Veal tongue (another one was smoked salmon), artichoke, porcini with spinach

Smoked ricotta cheese ravioli, spaghetti squash, slices of truffle. Truffle did not have much smell. Spaghetti squash was great

Special Spanish prawn with saffron rice topped with roasted pepper and nasturtium. Delicate food.

Grouse with sauerkraut (another plate had red bass), mashed potato and apple
Palette cleanser:
Granny Smith Apple sorbet with foam of lime and eucalyptus. Very nice.
