As a first time mom looking for my baby's dentist, there are many choices out there, but I found the best one!! Windmill pediatric dentistry is AMAZING. Never a wait time, parking lot has plenty spaces. The area is nice. Her dentist is very personable and knowledgeable. Speaking to her is like talking to a close friend. She teaches and advises about dental hygiene. It shows that she really enjoys working with kids as well, no matter how hard they may be lol The entire staff is always so friendly too! Everyone makes the time to say hi. I know it doesn't sound much but it means a lot! The office itself is nice and clean, my two year old enjoys coming here. She's definitely going to be her dentist for the rest of her life!

We've only had two visits with Windmill Pediatric Dentistry so far, but they've been fantastic! Dr. Sisiley and her team are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure your child feels comfortable throughout the entire visit. If you're in the southwest area and looking for a pediatric dentist, we highly recommend them.

We had such a wonderful experience at Windmill Pediatric Dentistry and I truly want to give a big shout out to Dr. Sisiley Bao. My daughter is 7 years old, and Dr. Bao was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with her from the very beginning. Even though the office was very busy on Saturday morning, she never rushed us or made us feel she's too busy to show deep personal interest. She carefully examined every single tooth and actually found a very tiny cavity that other dentists had missed. She cleaned the tooth carefully and placed a small filling right away, which I really appreciated. What made the visit extra special was how Dr. Bao turned the whole dental appointment into a fun and educational experience for my daughter. She gave the dental tools cute names so kids wouldn't feel scared. For example, the suction tool was called "Mr. Thirsty" because it comes in to drink the water from your mouth. My daughter thought it was hilarious. During the visit my daughter was watching cartoons on the ceiling and felt completely relaxed. Instead of being nervous, she was actually curious and interested in what was happening. Dr. Bao also patiently showed her how to brush properly, how to floss, and how to take care of her teeth after eating sweets. We both learned a lot during this visit. By the end of the appointment my daughter was smiling and even said she's excited to come back next time?!!! Something I never expected to hear from anyone after a dental visit LOL. I'm truly grateful to Dr. Sisiley Bao for giving us such a positive experience. If you are looking for a caring, patient, and very thorough pediatric dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Bao at Windmill Pediatric Dentistry.

We had an amazing experience today! The dentist and the entire staff were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming with my 3-year-old son.

We had such an Amazing experience with Dr. Sisi and her team! Dr. Sisi is kind, patient and knowledgeable! She kindly explained to us her work process and went over the details of the check up with me while my daughter played in the play area. She answered all of our questions and gave us helpful advice and information about dental hygiene for our little one! I Highly recommend Windmill Pediatric Dentistry!!

We always love coming here for their dental needs from cleaning and taking care of their cavities! And the office experience is always awesome and very welcoming!

Do NOT go to Little Smiles on South Rainbow. I've had…read moremultiple bad experiences here lately and feel like they care more about billing than patients. In Sept, my daughter had a cavity on a BACK tooth. They went ahead and used a white (more expensive) filling without saying a word to me about it and/or the cost difference. No discussion, no consent--just did it and charged me. For a back tooth! The normal silver would have been fine! I brought it up with billing, I was not happy but ended up paying it anyway. Then in March, I specifically told them NOT to do anything that wasn't covered by insurance. I made that very clear after our last visit!! Despite that, they did X-rays--even though she already had X-rays at their office in September. Insurance only covers them once a year, which they know because they call the insurance for verification AND have all her dental records. Now I'm stuck with another bill, and when I called, they refused to help or adjust anything because "I signed for it." That's not acceptable. I did NOT agree to unnecessary or non-covered procedures, and I definitely was not told these X-rays would cost me out of pocket. There was no urgency, no pain, and no reason the X-rays couldn't have waited until they were covered again at her next appointment (in just 6 more months)! This feels like a pattern of doing extra procedures and billing patients without proper communication. If they send me to collections, I am prepared to escalate the issue further and file a complaint with the BBB and Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners! Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Be careful if you go here.

The last dentist gave us a referral to have cavities filled under general anesthesia since my daughter was a little nervous with the nitrous oxide. But she was still able to sit through and finish the procedure, so I was hesitant, and I'm glad I trusted my gut instinct to wait and get a 2nd opinion. She did perfectly fine both times at this clinic with a strawberry flavored medicine and nitrous oxide. The dentists and dental assistants we had here both times are exceptional in their clinical ability and also in making children feel comfortable. My daughter was talking about the "unicorn powers" and "pink bugs" for weeks after her visits. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

And we have had some pretty crazy dental situations with all my kids where Sometimes they even needed a procedure or a surgery and My 4 kids all go to Adventure Smiles, and I will never go anywhere else -- ever! She takes 1 look at my kids and understands what they need done and her work is CLEAN and PERFECT! The staff is A+ -- friendly, efficient, and so caring. This is what pediatric dentistry should be: full of warmth, skill, and heart. I cannot recommend them enough. I was also charged a late fee for rescheduling my daughter's appointment, something that didn't happen before. When I inquired, the front desk explained that with the new insurance coordinator, the office has become stricter with billing, including fees for minor issues. I requested a courtesy waiver for the fee, but they refused, citing office policy. Additionally, the staff under the new management are not as courteous or friendly as before. They come across as focused primarily on money rather than patient care, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Overall, the experience feels transactional rather than patient-centered. I would not recommend this office and suggest seeking dental services elsewhere.

From the moment you check in to the moment you are walked out, you can truly feel that you and your children are cared for. All of the dental assistants are absolutely fabulous. I have never had a bad experience with any of them. They truly live up to their name as a children's dental office because they treat your children like children. They understand that kids can come in feeling scared, nervous, or anxious, and they know exactly how to make them feel comfortable and safe. My 6-year-old daughter had to have a procedure done today that required in-office oral sedation for a filling on a molar. She was extremely nervous coming in, and honestly, so was I. But once we got into the room, Dr. Truman did a marvelous job treating her. I was truly blown away by the patience, care, and professionalism he showed my daughter. I am so grateful for this practice and their doctors. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind about the trust I have in this team and the care they provide. We have also previously seen Dr. Audrey, and she has been just as wonderful... I wish nothing but continued success and many blessings upon this practice and everyone who works here. Thank you all soooo much for everything you do! Five stars simply isn't enough!
