I have visited Better Smile three times, and every experience has been excellent. Today, Dr. Gordon and Joise took care of my filling, and during my previous visit, Dan performed my cleaning. Every member of the team has made me feel comfortable and well cared for. What impresses me most is not only their professionalism and technical skill, but also the way they communicate. They explain everything in plain language, tell you why a procedure is needed, discuss the options with you, and make sure you understand and agree before moving forward. That level of communication and respect is extremely important to me. I understand that no practice can make every single person happy, but I do not write reviews lightly, and this is my honest experience: I have received outstanding care during every visit. My entire family comes here, and Better Smile will continue to be our dental office in the future. Thank you to Dr. Gordon, Joise, Dan, and the entire Better Smile team! read more

Horrible place, too busy to care about their job. No pride whatsoever so ever they will lie to you, gaslight you and on top of everything when they f..k up they will say " we don't do refunds " I wish I knew that going in as well as the 3 % card charges they do so now on top of everything you have to pay for Teodora to run her business. It took me over a month to get a crown for my implant which wasn't even done there. She got the wrong implant but as she said, functioning but not aesthetic ... so if you do shity job you charge cheaper no ? If you're thinking of going here for your dental work, maybe you should hold off. There's been a huge upheaval with staff and you'll most likely fall through the cracks, like me. And they're not in a hurry to replace the missing personnel. Rather than hire and train somebody, something any business would have to do, they are waiting for a perfect candidate that can step in seamlessly without training. Good luck with that! read more

You know, I want to give the office a positive review but I just can't. The dentist is excellent but one of the staff named Rosa is just a problem. I don't want to hear her political views my entire appointment and I don't want to hear her arguing with people either. She just makes the entire experience more stressful than it should be. read more

I have been a patient of Better Smiles since 2008/2009 and unfortunately will not be going back due to lack of professionalism. I recently went for a check up, x-rays, and a deep cleaning. I noticed Dr. Gordon and her assistants were having a laugh at my expense thinking I wasn't aware. I don't want to go into details but I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This place has gone downhill from my first appointment. Their Dental instruments are being sterilized incorrectly and there is know proper validation that they are sterile before using on other patients. I am currently working in sterile processing and I understand that scope of practice as this is my job. They falsely billed me for services that I did not receive.... I would not recommend this place at this point.... read more

This is the 5th dentist in 10 years and it is the best, by far! The dentist is amazing so far and the staff is professional and attentive. It all starts with the office manager Juan, who is caring and thoughtful to Rhonda who runs the front desk with humor and professionalism as well. The doctor presents you with options and makes you feel as though your thoughts really matter. I recommend very highly read more

Doc. She's one of the best! she truly tried to save my root canal molar but sadly I myself let the tooth decay to far and we extracted it. I was there for a number of hours but not once did I feel any pain. All while doing my root canal/extraction she juggled a number of patients and coordinated her staff never once losing composure. Even when it was a full house of patient in lobby and dental chairs. she's a very kind and polite doc. really funny and makes you feel comfortable. Her staff is just as great! Tyrone for the front desk goes above and beyond to get you set for an appointment. I'm glad my father recommend me to them. My mother also goes. full endorsement of the Stewart house hold. read more

Dr Gordon is a outstanding DDS. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, I have had my share of bad experiences with other dentists, but not once with Dr Gordon or her assistant Rosa they both have done a lot phenomenal work on me and my family.I highly recommend Dr Gordon ,and her hole staff are truly amazing. If I could give Dr Gordon and her hole staff more than 5 stars ,I would because that is how excellent they are. Thank you Dr Gordon and staff! Nicole Hiill read more

You must be mistaken on the fact that my 1st dentist said I needed a deep cleaning. I simply wanted a 2nd opinion on the root canal. I went back to my 1st dentist and they agreed to do a regular cleaning. They care about their patients! Deep cleanings are a waist of money. You guys just want money from people. I don't recall using any foul language. The staff is probably over sensitive. I pray for the people that get scammed by this office. They don't deserve that! Also, I find it funny that you'd want me to actually call you when you just stated I used foul language and took it out on the staff!!!! Another reason this office is laughable. SMH. read more

I can't say enough good about this office! Location and parking is good. Clean, nice space. The staff is so friendly and remembers little details about you, giving your experience that personal touch. The dentist is very professional, thorough and easy to talk with. My husband, daughter (9 years old) and myself all have had pleasant experiences every time we've been and will continue to go here for our dentistry needs. Thank you for awesome service ! read more

Let me start off by saying I have MAJOR dentist office phobia, Dr. Gordon and her staff are always so kind and patient and Dr. Gordon always makes sure I don't feel any pain or discomfort( being red headed by nature this can be a hard thing). I have been going to her for about 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! As a nurse I have high standards for my medical care for my family and Dr. Gordon never fails she really is just so sweet and kind, if your thinking about trying a new dentist you won't be disappointed. read more

This is the worst run practice. Appointment times are always off and you get reminders for appointments for different days than your appointment. Waiting always either in waiting room or in one of the chairs. They even run out of toothbrushes to give you after your cleaning. Both me and my wife have had bad service and she has received far worse than me. Don't recommend read more

Dr. Gordon and staff made me feel right at home since my very first visit. During the consultation, I explained to Dr. Gordon and staff that I have high anxiety any time I have to deal with the dentist due to past experiences that traumatized me. She actually cared about my feelings and proceeds to make me feel as comfortable as possible during my visits. I received a deep cleaning a few months ago and I believe the dental assistant was Rosa. She told me what she would be doing and continuously checked on me during the cleaning, making me feel comfortable. Juan, the business manager, has AMAZING customer service and is always able to answer my questions. Arianna, whom I believe is the front desk receptionist, was quick to help me when I called the office with a dental emergency. I would HIGHLY recommend this office for so many reasons! I have worked in customer service, so I always respect those who deliver it well. I will bring my business where I feel wanted....so Better Smiles will forever have it! I now look forward to my visits here. :) Thank you so much everyone at Better Smiles! read more

Came in here for a second opinion. Great first experience. Staff was nice dentist is funny and straight to the point. Would have loved to have my dental work done here. The problem came when dealing with financials. My fiance and I were quoted around $4000 for work which was not surprising, at this point everything is good and we are ready to schedule work. Until we say we are using care credit to take advantage of the 12/24 month 0% financing. The dental office accepts care credit and they accept our discount dental plan, however they would only accept payment with care credit if we agreed to a 9%- 14% added fee to offset the cost that Care Credit charges the dentist. 9% for 12 month no interest, 14% for 24 month no interest through care credit. I have been to many dentist in the Las Vegas area and don't know of one that charges more for using Care Credit. Thinking that there was something fishy about this fee I called Care Credit, and was not surprised to learn that this charge is in violation of the agreement the Dental office has with Care Credit. I called the office back and confirmed what the 9% and 14% added fees were for. I believe his name was Juan ( Same guy I spoke to previously) confirmed that this was to offset the cost they had to pay Care Credit. I informed him that I had contacted Care Credit and was informed that this added charge was in violation of their contract with Care Credit and would they waive that charged. He refused. I guess you really can't judge a book by its cover. I have already filed a complaint with Care Credit and will be filling a complaint with the BBB and Nevada Dental Board. Please be careful If you do choose to go here. Get an itemized list of work needed and compare pricing to your insurance. This office obviously has some shady financial practices and who knows what else. read more
