Here's their response to my question, where's my shipment. "Hello Greg, I am so sorry for the delay here! We unfortunately had these specific ball oversell due to the sale, but have our rep dropping more off this coming Monday. (we had originally expected them to arrive early this week) My sincere apologies for delay in shipment." - How do you ship, bill on 6/3 without the product? Oh wait, they just created the shipping label to make it look like that. Not a good look. Did they let the customer know? Nope. A prime example of customer no service.

The facility was clean and the technology easy to use and understand. I would have given this review a 5 star, if it wasn't for the manager of this location.
