Update - October 1, 2026…read more I'm updating my review because there have been some developments since my original post. As of today, I still have not had direct contact with the owner who sold me my puppy, and I have still not received a response from Puppy Support regarding my claim. The Florida location also no longer answers my calls. I did open a dispute, and shortly after that I was contacted. Because they are now in contact with me, I decided to cancel the dispute and give them an opportunity to address the situation directly. I do want to be fair and acknowledge that the owner's sister has been communicating with me. She had nothing to do with the original transaction, but so far she has been professional, kind, and helpful in communicating with me, and I appreciate that. At this point, I'm still waiting for a response from Puppy Support and for the situation to be resolved. I'll continue to update this review as things progress.

I purchased our sweet toy poodle in 2024 and she has been the most precious little dog. I have had no issues at all with her along with a flawless experience in choosing her and purchasing. Fast forward to 2026 and all these negative reviews. Something has obviously changed and not for the better. How disappointing. After reading all these horror stories I don't think Im going to go any further. Sad very sad. I stick to an accrediated AKC site specializing in toy poodles.

I brought in my Pomeranian Blair for a "teddy bear/puppy cut" and they left her looking beautiful!…read moreI have taken Blair to multiple groomers asking for this specific haircut and many would not want to give it to her proclaiming she did not have enough hair or did not have the right face for that specific hair cut. They simply just wanted to shave her down or give her a simple haircut. When I brought Blair to Jenny she immediately told me that the haircut was doable and managed to give Blair the perfect fluffy look! She now looks like a little fluffy teddy bear! Plus they treat the animals like their own walking them during the day and giving them a little goody bag of treats when they leave! I highly recommend Jenny's grooming in Miami Springs! Only bad thing is she has so many clients it is difficult to get an appointment, but it is definitely worth the wait! Laura Bustelo
