I met my girlfriends at the Glendora Wine Walk and was immediately drawn in by the ambiance- live music, dim lighting, the vibe was really inviting! As someone who belongs to several wine clubs, I was excited to discover a spot like this right in my own backyard. The showroom selection was beautiful, and the chocolate offerings (especially the blood orange dark chocolate) were a standout. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill due to the service. When I asked the sommelier about their champagne, his response came across as arrogant and dismissive, implying that "everyone knows" it was entry-level and basic. It felt unnecessary and off-putting, especially when I was genuinely interested. After enjoying the band for a bit, my friends and I decided to sit on the outdoor patio, which looked very inviting. As I walked out, the sommelier actually chased after me along with another man from the doorway to tell me I couldn't take my wine outside. It felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily confrontational. When I asked why there was a seating area if drinks weren't allowed, the response was unclear and inconsistent. Overall, this place has great potential and a lovely atmosphere, but the sommelier's attitude really ruined the experience. It's especially disappointing if he is the owner, because that sets the tone for the entire establishment. read more

We went on a Friday Speakeasy night for $35 it was open tastings from 8-11pm. There is large variety of wine to choose from. From Sangria to Sparkling wines and whites and reds. Jaunieto sp? ( juanito) Is the proprietor/ sommelier he is knowledgeable and friendly and the pours are generous. What a fabulous spot. If you like what you tried they're for sale. Their also have a very generous charcuterie selection it's very shareable and tasty. This place is a must visit if you're in downtown Glendora. The place is very comfortable with a nice ambiance. There are also some really cool vintage wines if you're looking for some razzle dazzle Definitely coming back! read more

Hi I wrote this establishment 4/2022 still waiting for a response! I asked what the coast of a charcuterie board would cost my husband's birthday and store hours things like that. Site they're happy to answer any questions do anything special for a special occasion. I haven't heard a word from this establishment, so very sad! I popped in here after having dinner with a friend down the street and was pleasantly surprised to see that Glendora now has such a fantastic wine store! They have a great selection that can cater to any wine preference, occasion or price point. I had a lot of fun perusing the "alternative whites" section, which had a neat selection of lesser-known varietals from lesser-known regions from around the world. I ended up grabbing a Chardonnay (technically a blend with 30% Auxerrois--a varietal that was new to me) from Alsace, which did not disappoint! I also grabbed a Pinotage from South Africa (from their red section), which was on point and very affordable. I chatted to the owner for a bit and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made a few suggestions and I'm looking forward to coming back here to try some more of their wines. This place is amazing! Glendora is not the most lively city (I grew up there and still work in the area) so seeing a wine shop come to downtown Glendora Ave. was a pleasant surprise. A friend and I came here for a wine tasting event a few weeks ago and it was awesome! Tons of wine to choose from and taste, a live jazz band, plenty of charcuterie snacks and just all around good vibes. They have a great selection and variety of wine at many different price points. I ordered several bottles from the tasting and when I went in to collect them I got to talk to Jaunenito for a few min. He's super friendly and knowledgable. I'm really looking forward to spending more time in the shop, especially once the bar opens and can't wait for the next wine tasting event. The best customer service I have ever experienced! I came in with my husband & kid after eating dinner locally. Interested in getting something for a party I am having. Ended up with a few bottles that I am super excited to try! I have no wine knowledge, the owner or worker (not sure) went above & beyond in assisting me. I told him what I was looking for & he took his time & gave me the best recommendations. Jaunenito P. is very well adversed with his knowledge of, wine, cheese, and pairing of the chocolates with the wine itself. They have so many items... and I would like to keep my review to a minimum... LOL. This establishment has brought some up scaled promise to the very out of touch Glendora....
