But right up there at the top of my list, is the way I am treated at this office. Everybody is friendly, kind and patient. All those things you look for in a dentist office. I had an appointment to get my permanent crown and then the pandemic hit. Everybody closed down. So of course my appointment was canceled. Once they re-opened, I felt that I should wait until the people who had more pressing issues were seen since my crown was doing just fine. Cut to a little over a year later... my temporary crown is still hanging on! If that isn't a testament to good work, I don't know what is!!!! I was waiting for the little crown that could to put up a fight when it was being taken out.. Plink!! Popped right out! (thank God it didn't happen when I was eating! Lol) I now have my lovely new tooth and I am good to go until June when we rescue my front tooth! Thanks for the great service again Welch Dentistry!!! Update: it is now July 2026. I am still going to Welch dentistry. I went for a couple years without insurance and things are happening. I broke off a chunk of my molar a week before vacation. I called them up at 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and they got me in at 8 AM on Thursday morning. I requested to have the work done when I got back from vacation so he did a temporary fix to get me by. Today I had my crown done. He told me I might need a root canal, but we wouldn't know until we got there. But they did send in a pre-authorization to my insurance to see how much I would end up paying so there was no surprise. The only surprise was, he said I did not need the root canal which made me super happy. So don't think for one minute they just bill you for stuff you don't need. A lot of damage has happened in two years unfortunately so I will be going there probably once every other month until the end of the year. But that's OK. I'm glad I have the insurance again and I'm able to go back to them because I'd rather go nowhere than not go to them. Once you find a dentist, you trust, you stay there. I completely trust these people.. I trust them to do the work and do the work right, I also trust that they will not do unnecessary work just to bill me. I have never had a problem with any of their work. Quite honestly, I think that sometimes people may not listen to instruction, and that is why they lose crowns or fillings or things like that. I was told not to go crazy with my water pick, and not to eat crunchy or sticky food with my crown right now. She also said do not avoid it either or I can make the tissue get inflamed. They give you instructions and you need to listen and follow them. Thank you for another great visit.!!!!

I originally received top dentures from Dr. Schmitt and indeed loved her, unlike some reviews I was offered her location if I wanted to see her, but it was just too far away so I opted to make an appointment with a doctor here and I have no regrets. My five stars doesn't mean they were "great", my five stars mean they exceeded my expectations over and over again. Once my courage was up I made the call and surprisinly they got me in the next day. Veronica was incredible, made me feel it was okay to open my mouth and get the work done. Then I had the honor of meeting Dr. Adams .. not only an amazing doctor but his bedside manor was over the top. I was comfortable immediately and within two weeks, my bottom dentures were done. Unfortunately, I'm at the age where doctor visits are common, I have also learned that I am just a patient and once I walk out that door, I am pretty much forgotten until my next appointment. From the office staff to the top notch Dr. Adams they all made me feel like I'm actually a person. They remembered my little quirks and respected them. If I can't get gum contouring until my braces are done, then okay. My problem is why am I paying $130 for a consultation just to be rushed and barely have anything explained to me? I was trying to clarify what he meant and he immediately went "No, no, I never said that. I never said that " I wasn't accusing him of anything. I also asked how much the procedure would cost and he told me around $3,000 to $5,000 and said "It's not cheap" The way he said it came off so judgmental and unnecessary. I asked for the price. I was already confused after the consultation and was asking about my other dental office since they're connected to the same company. While I was talking, I literally saw the girl at the front desk roll her eyes, glare at me and then smile at me afterward like nothing happened. So unprofessional and honestly just rude.
