Dr. An is wonderful--professional, caring, and always takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable and understand what's being done. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciate the consistent level of care I've received over the years. And Dr. Perry is a fantastic dentist! Like a lot of people, I get anxious at the dentist. Dr. Perry is super accommodating! He checks in throughout the work to make sure I'm doing okay and not experiencing any pain. He always answers all my questions and explains what work we're doing, how long things will take, etc. And I also have to give credit to Shanice, who is a wonderful dental assistant! She is so friendly and patient and I make sure to request her for my appointments. This is the absolute best dental experience you could ask for!

They made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and amazingly I had no pain at all afterward. The work they did was excellent. Recently I went back because another tooth started bothering me. We had actually talked about this tooth back in 2024, but I put it off because I wasn't having pain at the time and I don't have dental insurance. Even so, I knew this was the place I wanted to go back to because I trust them. When I came in yesterday, they were once again so patient and caring. Even though it was late, they still took their time with me and treated me like family. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind and makes you feel comfortable during what can normally be a stressful experience. I'm really grateful to have found a dental office that truly cares about their patients and does such great work. I highly recommend them.

Both of our last visits, we were both refused a basic cleaning saying that a deep root cleaning was needed which is total bs! We are both anal about our teeth and brush and floss religiously between cleaning. It took me a year to find Heavenly Smiles, and I have been very happy. I found Heavenly Smiles by asking a locally raised colleague with nice teeth (I know, strange) who their dentist was...and the rest is history. I've been going to HS for about 3 years now, and have been very pleased. The experience starts with a very friendly and welcoming front desk staff, to the kind X-ray techs and hygienists, and friendly and knowledgeable dentists. Even though I was a relatively new client who only needed cleanings at first, the staff remembers me, who referred me, where I work, etc. Having gone to the same dentist for most of my life prior to Vegas, this has been a very nice experience for me. The one thing that the nerd in me appreciates is all of the advanced technology that HS uses. I was so used to the standard dental pick and brush that coming to Heavenly Smiles opened up my eyes. They will have me as a client for as long as I live in Las Vegas. They have also opened up a location on the West side of the valley. I've not gone, but a colleague I referred to HS has gone to that location and has been very satisfied.

She also handled my child roughly trying to accommodate him on the chair for the dentist to treat him. (Communication goes a long way, don't expect a kid to know what they're meant to do). Overall I disliked their lack of patience and empathy. The only person who was kind was the dentist himself as well as one of the front desk reps. I've had my crowns done three times and have ran into plenty of dental issues, unrelated to this practice, and she has been so empathetic understanding, and an overall comforting presence! She definitely has a passion and a love for what she does and it's evident in how she treats her patients! As a result of my dental issues, I run into having a lot of anxiety around my cleanings and exams, and she has always eased my nerves and has treated me with so much respect. Brooke will tell you Doc is out of town and can't see you and laugh when you ask for next available date which she reiterated she doesn't know because I suppose he's out of town indefinitely. They make scheduling you feel like a chore and unwanted. Going to the dentist is already not something to look forward to but they make that feeling 100x worse. Would rather be told they're not taking any new patients than be lied to or laughed at for trying to book a simple appt.

I had a bit of a gummy smile and had trained myself how to smile so it wouldn't show. I was advised to do procedure by Dr De Andrade but yet again I procrastinated. As a Dental Assistant, I know what the procedure involves and that Dr De Andrade is a great and talented Periodontist. I've seen and assisted during the procedure many times in my 15 yrs in as an assistant, but I'm a baby and I was very nervous to have the procedure done. I finally scheduled it and opted to do oral sedation so I could be calm. The procedure was performed yesterday afternoon, I have minimal discomfort and slight swelling. She knew I had insurance but tried to convince me using fear like somehow using my insurance was bad. Insurance is MENT to be used. Also, giving out my private information about my benefits in front of the lobby? RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL Then when I got into the chair I was told they wanted "special" x-rays that the regular dentist doesn't do. Over the phone I was told my dentist x-rays were fine. No mention of "special" xrays. I agreed because with her poor note taking skills, that shes very proud, (if they were any good she wouldnt have repeatedly tried to push me to pay in cash after i made it clear over the phone i was looking for a dr in network) forgot to write down where I asked her to pull my x-rays from my dentist that I took a couple months back. The front desk woman tried to gaslight me like I never said to pull my x-rays from my dentist and we never had that conversation over the phone. Strike 2. Unfortunately my dentist office was closed for lunch so I agreed to the x-rays. They looked the same. Legit nothing different. Then comes the periodontist. Friendly man except for the dismissiveness. Told me I had no gum recession and that the bleeding would stop if I switched from an Oral B electric to a Sonicare. He only acknowledged that I had a bleeding problem in one spot. The problem is my ENTIRE mouth bleeds when I wake up in the morning. My gums hurt! He ignored that too. I repeatedly said this and that i spit out blood in the mornings but was dismissed. Gaslite and hustled by the front desk girl and a dismissive attitude from the Dr. Won't be back and will be looking for a second opinion. Both my dentist(using the same one for 8 years) and maxillofacial surgeon who went to HARVARD (used the same doctor for 5 years) both told me I have gum recession and to see a periodontist about that and the bleeding. Weird to be dismissed when my 2 primary doctors who've known me for years said I need to see a periodontist. Oh and another uneasy feeling? The gentlemen that came after me clearly stated that he felt he was being hustled every time he was there. Plus I had to cancel the first appointment because my dog was sick and then the front desk girl told me there's a $50 cancelation policy if it's past 24 hours prior to the appointment but since it was my first time I was "okay". Then 6 days prior to my appointment today I get a text saying if I don't confirm at least 48hours prior to my appointment that's also subject to a cancelation fee! WHAT?! You all aren't hurting for business expecting $175 cash because you all know too well that insurance will negotiate that down to like $90. Then hustling for "special" x-rays. Way to make it clear that it's all about money from the first contact. Even signing the paperwork if your insurance doesn't pay up within 30 days you have to cover it. I've never signed anything like that!! Here's to praying they even process my claim on time when I know all they want is cash. I got the feeling I was being hustled and then the man after I walked in said he felt that way every time and stormed out, yeah not a good look! Over all a super uncomfortable experience. I'm worried they wont even try to bill my insurance. I cant sleep because of it and now I need a second opinion with someone who will take my problem seriously. I wasn't going to post to yelp but the owners reply on Google motivated me to copy and paste my review here to futher warn people of this unacceptable behavoir. The response to my review on google was manipulative and dismissive. The owner held zero accountability for anything I said here.
