You would be better of going to GAT guns, Cabelas or for that matter anywhere else even if it took hours to get there before you would want to experience Riverside Sports. Imagine a small closet with some old used firearms that were double what they should cost. Now imagine the worst possible customer service experience. Do you have that in your head? I'm in the middle of a racket switch after using the same racket for 10 years and have had to demo multiple rackets as the switch to a modern racket takes a lot of understanding of what will work long term. They charge for demos on a daily basis which I was fine to do. The lady told me you're trying to not buy a racket that's why you're using so many demos - how stupid. I don't need to give my business anymore to someone with such a nasty attitude. Tennis warehouse will give you free demos and even deduct shipping costs when you buy a racket from them. I support a lot of great local businesses however a basic modicum of respect and service is essential.

It runs great and we thank them for their expertise. And fast turn-around time to boot! My wife I also bought a really cool modular helmet and Chad helped her extensively to choose one that fit her best, even rummaging around in multiple places to find "the one". Even while helping others he made us feel like we were the only people in the shop (ditto Anthony as he explained the repairs and Brian as he walked us around the new m/c section explaining different models). We weren't rushed, just really well cared for. The shop is spotlessly clean, as are the restrooms, and is well stocked with tires, gear (both watercraft & motorcycles) to include gloves, jackets, touring pants, parts & supplies, helmets and, of course, motorcycles. My husband visited DFFC this morning, and yet again the customer service offered to him was subpar. The sales people lavish attention, conversation, and offer tips to other customers, but the staff treats him differently. They were inattentive, aloof, and not very helpful. This service extended to him is discouraging and leaves him feeling discontent and defeated. Please treat your non-white customers with equal respect and attention. Our money is just as good as anyone else's.
