I wish I didn't have to rate a single star. Brought my family member here for a examination knowing ahead of time some of the things that he may need. First off, their phone etiquette needs immediate attention. The lady was very rude and I almost didn't want to keep the appointment but did just to give them the benefit of the doubt. Got there and was treated like I shouldn't have bern there. After the exam, they told me he had 4 wisdom teeth that to be removed but I already knew he only had three from a prior dental exam. After standing there adamant about this, they finally said 'oh his file had SOMEONE ELSE'S chart in it'. WTH?!?!?! How do you mix that up? That is completely unacceptable and very dangerous! They were nonchalant about it like it was my fault and gave a half a$$ apology!!! Needless to say, I spent my money elsewhere and never went back and NEVER will! Text after text they sent asking me to reschedule but they fail to realize that professional customer service is what makes or breaks a business. I recommend they start with eliminating staff at the front desk or give them some customer service training. Highly recommend. Extended hours M,W,Th,Fri, closed Wednesday's. I've been a patient of Dr Hahn for 10 years. My kids & hubby too. He and his staff are extremely kind, take patient comfort & care as a top priority. I have had several crowns over the years, and one this week. I'm in and out with a permanent crown made in office, 1 appointment, about an hour -- no temporary crown which I really appreciate. Dr Hahn had state of the art equipment. Ive been coming here for years for you typical dental appointments. They're always kind, quick, reasonably priced, and painless. Unfortunately 9 months ago I broke my front tooth at the root and my tooth had to be removed. I was devastated. And scared. I have a major fear of the dentist and knew this was going to be a process. From beginning to finally the end (today- 9 months later) they made a long and painful process as easy as possible. Dr. Hahn has a gift for numbing. I have never been to a dentist where I literally can't feel anything and I have never felt ANYTHING with him once he numbs. Monica (I believe she's a hygienist?) Is seriously the sweetest person. She always made me comfortable. Always made sure I was okay. Always explained everything in full detail. I always felt 100 times better when she was around. I'll always have a fear of the dentist but at this point I really am okay going to see them. I drive all the way from Aliante to go here if that tells you anything. You won't regret it. Self-shaming moment: I can't recall the last time I had a teeth cleaning. My last dental appointment was early 2019 (maybe?) and short of seeing an oral surgeon to have my last two wisdom teeth extracted, I've successfully stayed away from visiting any dentist since then due to my irrational fear of them (a fear I know many others share with me). BUT, my visit with Galleria Family Dental was hands down THE most pleasant dental visit I've ever had in my adult life. I was initially scheduled for x-rays and an exam today, but they were able to squeeze me in for a cleaning as well, and boy, what a difference. After my wisdom teeth extraction, my two bottom teeth spaced back out and to my horror, I had a level of plaque I've never seen in my life. I needed to get that taken care of ASAP. And after my cleaning today, ugh! I forgot how good it felt to have my teeth cleaned - they look and feel so amazing! And the hygienist was absolutely fabulous. She walked me through the entire process, made me laugh, and kept me distracted while she was making everything in my mouth nice and pretty again. Every single person I communicated with today was friendly, outgoing and truly made me feel welcome. There was no push for deep cleanings, there was no "over-diagnosing", there was no push to get my cavities filled right then and there. I've never made it a point to visit the dentist regularly; though now I realize, as I get older, I need to. And thanks to this office and the staff, it made it all the easier to book my next appointment six months out as well as an additional appointment next week for my cavities, a night guard and my first ever whitening (which I am super excited about). I actually want to floss my teeth now (I know I know.... I should've been flossing for the last two decades). I truly can't thank this staff enough for giving a huge dentist-phobic hypochondriac like me such a pleasant and calm experience today. This was the worst business for treating you like a number. I was left in the waiting room over an hour when I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Nobody talked to me, like I didn't exist until they had time to take me in. If a professional can charge us for not making our appointment, we should be able to charge them. Dr Hahn is great! Had 4 fillings done today. Was very very numb, didn't feel a thing, not even the shots! He did a great job and was very quick. Update: Second time here. Just as amazed. I have been looking for a great dentist for six years, it took moving to Vegas and just picking the closest one to me to finally find a good one. I got a crown and fillings done today. Barely any pain, numbness wore off quickly. Went straight to work and felt great. So glad to have found Dr. Hahn after years of dentist frustration. This is just proof that these people would rather lose a customer over an billing error. I spoke to my Insurance & they asked why did your dental office not contact us? I told my Insurance I'm unsure of why they want the customer to do all the leg work when they provided me paperwork that was incorrect. They did not try to work with me to get this resolved. They basically made a scheduling error. Which I never had with Whitney Ranch Dental. I will return my business back to Whitney Ranch Dental. They were a lil more expensive but I'd rather pay a lil more to save on the headache of getting bills mysteriously in the mail because they don't want to try to work with the customer. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Hahn and his staff! I recently started having TMJ issues and over the past year have been grinding in my sleep resulting in broken crowns and jaw pain. My other dentist told me I needed $2,700 worth (my portion AFTER insurance) of crowns and dental work to repair the damage plus $650 for a large intrusive mouth guard to wear in bed. Dr Hahn deemed most of that work unnecessary - in one appointment he made and fitted a partial crown, rebuilt a broken front tooth and fitted me with a tiny custom mouth guard that fits only over my two front teeth to keep my jaw open and prevent the grinding. After a year of feeling as though my mouth belonged to someone else, Dr Hahn fixed all my issues and returned my bite to normal in one 2hr appointment for a total cost of $743. I could not be happier! read more

I've never been to the dentist before. It was one of my biggest wishes as I was younger. I started to get an infection, started swelling on one side of my face and was in a great deal of pain. I had my eye on Galleria Family Dental for a couple weeks as it had a great 5 star rating on google. Everyone was so nice and understanding. I got X-rays done and was given the option to get my two broken cavities (from childhood that became a huge burden for the past 18 years) right then and there as well as getting 4 fillings. It was quick and painless, I want to say I was in there for probably an hour and got everything done! Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any names to give credit to but I truly appreciate and thank everyone especially Dr. Hahn for helping me! I feel so much better now. They definitely stand by their 5 star service. I'm so excited for my next visit! I'm updating because I am really disappointed several weeks after my treatment. I had two fillings replaced and one new cavity filled. The fillings replaced are supposed to be white and they are more of a gray shade. More importantly, my newly filled tooth was hurting when I flossed. The pain was worsening, so I went in to have the dentist look at it. He did some adjustments, but didn't really seem to know what was causing the pain. Now it hurts worse, even when I bite food. I had no pain in this tooth before having it filled here. I can not recommend this dentist. read more

Absolutely amazing dental practice. I needed a same-day crown as I was leaving town for the summer. They got me in and in 1 hr and 30 min later I walked out the door.
