I was introduced to Betts Recruiting by a friend of mine who worked with Tracy Friel. I contacted Tracy Friel and was able to speak with her over the phone. She was able to introduce me to one company and get me a phone interview with them. Everything was going well up until this point... After my phone interview with that company Tracy Friel started ignoring all my messages to her. She completely disappeared and I still haven't heard back from her. It has been almost a month since my last point of contact with Tracy Friel. The way she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional and rude. It gave me the impression that she only cared about her career and helping candidates who would help her make more money in the long run. They even recommended some agencies that may be able to better assist me.
