Great ambience and great beer in the area. The food options are tasty as well. I've always gotten good service here.

Beer was tasty. Hip clean aesthetic and vibe inside and they had an outdoor patio with lots of…read moreseating. It was quite busy when we arrived on Sunday mid afternoon Upon arrival no one was really monitoring or greeting people so we stood around for five minutes unsure of what we were supposed to be doing. We stood around and eventually figured we should just take any free spot we could find for two. We got the cruisey juice double dry hop IPA, fresh hop IPA, the chocolate Stout and the sour (not the berry one on tap). All were good but cruisey juice our favorite. I was pretty shocked regarding their prices though! Two beers came out to be over $20 without tip, otherwise good vibes and good tunes. Cool crowd.

Free parking is available in front of the building. The place is quite spacious. Looks like it was once a car repair shop (just like Streetcar). Actually according to the internets it used to be a carpentry shop. Single large area with bay door that can be opened to let air in. Cute little old school fireplace on the side. Wonder if it's functional. Tables are fine but the chairs are the rather uncomfortable stainless steel interrogation room type. Fortunately there are also some cushions lying around. My butt thanked me. Staff are friendly. As of the time of writing there are 10 brews (9 beers and 1 3rd party cider) available. The beers here are actually quite good. Reminds me of Wildeye. Plenty of ales but they also have sours and stouts. Nice mix. Only real comment I have is that the Life Of Riley Hazy IPA didn't seem too hazy at all. Maybe they should change the name. Will be back in the future.

Braggot is a warm and chill location to have a few drinks. First off, the word braggot is an old…read moreone and describes a fermented beverage made with malted grains and honey. Malted grains we all know as the big ingredient in beer. Honey is the fermentable in mead. So what we have here at Braggot Brewing is a fermented beverage made with malt and honey. The fellow who runs the place is inviting and not overbearing and does a great job talking about what he brews. His bees are in Delta, he's had them awhile, and he seems like an A+ beekeeper. The beverages were great, and ran from mild and dry to strong and sweet. I think the styles change so no point in describing the ones I had other than to say they were well made and tasted great. Get a sampler if you want to try them all. The vibe is good, like the old brewpubs used to be in the 1980's. IYKYK. They have some board games available so if you want to hold up for a while and have a beverage this is your place!

The inside is not well layed out (one bulky communal table) but they have a few random games and darts. 5 beers to choose from along with a small food/snack menu. - Flight ($10.00 for 4) - golden elixir, sunset orange, brown ale braggot and dark ages. Not much flavour. Golden elixir and sunset orange were unmemorable. The brown ale had some honey notes, but one dimensional. Dark ages reminded me a nitro; everyone's least favourite. - Ambrosia ($5.00) - closest to a true braggot (11.9% alcohol). The best of the five beers that we tried along with the most expensive. Didn't love any of the beers at BB.
