the item at another location in Orange county, the transaction was so simple, I wasn't asked for ID, it went back to my credit card. As a person who has worked in retail, I would never treat a customer especially someone who busy a lot, just wanted a simple return only for $20, after spending $100. Please watch out there are 3 girls very very very rude and lazy and don't really want o help, then the it goes back to the Store manager, name Jeff, very rude of course it always go to the manager bad manager always make all the employees bad. I come to Bevmo on a frequent basis, especially during the 5 cent wine sale (wished they had a 5 cent liquor or 5 cent beer sale too). This Bevmo is located in the same plaza as AMC, Corner Bakery, Staples and Bed, Bath & Beyond (actually right next to it). There is plenty of parking, so parking really shouldn't really be a problem. Anyways, this Bevmo is adequately stocked with all the booze you could want, have plenty of friendly employees available when you need them, have quick free wifi available for use while you peruse the aisles for the alcohol of your choice and also this place has drink ware & other supplies for your party needs in case you forget to buy some. I always receive excellent customer service here every time I frequent. One example was when I came during their 5 cent wine sale. One of the wines I wanted to try was a chocolate flavored wine and they only seemed to be one left in the store. So the manager that was helping me told me he would just sell me that last bottle of wine at half off (yay). Overall, Bevmo is one of the 1st places I think of when we get ready to hold our own party, go to someone's party or for another event (what party is complete w/o alcohol?... oh and of course dessert too). read more

Horrible and inconsistent policy of showing ID when buying NON alcoholic beverages. One day they may ask and then visit after visit after visit they don't ask. I'll never buy a thing again. Four stars because all though they have a decent selection of craft beers, they still lack a lot of really great ones that I could find at smaller liquor stores. The employees aren't always the most knowledgable, but they try their best. Extra points for having online orders completed, especially during the holiday rush. Lastly, asking to print a copy of the other store price when I have a copy on my phone and the poor cashier has 10 people in line waiting is poor customer service. One of my good customers just gave me a kegerator that holds 4 small kegs of 5gallons each after calling several stores no one seemed to help on where I can get kegs for my kegerator. I called BevMo and they were quick to and answered all my questions on how to purchase kegs from them. First time coming to this store and wow I was amazed by all the liquor & beer options they had at a very low price. One of the workers took me all the way to the back to pick out the kegs I wanted and so I can see the options they had in stock very helpful staff . Horrible customer service. Whoever the female was who closed on 2/11/2022 was extremely rude. As soon as we walk in yells you have less than a minute as it was close to closing time which ok I understand. As we proceeded to quickly find something she ordered to see all me and my friends iDs. I unfortunately forgot my wallet but she refused to sell us anything even though my other friends all provided their ID. I wasn't even purchasing anything. I think she had just closed her register and didn't want to bother do one more charge. Even if she was following "protocol", her attitude is not excusable. Straight up b*tch. Whoa this is the Costco of Alcohol! My 2nd time here, prices are pretty competitive. Aisles are a lil tight, so you better becareful so you dont knock stuff over. Many types of beers, wines.....you name it. Make sure you sign up and get a membership card so you get the best prices. read more

You just can't beat the $0.05 cent wine sale. Technically if you didn't drink often you could totally stock up for the whole year. They have a great selection of wines. They also have wine tastings and if you buy a case or spend at least $10 the tasting is free and you get a $2 off coupon to use on a Fri or Sat. I like the location of mine it's close by and the staff is always friendly. They have a great selection of cheese and meats to for platters. Then of course if you are a Beer drinker the beer and the variety of liquor. I was so excited they had lychee vodka... None the less this is one my go to places. read more

BevMo, oh how i love thee! this BevMo has some of the greatest employees ever. the cashiers are the nicest people. and the employees who walk around are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. they have an excellent selection of vodka. from high end to low end flavored or plain vodka. occasionally, i venture out of vodka section for rum or what not. they have a good selection of that too. they also have a nice selection of bar ware. they're also super good about recommending an alternative if they do not have your beverage in stock (doesn't happen often but when it has i have always been happy with the alternative). read more

Well, it's a BevMo. I think we all know what to expect. Huge selections of wine and spirits. Lots of snacks and cheeses if you are short on time and can't make a second stop at a cheese store. Nothing too gourmet, but some decent yummy stuff. There are also a lot of alcohol trinkets and fun stuff like aerators, glasses, wine stoppers, coasters, etc. The staff is always friendly, but not too knowledgeable about wine, so don't bother asking. Do your research, or know your wines. It's also easier to just order online and pick it up rather than searching their oddly organized wines. I usually know exactly what varietal and/or region I want, so I go the online route and pick it up after work. No fuss, no muss. Beware the ratings online. Every wine is judged badly unless its a fruit bomb mess. And beware the wine scores. Their own buyer gives some of the scores, so seems a little biased to me. Ha! They have 5 cent wine tastings on Saturdays. A very handy place to have close to me when I can't go to a wine shop. read more

This BevMo is fairly large. There are a huge number of sections. Some of the section have huge variety (beer, wine) while others aren't the best (whiskey, bourbon, cider). At least they have every variety represented. There are plenty of international beers, which are just fun to try, or if you're getting a little over excited for the world cup or something. How can you not love that 5 cent wine sale?! No matter what that's awesome. Plus extra discount if you buy a case? Well, don't mind if I do. The workers are generally moderately friendly. I feel like the ones walking around are better for questions and nicer than the checkers. The Club Bev is a good deal. It's free and you get discounts all over the store. read more
