The few times we've been here to tour, the ladies in the office have been fabulous (shoutout to Vanity!!) with answering all the questions and concerns. So, I know that in order to have beautiful appliances and an extraordinary living space you will pay extra for it. It's an understandable part of life, AND if you do love luxury and brand new, they just built a whole section of apartments!! There's garages you can rent as well ($90). The closets are fancy, the countertops are granite (I THINK that's what she said), the walls have hooks on the inside for hanging your tv... so many bells and whistles. There are also "regular" apartments and apartments with attached garages which we were very interested in the latter. We wanted our own parking space and the privacy of a garage sounds right up our alley. BUT like I said, if you want fancy things you've got to pay for the fancy things. And my husband and I decided we'd like to not spend all our paychecks just on our living situation, that we'd like to have extra for travel as well. Which is why we ended up deciding not to move here after all, as heartbreaking as it is. I found out there's also a mandatory $114/month on top of the base rent for valet trash, community fee, MAA connect (spectrum cable with premium channels) and high speed Internet. It's NOT an outrageous amount at all, that is about comparable to what we pay where we are now, it's just paid separately. Also, you'll pay water and sewage which is allocated and billed on the rent statement. I would move here in an instant if I were making what I was before COVID19 struck, but I'm not so we can't right now. However, I know that many people can and I strongly suggest you move here! It's a beautiful area!! Plenty of places to eat, things to do, we love Roanoke.

Everything that I ever had to be repeated six or eight times and the problems are never solved. Never - because they need to be gutted or replaced. It wasn't the maintenance people. The manager Crystal Munoz is a pathetic controlling manipulative loser - complete idiot. She literally would not shut up in my house telling me how cigarette smoke and pot smoke dissipated, and it did not leave any lingering effects which is in diabolical contrast to the billion dollar real estate industry that states completely opposite. They should be held liable for making people sick and taking no responsibility. I had repeated levels of toxic readings of the air quality was so bad. The water quality is bad and the air quality is based on who your neighbors are. I had a neighbor that stunk like butt and burning rubber. He was the nastiest thing and nothing is sealed so all of the apartments you're gonna smell everything around you if they're cooking dope it's gonna be in your food. You'll taste it in your food. All of your clothes will be filled with the nasty smell of your neighbors. I literally moved out and took a pile and burned it when I left and stayed overnight somewhere else. Immediately my eyes opened I have sores. I have pustules in my eyes. I have a rash for the first time in my life because of the filthy nasty toxins in 322 townhouses. MAA had criminal charges filed as of January. They were fined 64 million for stealing from renters. You are paying for that and the fact that they are not gonna ever fix or replace anything properly. They don't give the maintenance any money to work with whatsoever.

Dallas Apartment Association said it was false. Ask me to go to Congress to help pass a law so apartments could not cheat single women. A man rented my apartment as soon as I moved. Dishonest, Neglectful, and Unsafe -- Avoid at All Costs…read more Dry Creek Ranch Apartments was hands-down one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. From day one, the management was dishonest. They told me I could park anywhere and "they don't tow," only to have my brand-new car towed a month later. Parking is already a challenge because some residents leave broken-down vehicles in visitor spots, making spaces scarce. The apartments themselves are poorly maintained. Every window had mold when I moved in, and the windows are so bad that they sweat and leak with the weather. Amenities are just as neglected. The hot tub is constantly closed due to poor maintenance, and grills are never properly stocked--don't expect propane to be available on a holiday weekend. Safety concerns are real. My car was broken into, and when I asked if anyone saw anything, the office blocked me from the community message board and provided zero assistance. The gate to the complex was broken for months, and when we asked for the 10th time, staff told us it "doesn't even do anything, it's just an illusion of safety" and that they were "trying to get it fixed." WHO SAYS THAT? The staff is rude, untruthful, and unapologetic. Pricing changes after you sign as if their promises mean nothing. This is not a community that values residents--just one that profits off misleading information. If you value honesty, safety, and basic maintenance, look elsewhere.

I lived at The Vineyards at Trophy Club for a year. Overall, the price is fair for what you get,…read morethe staff was friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team consistently did a great job responding to requests. That said, I highly recommend touring the specific unit you'll be renting, or at least one in the same building and location. Traffic noise can vary dramatically throughout the complex. In my unit, I had to run multiple white noise machines 24/7 and could still clearly hear highway traffic at all hours. My second-floor unit had single-pane windows and no meaningful sound barrier between the building and the highway, which was less than 100 yards away. If noise doesn't bother you, the location is very convenient with easy highway access. Overall, it's an average place to live that benefits from being one of the few rental options in an otherwise expensive community. One downside is the lack of comfortable walking areas nearby. If you have a dog, be prepared to drive to find a good place for longer walks. Before signing a lease, do your research and make sure you tour the exact unit or floor plan you'll be renting. Some buildings and units have been renovated with upgraded finishes, but that doesn't mean every unit has received those improvements. For comparison, I found that MAA Boulder Ridge offered similar pricing, significantly less traffic noise, and better walkability. Depending on your priorities, it may be worth considering other nearby options before making a decision.
