My biggest pet peeve is doing the books or daily paperwork in the guest area. You have an office or a place away from your guests. Not in full view and with in ear shot of your guests. And not in a place where sound carries. The BIGGEST complaint is the language. You are the leader of your staff. You set an example for the behavior and attitude of your staff. Dropping F-BOMBS and other vulgar language is not at anytime acceptable. Clearly the servers knew it and didn't thankfully follow your lead. This is NOT your buddies garage or basement. You are having people come in and hearing your language and seeing and clearly hearing your behavior I can not recommend going here. If it was based on food maybe. But clearly the ownership and leadership will keep me away from here. Such potential wasted by such poor work ethics.

My sister told him that she was not comfortable sharing her credit card number over the phone and that she would be paying with cash. The man rudely told her that because her order was over $50, she had to give him a credit card number or they would not deliver the pizzas. My sister attempted to talk to him to ask what she could do. (The order was just barely over $50.) The man HUNG UP on her. Because it was getting late and we had no other plans for supper my sister decided to order one less large pizza so she called Domino's back. She placed a new order for less amount of food and ask to talk to a manager to tell the manager what happened. The manager said,"We're busy," and that he would talk to him. No apologies no offer of what he could do to make things right. No discounts offered. Nothing. It took nearly an hour for the pizza to be delivered and it was just OK not great, just OK. After this stressful experience, we not be ordering from Domino's again.
