Words simply aren't enough to express my gratitude for such a professional, caring, and patient staff. From the moment you check in to the moment you are walked out, you can truly feel that you and your children are cared for. All of the dental assistants are absolutely fabulous. I have never had a bad experience with any of them. They truly live up to their name as a children's dental office because they treat your children like children. They understand that kids can come in feeling scared, nervous, or anxious, and they know exactly how to make them feel comfortable and safe. My 6-year-old daughter had to have a procedure done today that required in-office oral sedation for a filling on a molar. She was extremely nervous coming in, and honestly, so was I. But once we got into the room, Dr. Truman did a marvelous job treating her. I was truly blown away by the patience, care, and professionalism he showed my daughter. I am so grateful for this practice and their doctors. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind about the trust I have in this team and the care they provide. We have also previously seen Dr. Audrey, and she has been just as wonderful... I wish nothing but continued success and many blessings upon this practice and everyone who works here. Thank you all soooo much for everything you do! Five stars simply isn't enough! read more

I called yesterday to get an appointment for my son & they got me in the next morning!! We went to our normal dentist (not a pediatrician dentist) for several extractions to prepare for his braces later this year. However, one of his teeth was infected & my son was very nervous about an experience a few years back that caused him a lot of pain during an extraction. So we received a referral to Smile Reef. SO glad we did. Dr. Sodhi was SO amazing!! She was kind, reassuring and walked my son through the entire process. Joseph, her assistant, was super sweet and very efficient. With the help of the laughing gas, which he loved btw, he felt NO pain. We went in planning on have 3 teeth removed but they ended up removing 6 total...no more baby teeth. I highly recommend Smile Reef. Staff and Dr were amazing, only wish I had found them soon :-) read more

Dentist time!! Smile Reef Pediatric Dentistry has been the best dental home for Arjuna. He's been coming here since he was about 9, after we tried a few other dentists before finding the right fit. Because Arjuna is on the spectrum, many places told me I'd need to pay over $1,000 to put him fully to sleep just to examine him. At Smile Reef, they truly understand their patients. Arjuna only needed laughing gas, and he did amazingly well. We are so grateful for Dr. Sodhi and the entire team--their patience, kindness, and care mean everything to our family. Thank you for always taking such great care of Arjuna. read more

My son had an urgent dental issue. I called our regular dentist and he was on vacation. I called Smile Reef for a second opinion on whether or not this issue could wait and the woman who answered the phone explained how the treatment would work and reassured me. I was worried that our current dentist was just saying the situation could wait a day because he wasn't there anyway, but she told me that the standard of care would be the same. Start antibiotics prior to planning for any treatment. She offered us a same day appointment, but wasn't pushy when I said we would just stick with our current dentist, but I did tell her if anything changes they will be first on our list. Her taking the time to explain the details and not trying to be pushy and make us come in really says a lot about the people who work in this office. I really appreciate it! read more

So I came here for a second opinion on my babies cavities. They did a full work up. Before we scheduled for her procedure, which she needed to go under anesthesia. The doctor went through the process and explained everything. They had two options , Either go under anesthesia or do a slight sedation. I felt comfortable to have my daughter go under anesthesia so we schedule. They only schedule these certain visits on Friday. The front desk staff was super sweet and helpful! I was so annoying and called them a bunch of times before the appointment and they were super nice! Also, the waiting room was super cute. They had a section for the adults and then they had a cute little section for the kids. This is such a clean location! The day of the surgery we came in and the receptionists were super helpful went through our paperwork , notified us to wait until the anesthesiologist and the dentist came out and spoke to us. The anesthesiologist came out went through the process on what goes on in the room. The dentist went over the teeth that will be fix again and reassure us if there were any changes they would let us know before hand. I love that the anesthesiologist gave the baby a shot in the waiting when I was holding her. Because I was the last person and first person she saw during this scary process. When the anesthesiologist administered the injection it took seconds for my daughter to go under . And I felt so comfortable and not worried because they did such a great job making us feel comfortable. The receptionist were so sweet, they saw it was a hot mess so they would check on the Baby and reassure me that she was fine, while we waited. Once the procedure was complete we went into the room and woke the baby up little by little . They gave us an frozen popsicle for the baby. They went over what to expect and the aftercare and we on our way. Very nerve-racking situation but in the end they made it so smooth and comfortable. I feel happy we chose this facility to care for our baby. Amazing job and super professional! read more

I just have to give Dr. Audrey all the praises for her gentle demeanor with my child! I have just one with a sudden dental anxiety, and Dr. Audrey has exponentially more patience with it than even I do as the mom. She/the office was so accommodating to various treatment options and times that would best suite my child's tolerance. She has single handedly alleviated lots of my child's fears so we can have progressively enjoy more rational teeth cleaning experiences. It makes me a much nicer mom on the backend, haha. read more

We came ti Las Vegas and needed an urgent dental appointment for my child. After seeing so many great reviews, we decided to give this office a try--and I'm so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, and professional. We had to make a big decision about doing anesthesia for my child, and as a mom I was very nervous. The doctor and staff went above and beyond to explain everything, reassure me, and make sure both my child and I felt comfortable and safe. Their compassion and care truly stood out, and I left feeling so relieved and grateful. Highly recommend this place to any parent looking for a dental team that not only provides excellent care but also truly cares about their patients' feelings. read more

As long as he still employs Dr. Lamb in this office, I do not suggest that you take your children and trust them with them on October 28. I took my daughter who is four years old in for a procedure as she's been in before they broke protocol and never called me to the back, even though my daughter was restless, and the sedation didn't stick when I walked up to my daughter she was sobbing uncontrollably had scratches on her neck as well as multiple blood vessels popped all over her face. My daughter is now traumatized from going to any doctor and when I spoke to the owner of the company, he excused the doctors behavior. Also informed me that in the last few months this is actually the second incident that has happened, and unfortunately, even though two kids have been impacted by this. The owner is only writing him up as opposed to firing him due to being afraid of being sued by the doctor this is really disheartening as a parent, specially of a child that can't speak for herself and a company who's supposed to protect them due to their protocols the owner says that the only protocol broken was not calling me into the back when my daughter wasn't staying still, but that to me is a very big breach of protocol specially, when my daughter not only had visible marks that lasted days, but she has a lifetime of impact where she continues to talk about the doctor hurting her and her being afraid to go back. This is every parent nightmare and again as long as he is still employed there, I suggest you find a new doctor because this office cares more about being sued, then then integrity of your children being in a safe place. My lesson to be learned here as doctors cannot be trusted and their protocols are only in place to help them out. Please do not leave your kids alone with these doctors and this office 100% cannot be trusted. read more
