The nail technician working on my nails was great. He double checked what services and polish I wanted, was clear on what he was going to do, and clear on how long and where I should let them dry. He also was friendly, skilled, and efficient. I requested that he use only clear polish and it turned out great! Only critique would be to spend a little more time filing and buffing since my nails are still rough on the edges. The basic manicures they offer are simple, quick, and cost $20. They encourage via signage that you to tip in cash if possible. They also accept visa and MasterCard, not discover. They are clear on pricing and wait times. You can make an appointment or sign in on the waitlist when you arrive. Unlike similar places, they do not offer complimentary drinks. This location is out of the way for me, however, if I am in this area in need of a manicure, I would visit this salon again!

First off, they were so distracted by the World Cup game and she tried to paint my UNCUT toenails. I asked politely if she could please cut them. She told me that she did cut them, but she didn't. Secondly, another other nail technician got involved and tried to say she did cut my nails. Like you weren't involved or you weren't paying attention because you were also watching the World Cup game you don't know if she cut or did not cut my toenails. Please stop trying to gaslight me. I can tell you I was paying attention to the things happening to my own feet and also I have eyes and can see that my nails were not cut. I get how big the World Cup. Trust me, all I hear about it in my own home from my husband. But, it's extremely frustrating to pay 70+ dollars for a basic gel pedicure. And then lastly, to be gaslit by two people who clearly were not paying attention was beyond irritating. I didn't even want to tip, but I understand how hard it is when you work for tips. Do better for your customers! This was an abysmal service for the price!

I didn't realize it was the same place as my first bad experience, so I decided to give them another chance. I got both a pedi and a mani, and neither service was acceptable. The first technician who started my pedicure cut my big toenail unevenly. When I pointed it out, he said he would "file it down" to fix it, but filing it only made the nail crooked. Already frustrated, I asked for someone else. June stepped in... while she was kind and gave a great foot massage, she also did not correct the issue. After realizing neither technician could fix the mistake, I ended up filing it myself. Then came the manicure. An older lady, who was the only person not wearing a mask, began doing my nails. I immediately noticed smudges and polish all over my skin. When I pointed it out, she grabbed the acetone and (supposedly accidentally) squirted it in my face. This was honestly the part that upset me the most. While she shaped my nails pretty decent, the polish application was sloppy, and she even scratched my skin. She tried to file my other hand, but I declined because I was already marked up from the first. After all of this, no one offered a genuine apology -- and they still had the nerve to ask for a tip. I do not recommend this place.

My first time here under new management not only do my nails look like my 5 year old niece did them, but I was laughed at the entire time by my nail tech (Linda) who cut my skin with the drill 6 times and called me a baby when I flinched back. I had to ask her to paint all the way to my cuticle so my nails didn't look 2 weeks grown out. I had to ask her to file down a lump on the side of a nail that looked like a growth. Today Tai worked very hard to get me the shape I wanted. A pet peeve of mine is when my nails aren't uniformly filed.
