Ordered a Srixon buy 2 get 1 free deal on 6/1. Showed shipped, billed on 6/3. Fraud! Still hasn't shipped on 6/8. Why? They oversold the product. Here's their response to my question, where's my shipment. "Hello Greg, I am so sorry for the delay here! We unfortunately had these specific ball oversell due to the sale, but have our rep dropping more off this coming Monday. (we had originally expected them to arrive early this week) My sincere apologies for delay in shipment." - How do you ship, bill on 6/3 without the product? Warning! Be sure you want what you are ordering. I paid $40 to find out that the PING Hoffer Gold Bag I ordered from GDN was not too my liking. The free shipping claim is misleading. I ordered the bag for $219, received it, hated it and returned it at a cost of $25 and then was refunded $200. These policies are all written out on their website under the returns tab. Its my responsibility to read them. However, in an AMAZON world of free shipping, this mistake was like taking a triple bogey. Look elsewhere if you are a shopper. If you are 100% sure you know what you want, they seem to be a decent company. read more

I placed an online order here solely because they had the best price on a Strata Tour set and local stores refused to price match. Unfortunately, UPS lost my package. Before the UPS investigation was even complete, an absolutely incredible representative told me not to worry as they were sending out a replacement. Based on some other reviews, I was a little wary about shopping here. I've had plenty of other so-so online golf equipment experiences, certainly didn't need another. But the price was right (one of my favorite sites even refused to price match) so I took a flyer. Great decision. Lightening fast shipping. My first order from Golf Direct Now was online. Their price was about 15% less than everywhere else for the brand new club I wanted. The club arrived very quickly and I noticed they were local from the return address. A couple weeks later I decided to get another club. I called to see if I could pick it up from their wearhouse (the phone was answered right away), and was told I could. They pulled the club and it was ready when I arrived. I found out they are opening a retail location nearby. I'm looking forward to that - great prices, great service! read more

I ordered a golf bag and paid for 2-3 Day shipping. The UPS tracking indicated UPS ground. Did not arrive in 3 business days. UPS held it for an extra day at shipping location because GolfDirectNow did not use the proper shipping. I wanted the new golf bag before a golfing trip and it did not arrive in time. read more

Terrible company to use. I never received any confirmation that the order was booked. It also took FOREVER to receive the merch, and I couldn't confirm the status of the order because I never received any communication with an order number. In order to return the merch, you have to CALL to get a RA number, which no one answered. They charge a 20% 'restocking' fee and generally, make it a hassle to return your item. In the age of Amazon, this seems so 1998. There are too many other golf retailers that do a great job, forget these guys, they suck. read more

Purchased a new set of golf clubs at an extreme discount! I was actually a little concerned it was a misprinted price. Clubs arrived within a 4 days! I couldn't be more happy. I received a confirmation call from a representative (I believe his name was Tyler) who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will def order again. read more

The only good thing about this company is the initial prices on some items but then when you actually receive the items, the quality is poor. I ordered two pairs of shoes from them and one pair had glue all over and partially falling apart. I requested to return these shoes due to the poor quality and they accepted after a few days of requesting and explaining. Then finally 2 weeks later I received my refund which was less than I even paid for the shoes, I was charged for something that they won't even explain to me, they have just went silent when I asked why my refund was short. I would avoid them at all costs if you want good customer service and good products and would like to get a full refund. I hope this review is helpful for others in the future, be careful, the cheapest price, doesn't mean it's the best. I guess it's true, you get what you pay for, and in this case, you don't even get paid back in full for what you don't have any longer. read more

Even Walmart couldn't reach them. Thankfully Walmart stood by me as a customer and refunded my money. I would never order from Golf Direct Now again. read more

I ordered a golf bag as a gift and checked the estimated date for delivery. It was well with in my time limit before b-day party. 3 weeks later I had not received or heard anything from Golf Direct Now. I then called them to find out my order status and found out it was on back order and was going to be MUCH later than originally listed. I was never contacted about a back order which was disappointing. It would also be nice if the website would not let you order a product that is not in stock. Nightmare experience. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone trying to purchase golf gear. Purchased a polo, got the order confirmation AND the shipping confirmation. For some reason, I later received a refund notice. Yet, because I purchased this order with a gift card with the exact purchase amount. Once I received the shipping notice, I tossed the gift card. First, I would point out the unauthorized refund. Second, the delayed refund after the notification of the shipping notification. Third, when I called- I was transferred and was told I would I would get a callback. Unfortunately, it looks like I'm out this money. Sucks. Please find other more respectable retailers for golf gear. read more
