If noise doesn't bother you, the location is very convenient with easy highway access. Overall, it's an average place to live that benefits from being one of the few rental options in an otherwise expensive community. One downside is the lack of comfortable walking areas nearby. If you have a dog, be prepared to drive to find a good place for longer walks. Before signing a lease, do your research and make sure you tour the exact unit or floor plan you'll be renting. Some buildings and units have been renovated with upgraded finishes, but that doesn't mean every unit has received those improvements. For comparison, I found that MAA Boulder Ridge offered similar pricing, significantly less traffic noise, and better walkability.
