Relaxing while I wait but usually I don't wait long. Approx 5-15 mins Dr Le and his team are friendly, professional and efficient. He's the only dentist I know that would administer anesthesia and then ask if I feel any pain when he start working on me and stop to give me more anesthesia if I still feel pain. That's how a dentist should be!! I can't tell you how many dentists I've had in the past who starts drilling my teeth without asking if I feel any pain so I'm gripping my chair til my knuckles are white and bear the pain no matter how slight. Communication is the key. Dr Le definitely communicate with his patients and I thank him greatly for that. That's what keeps me coming back for years. Also altho he had a change of receptionist the girls, are always friendly and professional and very accommodating. They will squeeze you in if there's space. They called me to go in when someone cancelled and they almost always call to remind me of my appointment at least a day prior. Good job girls! Mrs Le also comes in to help once in a while but she runs the Henderson office I was told. She's also very professional and helpful. Thank you to both Dr Le!

It's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. Every time I call it…read morerings and goes to voicemail. Then I'll leave a voicemail and rarely get a call back. A couple weeks ago I called and left a voicemail. After a few hours they called back but I missed the call. I called them back 2 minutes later and it went to voicemail again with no call back. A month or two ago I called to schedule an appointment and they had a message on their machine stating the office would be closed for about a week and a half. I called them twice earlier this week and again it goes to voicemail and I get no call back. They are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday and seem to be gone for lunch Monday-Thursday for 1.5 hours. It's just extremely inconvenient to be able to schedule anything with them and there always seems to be something going on whether they have to shut down temporarily, they have no receptionist, or something else.

I have now reached out to my insurance company because I have been overcharged on every single visit! I called again over a month ago and spoke to an accounting temp that made the promise of calling me back within a few days to resolve this mess. That's been over a month already and still no call back yet. Please check your insurance claims! My insurance company is waiting to hear from this dentist office but no one has reached out to them yet. It has already been six months and still nothing. Now when I call the office, no one answers the phone. I also love how they keep emailing me a bill that I should not be paying because I have been overcharged! In fact, this dentist owes me money after talking to my insurance company and doing the math. I really liked this dentist and the hygienist but after this living nightmare, I will be looking for another dentist that doesn't over charge their patients.

They are money hungry and do not know how to properly check your dental insurance benefits. They also do not know how to read insurance benefits that is clearing printed out in front of them! Prior to my appointment I called to verify that they had my dental plan on file. They said that they would call and proceeded to tell me that I had no benefits outside of basic cleaning. I brought to the office my dental plan coverage and Patty at the front desk, said my dental insurance only covered until the age of 14. That they had already called my insurance and my medical is paired with my dental. Informed her I pay for my dental separate from my medical. She still insisted it didn't cover anything and to call my insurance. I called my dental plan and my insurance representative called the dental office to confirm that they did not call the right insurance number to verify coverage. Stay away from this office that just tries to make you pay for services without checking your dental benefits!!!

I searched "dentist" in the group, read through a ton of recommendations, and chose Elegant Smiles because the dentist's wife had commented on several posts offering to help. I messaged her directly, and she got my husband in to see her husband that same day! My husband was in so much pain that they had to numb him multiple times before they could extract the tooth. He came home swollen all the way up to his eye because the infection had spread down to the roots. My husband absolutely HATES going to the dentist, but he didn't have a single negative thing to say about his experience. The front office staff was also incredible. Since we don't have physical insurance cards, they had to call and get all of our information, and they handled everything without giving us any hassle. I will admit, when you look at their website it can seem a little intimidating and very high-end. Their office is beautiful, and they absolutely offer high-end cosmetic services. But don't let that scare you away if you're simply looking for an emergency tooth extraction or general dental care. They offer a wide variety of services for all kinds of dental needs. Today I received my third if not fourth crown at this office. There's a reason I keep coming back…read more First and foremost, I would like to keep all my teeth! But right up there at the top of my list, is the way I am treated at this office. Everybody is friendly, kind and patient. All those things you look for in a dentist office. I had an appointment to get my permanent crown and then the pandemic hit. Everybody closed down. So of course my appointment was canceled. Once they re-opened, I felt that I should wait until the people who had more pressing issues were seen since my crown was doing just fine. Cut to a little over a year later... my temporary crown is still hanging on! If that isn't a testament to good work, I don't know what is!!!! I was waiting for the little crown that could to put up a fight when it was being taken out.. Plink!! Popped right out! (thank God it didn't happen when I was eating! Lol) I now have my lovely new tooth and I am good to go until June when we rescue my front tooth! Thanks for the great service again Welch Dentistry!!! Update: it is now July 2026. I am still going to Welch dentistry. I went for a couple years without insurance and things are happening. I broke off a chunk of my molar a week before vacation. I called them up at 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and they got me in at 8 AM on Thursday morning. I requested to have the work done when I got back from vacation so he did a temporary fix to get me by. Today I had my crown done. He told me I might need a root canal, but we wouldn't know until we got there. But they did send in a pre-authorization to my insurance to see how much I would end up paying so there was no surprise. The only surprise was, he said I did not need the root canal which made me super happy. So don't think for one minute they just bill you for stuff you don't need. A lot of damage has happened in two years unfortunately so I will be going there probably once every other month until the end of the year. But that's OK. I'm glad I have the insurance again and I'm able to go back to them because I'd rather go nowhere than not go to them. Once you find a dentist, you trust, you stay there. I completely trust these people.. I trust them to do the work and do the work right, I also trust that they will not do unnecessary work just to bill me. I have never had a problem with any of their work. Quite honestly, I think that sometimes people may not listen to instruction, and that is why they lose crowns or fillings or things like that. I was told not to go crazy with my water pick, and not to eat crunchy or sticky food with my crown right now. She also said do not avoid it either or I can make the tissue get inflamed. They give you instructions and you need to listen and follow them. Thank you for another great visit.!!!!

He was fast and gentle....no pulling tugging ,pounding!!! I couldn't believe it was done! So much so he laughed and showed me my tooth!!!! I never had a dental experience like this.I used to cringe just thinking of going to the dentist. Now I smile and look forward to it. I can't exaggerate this experience enough.
