After spending two years with a new dentist that was not only twice the cost, but none of the dental assistants were even close to what I was used to and had hoped for. Well, that all changed when I found Dr Harris! Now, two years later I have found that both the Dr, and her dental assistants and hygienists are the Gold Standard of what you hope to find at a Dental Office. Her practice is a breath of fresh air and makes the "dreaded" trip to the Dentist's Office much less stressful. There was constant turnover -- the hygienist seemed different at nearly every cleaning, and my dentist changed multiple times. With each visit, the overall bedside manner felt less personal and more rushed. There seemed to be little concern about explaining treatment plans or helping elevate concerns I had. What ultimately concerned me most was the treatment planning. After seeking several second opinions, I was told by other dentists that some of the recommended treatment recommendations, including crowns, were aggressive and unnecessary. That raised serious red flags for me. I also began to feel uncomfortable with the front office staff. There was noticeable pressure to agree to additional services, and when I asked questions or declined treatment, the response sometimes felt dismissive. Because of these experiences, I decided it was best to switch providers. I hope they can refocus on consistency, patient communication, and more conservative treatment recommendations in the future.

I was taken back after sitting just a couple of minutes by Angel the awesome tech. I love the technology of this office. They do digital X-rays and photos. Super easy no pain no stress, and super quick. I saw Dr Kaplan today. She is so nice and I got a great report today. My hygienist was Chelsea. I hadn't had an appointment with her in like a year. I guess I was scheduled with a different hygienist. She is so great! She is very detailed and personable. We caught up on what we have both been up to this last year, during my treatment. I just love the personalized care. I do have new info that they are using a new and improved fluoride treatment. It is water soluble. And it only has to stay on for 15 minutes to be effective. That means you only have to wait 15 minutes before you eat or drink anything. They have two flavors right now mint or watermelon. The watermelon flavor is light and sweet. I like it. They gave me sunglasses to wear during the exam so the bright light they use to see doesn't blind me. Lol. I was able to book my next 3 appointments while sitting in the comfy chair. I received a tooth brushing kit, perfect for travel or work. Check out was super quick. This office is professional, friendly and efficient. Team work in action. The hours are also important to me. They are able to get me in, late afternoon after school hours. So perfect! This office is right between my school and my house so it's perfect for me. There is always plenty of parking. There are spots right outside the door or right across. I like to pop over to Trader Joe's and dollar tree when I'm over here. I highly recommend. Check them out.

I did it. They said I have gum disease and need to come every three months. I did it. Mind you I brush and floss and water pik and mouth rinse twice a day. I have no pain, no bleeding, and never had a cavity. Went and got a second opinion and was told my mouth looks great. No gum disease. The staff is friendly and I think they do a good job, but I would get a second opinion before agreeing to anything they say, especially if it's not covered. I switched back to every six months. I wish they wouldn't upsell so much.

I went here in December for a cleaning and never got the cleaning due to them saying I needed a deep cleaning. I left the office after they said I couldn't get a price with insurance until after February. Unknowingly to me, the office billed by insurance for a cleaning that never happened. I've been going back and forth with them since December. The office manager said she would take the cleaning off for me since I never received it and my insurance is saying that isn't true. Also getting someone to call you back here is like pulling teeth. The only way to get a business to do right by their customers is to write reviews. It's so sad. I will never be back here. I should never have to go through this to get my bi-yearly teeth cleaning.
