Very upset with this company. They have installed water softener systems in our home over the past…read more30+ years and serviced the equipment. We've been satisfied until now. We paid over $2,400 for a new system about three years ago and unfortunately we lost power in Lutz for about a week. When I called to have the programming check they wanted to charge $75 just to check the settings. When I called back to schedule the appointment, the price jumped to $125 just two days later. After spending all that money on a new system we felt this was wrong especially due to the situation with the storms. I called the manufacturer who helped me reset the timer in 5 minutes for no charge. We don't feel this is how you treat long time customers.

Great service and plan on using them to maintain our new water filtration system!…read more The reverse osmosis water filtration system we've had for years under our sink was leaking. We initially called a plumber who overcharged us and actually made the leak worse (lesson learned). We subsequently decided to call Just Water Treatment Inc. who came out to take a look. The specialist who came out (I think it was the owner) really spent a long time trying to repair and fix our current system before explaining that we did, in fact, need an entire new one because of some irreparable cracks (that I think were caused by the plumber we initially called -_-) . Although that was disappointing to hear, I really appreciated that they obviously made every effort to repair our current one before suggesting we get a new one and clearly articulated why we needed a new one. It definitely did not feel like they were upselling or anything. The specialist went ahead and installed a new reverse osmosis system under the sink and let us know that they can come out yearly to maintain it and change the filters (we signed up for that service as well). This happened back in November and everything has been going smoothly since! We are really happy with the specialist's efforts and service and with our new water filtration system. I highly recommend!

Tampa Bay Plumbing had Mike out in about an hour! He was friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing. He even took the time to reassure my mother in-law her washer was fine (she's a bit of a germaphobe) so this incident was the end of the world for her! lol It's hard to find reputable companies and workers that take pride in their work, but this is definitely one of them! If you need a plumber, call Tampa Bay Plumbing! We have their number saved! Thank you Tampa Bay Plumbing for hiring great employees!
