While their competitor took 4 days to complete my grip install last summer, these guys had it done by next morning - I dropped them off the afternoon before. They also saved my older grips. I wanted them because they had a unique design. I ended up having them put the saved grips on my wedges. I've had great experiences shopping here as well. When shopping for new drivers/clubs, the staff is very helpful and encourage trying different equipment in their club fitting bays. I always look forward to visiting for either products or advice. Note....I would have given the store a 5-star rating, but they haven't finished their total store remodeling and I'm waiting to see if they add "padding" to the walls of their recently completed lesson and club fitting bays because currently balls ricochet off the walls. Cole is an extremely patient, likable young guy who knows 'the golf swing!' And as you might suspect, uses all the Golftec hi tech bells and whistles. I appreciated what he had me work on to help me toward my goal of consistently breaking 100 for 18 holes. I have since had a second lesson to monitor my takeaway, particularly focusing on keeping my hands lower. Using a pool noodle has helped keep my takeaway and follow thru be in good positions. And I have also found his correction of my shoulder set up to really produce results! I have a 3rd lesson set for two weeks from now. Summer rates knock off 12 bucks from the $120 for roughly 30 minutes. And the video of our lesson is a great review, although the audio is hard to hear at the conclusion. Cole has also equipped me with some good videos made by Golftec that pertain to my swing issues. And oh yes, after Cole increased the loft of my driver, it was so fine to hit some high 'baby draws' with increased distance! I have a lot more practice to truly ingrain his teaching, but yesterday's 93 has me smiling! I am very happy with Oakbrook Golftech and highly recommend Cole to you.
