The bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and dining area were all flooded with dirty, foul-smelling water. Maintenance came initially and flushed water out through the patio, then left a dehumidifier and instructed me to run it for three days, which I did. On the fourth day, I had to fly out. I turned off the dehumidifier because I was not comfortable leaving an electrical device running unattended while I was out of town. I clearly told the management and maintenance team that they did NOT have permission to enter my apartment without me present, and that I would be back the very next day and they could return then. Despite this, maintenance entered my apartment anyway after explicitly being told not to. I was later told that turning off the dehumidifier was a lease violation, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances and the fact that I followed instructions for three full days. To make matters worse, after the flooding they had to replace baseboards and drywall, creating another mess. I repeatedly requested that the floors be properly cleaned and sanitized, since the unit was flooded with contaminated water, but this was not handled with urgency or care. I understand this happened during a winter storm with extremely low temperatures around 20°F. I had taken precautions by dripping faucets, and the pipe that burst was supplying the sprinkler system, not something within my control. Still, the lack of respect for my boundaries, poor communication, and dismissive handling of sanitation concerns made this experience incredibly stressful. Overall, the situation was mishandled, invasive, and frustrating. Emergencies happen, but tenant communication, consent, and basic cleanliness should not be optional.

I don't typically leave reviews for places I haven't lived, but this experience was bad enough that…read morepeople deserve to know. We arrived thirty minutes early to our scheduled appointment and acknowledged it right away. We walked in and said we were sorry, that we knew we were a little early. The leasing agent responded with, "Yes, you're thirty minutes early, you can go around and come back, there are plenty of restaurants nearby." We said okay. Then she changed her tone and said, "Or you can just wander around until I'm done. This is a walk-in, and he walked in before you." Worth noting, other websites list this property as appointment only. We walked the premises. It was fine, nothing incredible. When she finally met with us, it was clear from the start that she had no interest in working with us and did not want to answer any of our questions. When I asked about typical rent increase percentages, she told me that anyone who gave me that number would be lying and that it was impossible to know. When I asked about towing incidents after seeing reviews about it, she said that it never happens, and that a mother left a bad review on her daughter's behalf. When I asked who is responsible for the damage inside the unit, because we were standing in a unit that had a cracked ceramic sink, bugs in the tub, and crooked mirrors on the wall, she was completely dismissive. When I pointed out there were wasps directly above the balcony/patio door, she said yes there will be wasps, obviously, you can't stop them. Every single question we asked was met with attitude and deflection, for no reason. She would not explain the move-out process. She would not discuss what renewals typically look like, saying no one could know that. She mentioned the package system, but said nobody uses it. When we asked about garage availability, she would not tell us if there was a waitlist or not. On top of all of this, the hallways were extremely hot, the AC was not working, the unit had visible issues from day one, and there are active lawsuits involving the company next door that she had no interest in discussing. Even if they offered us two free years, we would have said no. Not because of the building, but because of how we were treated. We came in with high hopes based on their website. We were polite, we were patient, and we gave this place a real chance. No price and no location is worth being treated that way. I hope other people have better experiences. Ours was utterly appalling.

Just the expense alone was enough but now they are trying to charge her 500.00 when we paid 300.00 for cleaning and have pics of it was spotless. This is the worst management company I have ever experienced. Time for an attorney to get involved. Renters be aware.Would never recommend this.
