Speak Easy Friday is my favorite place to be, bar none. Relaxed, friendly vibe with a delightful variety of varietals to tantalize your palate. Oh yes, lest I forget... the music soothes the soul.

Fantastic wine shop in the heart of downtown Glendora. By far the coolest shop in town.

Great selection and very knowledgeable sommelier (I assume he was). I'll go back for high end wines.

After…read morecoming here a few times, I've got nothing but good things to say and a highly recommended place to dine at or pick up if you're in the area. As soon as you enter the restaurant, all their baked good items on the display case is so mouth watering and enticing. My favorite baked good items are their coffee cakes, danishes, muffins, sourdough bread, and all the cookies. NOTE: Their in house sourdough bread is not only to die for, but sells out what feels like within minutes of them opening up on the weekends. That's how delicious their bread is. Another baked good that I consider to die for is their lemon pistachio olive oil cake that's placed by the register. The cake is moist and there's a good lemon flavor with a crunch of pistachio with every bite. Every time I'm in downtown Glendora whether it's for a stroll or an errand, Crust & Crumble is always my pit stop. The breakfast & lunch menu is also excellent and they use their in house sourdough for all the sandwiches. The Crusty, Jalapeno Honey, Italian, and BLTA are my favorites. I'm looking forward to trying all the sandwiches and breakfast offerings in my future trips. I've only tried the cold brew here and I can say they use some good quality beans. The restaurant is long and small and can only fit about 2 people width wise as there are 3-4 tables that can seat 2 people per table inside. They do have outdoor seating available. Restaurant is clean and I believe there isn't a bathroom for the public. During the weekdays, you would be able to order and get your food pretty quick. However, on the weekends, expect the line to be out the door due to it being small plus the weekend crowd. Most of the items on the breakfast & lunch menu will take a minimum of 20 minutes during the weekends. I've always had excellent customer service with the staff on every visit. They are personable, friendly, and will take their time to answer all the questions. Parking is never an issue with plenty of street parking and multiple parking lots.

Looked on their menu for options for ordering pies but don't see that as an option. Wanted decaf drip coffee, the nice young man employee said they didn't have it but they could do a decaf americano for me. I usually come by to get the Lollipops since it's a favorite of my parents. My favorite has always been the molasses chips too! The location has specific 10 minute parking spots nearby to make each trip quick and easy. The best part is you get a chocolate sample after each purchase. The drink tasted like powdery coco. The subtle caffeine lingered throughout the day. I waited two minutes and 30 seconds. TRO Coffee's barista is the main attraction. I observed how he'd endlessly chat with customers lounging beside the counter. He'd banter and empathize with all the regular patrons. I arrived on a weekend (around 1:20PM). Shockingly, this hidden location had a consistent stream of customers. TRO Coffee's ambiance is an acquired taste. If someone had decorated a mall's parking garage, it would resemble TRO Coffee's interior. Classical/Jazz Elevator Music played in the corner. Customers were casually reading books or lounging with a laptop in this mismatching dusty concrete interior. I also consistently observed staff chatting about limited supplies (ex: no more mocha; lacking black napkins; missing ingredients). Overall, TRO Coffee offers extremely friendly service. Drinks are decent too. It's definitely an experience.

That being said, the vibe is very chill and in many respects smacks of co-op workspace - which is how the rest of the building appears to be used. That said, we each got a pastry, myself a cappuccino (very good!), and my daughter a hot cocoa (also good!). I would have hoped for my jalapeño biscuit to be warmed - not sure if that was available, and I didn't ask. We were well tended, and since we had time to kill we took advantage of the very fun card games. We had a great time!
