We have been going to Dr. Bui's office for years. Staff is great and professional. The office is also superhero themed which makes it very fun and friendly for the kids. Highly recommend this pediatrician dental office.

The facility is clean and staff are friendly and professional. The front desk clerk greet us warmly and guided us through the check in process. The office is environmental conscious, so check in is paper free. Betty walked us in the operation room and helped with pre-op preparation. Dr. Bui then came in for local anesthesia. Under their guidance, it went smoothly. Communication among their staff is absolutely stunning. After 15 minutes or so, Dr. Bui returned to perform treatment. The whole process was efficient, stress free, and pleasant.

Cavity Busters has been a life saver after our daughter had a traumatic experience at a general dentist. They have been so kind and patient while she regains her trust in dental offices. They take the time to explain everything so that Mom and kid can understand what is going on. They always have a trick up their sleeve if something starts to make my child feel uneasy. There are not enough nice things to say about this office and everyone who works here. Today she had her cleaning done by Jerome. And just like everyone else, he was amazing. He was quick, efficient, and very friendly.

This is my second time, it always a great experience my son love it. They are very professional and fun. The dentist always make fun and exciting for my son. So it's not to scary. My son always like getting his token after his done for his toys. Also Michelle was a great assistant to the dentist. I'll definitely recommend.

This review has long been overdue! Dr Bui and everyone in the team has always made us special. Dr Bui always made sure I was involved in my child's teeth. Jerome, the dental assistant, is fantastic! He is full of energy, very passionate about his job, and takes the time to explain every step of the process and all the details about dental care. Have been taking all of my kids here since they started having teeth. Dr. Bui and his staff are class acts - personable, professional, and efficient! The new location on Jones makes the experiences even better than before. Private rooms, TVs tuned to the kids favorite titles (TVs mounted on the ceiling for the kids while on the exam chair!), so spacious inside and more than ample parking. Festive holiday decorations and wall art are a plus, too! The staff are all equipped with radios so they can make sure that everyone and everything are moving along smoothly and prepping for each patient ahead of time. Their office has great access from any direction in town. Cavity Busters truly takes the pain out of taking the kids to the dentist. It's fun for the kids and me! read more

I was referred here from another provider because they said the only way to treat my child was under anesthesia at the surgery center due to his "combativeness" , all over a simple cleaning they couldn't complete (yet charged for). So when I came to Cavity Busters, I was honestly nervous and expected the same behavior. But it was the complete opposite! My son didn't even flinch. Dr. Bui and his staff (Betty & Jerome) were amazing. You can truly tell they love what they do and are great with kids. They explained every step to my child to keep him at ease and comfortable. And the best part? Dr. Bui and his team were able to do EVERYTHING in-office , no anesthesia, no surgery center, no issues. We're now on our third visit! After the very first appointment, I knew this was the place for us. I even switched my other child to this location right away. Everyone here is fantastic, even the front office staff. We came here for the first time and had the best experience! My children are 13 and 8 and both of them had really great visits today. All the things they did right: - easy to make an appointment, lots of availability - great communication about the appointment with your preferred method of contact - easy to find, lots of parking - amazing staff! Dr. Bui has practiced general dentistry in Las Vegas for 6 years before his calling towards pediatric dentistry. After a two year residency program in Cleveland working on approximately 40 children per day, he returned home to start his own office in the southwest part of Vegas. He continues to participate in extensive continuing education courses to keep up with the advances of children's dentistry. When you watch him work, you will realize that he was meant to do this stuff. He shows so much excitement and skill in allaying kids' fears. Come in to our office and let him show you himself.

In Sept, my daughter had a cavity on a BACK tooth. They went ahead and used a white (more expensive) filling without saying a word to me about it and/or the cost difference. No discussion, no consent--just did it and charged me. For a back tooth! The normal silver would have been fine! I brought it up with billing, I was not happy but ended up paying it anyway. Then in March, I specifically told them NOT to do anything that wasn't covered by insurance. I made that very clear after our last visit!! Despite that, they did X-rays--even though she already had X-rays at their office in September. Insurance only covers them once a year, which they know because they call the insurance for verification AND have all her dental records. Now I'm stuck with another bill, and when I called, they refused to help or adjust anything because "I signed for it." That's not acceptable. I did NOT agree to unnecessary or non-covered procedures, and I definitely was not told these X-rays would cost me out of pocket. There was no urgency, no pain, and no reason the X-rays couldn't have waited until they were covered again at her next appointment (in just 6 more months)! This feels like a pattern of doing extra procedures and billing patients without proper communication. If they send me to collections, I am prepared to escalate the issue further and file a complaint with the BBB and Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners! Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Be careful if you go here.

The last dentist gave us a referral to have cavities filled under general anesthesia since my daughter was a little nervous with the nitrous oxide. But she was still able to sit through and finish the procedure, so I was hesitant, and I'm glad I trusted my gut instinct to wait and get a 2nd opinion. She did perfectly fine both times at this clinic with a strawberry flavored medicine and nitrous oxide. The dentists and dental assistants we had here both times are exceptional in their clinical ability and also in making children feel comfortable. My daughter was talking about the "unicorn powers" and "pink bugs" for weeks after her visits. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Then, as I was leaving, Claudia called me back and informed me that I wasn't even eligible for a general cleaning. The most frustrating part is that I told both the dental assistant and the dentist that I came in specifically for the advertised cleaning, and no one mentioned any eligibility issues until after my appointment and payment. This was extremely misleading and a complete waste of my time. Advertising a $75 cleaning, confirming that patients will receive it, and then changing the story afterward feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Update: Immediately after leaving, I went to another dental office and was able to receive the same type of general cleaning they told me I wasn't eligible for. The entire visit took about an hour, the cleaning actually cost less than what I paid here just for an exam and to have multiple weird photos of my mouth taken, and the service was friendly and professional. Gotta love these guys! My oldest daughter Mikaylah (10) isn't really afraid of the dentist which is great and makes for an easy patient, my youngest Scarlet (4 almost 5) is TERRIFIED!!! but the people in this office make it so easy, Scarlet wasn't comfortable at first so the sweet lady working on her cleaning allowed me to sit with her in the chair so I could calm her... def helped. she showed her everything she was gonna use and allowed her to touch the tools showing her there's nothing to be afraid of. she was patient and so kind. def what I need to see to allow myself to be comfortable moving forward with dentists for my kids. Mikaylah needed cavities filled and we were able to get them done in the same visit. Dr. Bryan is always very thorough and made sure I understood what was being done and why. he even had me come back to the room mid-filling so that I could see what's going on. all in all these folks do the best they can and that's really all I can ask for.... I cannot say enough about the amazing experience we had with Dr. Bouie and his assistant, Destiny! From the moment we walked in, they made my 9-year-old daughter feel completely at ease. My daughter is typically nervous about dental visits, but Dr. Bouie and Destiny turned it into a fun and stress-free experience. They were both so warm, welcoming, and full of energy, cracking jokes and keeping things lighthearted the entire time. We went to Cavitybusters earlier this week because my daughter needed a couple of fillings. During the procedure we had Lauren as our dental assistant. She was fabulous. She was sweet, conversational, and kind and she employed a technique where she would rub my daughter's arm and tickle her ever so slightly while the dentist used the needle to numb her gums. After the procedure was over, my daughter mentioned that it really helped to distract her from the pinch of the needle. All in all, Lauren provided excellent customer service and kept my daughter calm as the dentist worked. This is not our first, second, or third trip to this office, and we will remain loyal customers until the kids become adults and can no longer be seen there. It is an outstanding office and I would recommend their services to anybody. Lauren made this visit painless and Dr. Bui always is always the consummate professional. They do great work. read more

Wow, what a place. I was impressed right away with the office and super hero theme. The front office was amazing and very welcoming. When I say I have a child who is scared of the dentist, that's an understatement, she is terrified. I have been to several dentists in this town, none of which had the patience as this one with my seven year old. Lauren, our hygienist was TRULY amazing :) Her ability to walk my daughter through her fears and lots of questions was as a mother so heartwarming and put me at such ease. Any mother with a trembling child understands what I mean. We walked in with my girl shaking and crying and left with a smile on her face, and said " wow mommy we found my new dentist". Jerome from Cavitybusters is exceptional. My daughter had to have some teeth filled a week or so ago, and because these were the front teeth, it was quite a long process. She was in the chair for roughly two hours, but Jerome made it all bearable. He was professional, kind, friendly, and proficient. He constantly checked on her and spoke to her in an attempt to ease her mind. He made her laugh and he offered some words of wisdom based on his own personal dental experiences. In short, he was exceptional. We've been coming to Cavitybusters for years and have always been satisfied. This is hands down is the best place to take your children for any dentistry needs. Dr. BUI is absolutely amazing. He assists in making your babies feel comfortable and creating a smile with many different tactics. My son was terrified to go to the dentist and now looks forward to seeing Dr. BUI. His team from checking in was so helpful and welcoming Dess C. Double team( brought 2 of my children) Ari and Brittany was very gentle and informative of what they were doing while performing their tasks. We had a wonderful experience at cavity buster Dr. Bui and the dental assistant jerome and michelle were both amazing with my child. They were so gentle, patient, and kind -- they explained every step and made sure my little one felt safe and comfortable the whole time. My daughter had anxiety about the dentist when she first started seeing Dr. Bui years ago. He always made sure to keep her informed every step of the way, and that she felt comfortable. She's older now, and has one last appointment with him before she begins seeing an adult dentist. While she isn't thrilled about the dentist, she's no longer filled with dread beforehand. Dr. Bui goes above and beyond in making his patients feel at ease. He has such a way with kids, and you can tell that he loves working with them and genuinely cares. We've been going to this dental office for the past 2 years since my daughter was referred to a pediatric dentist. Our experience with Dr. Bui and his staff was exceptional every dental appointment. My 6 year old daughter always cries with needles but Dr. Bui and his staffs managed to redirect her and cooperate with the procedure. Their dental office is always clean and kid friendly. Dr. Bui is an EXCEPTIONAL dentist and is AMAZING with kids! He is pleasant, funny and very calming. My kids look forward to their visits every single time. I wish Dr. Bui was my dentist because I would have had the most positive dental experiences growing up. I don't usually write reviews, but wanted more people to acknowledge this great pediatric dentist. Both of my girls have been with Dr. Bui for over 4 years. He is great with kids, patient, and very knowledgeable. I'm always well informed of what is going on and given plenty of suggestions. My girls have been there long enough to dealt with most of the staffs, and they are gentle and friendly. Can't think of any other dental office that can make my girls open their mouth all the time. I am very happy with how my sons procedure went the type of care we received was phenomenal, we were very nervous for the in house procedure but everything went perfect!!! Dr. Bui, Jerome (the doctors assistant) as well as the office staff were so helpful every step of the way and so kind! I was so nervous as a mother that it was going to be traumatic but it was nothing like that at all, my son did not feel any pain, he left happy and proud of himself!! We would highly recommend Dr Bui and staff they have all been wonderful. my 5 yr old was scared to go to the dentist after previous experiences at another dentist office, after our first visit here he now asks when he gets to come back and he had a cavity filled, one pulled and a crown. Our 3 yr old now has some work needing to be done , we just got done with the consult and they were all wonderful with him. We were visiting the area from Canada, when our 3 year old daughter came down with sudden tooth pain. Cavitybusters Dentistry were able to get her in IMMEDIATELY as an emergency patient (literally an hour after we called). The staff there were extremely caring and kind. I cannot express how thankful we are to them. A special thanks to Betty and Dr. Bui for taking such excellent care of our daughter. I typically don't leave reviews, but this place is definitely worth leaving one. I have been taking my daughter here since she first got teeth and they are absolutely amazing! They take the time to make sure the child is comfortable and happy before they even begun dental work! My daughter has always asked when they next visit is because she loves coming here. They have updated equipment for the children to use in the waiting room as well as current movies they can watch while getting the work done. I highly recommend Cavitybusters. My son had a great experience here. We have tried another place on Blue Diamond. It was so fast-paced and rushed. I felt like they weren't patient with kids. Cavitybusters is a breath of fresh air from that experience. The staff is Kind. The dental assistant was so nice and explained everything to my son. The Dentist was so playful and friendly.
