Since it was my first visit, they did X-rays too. I was told the visit would be $25. I thought I'd be there for an hour. I was there for 2 hours and 15 min. They really should tell you that the first visit is going to be this long so people can plan accordingly. They told me to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment, but I waited a half hour before I left the waiting room. I had already filled out the paperwork online, so there was no need for me to be there so early. The dentist was pleasant and thorough . She did my exam and reviewed the procedures she recommended. Then, the insurance girl came in to talk about what my insurance covers. I told her all I wanted today was the cleaning. For some reason that price was now $75 instead of the $25 they told me it would be when I first arrived. I paid the $75. Finally, the hygienist came in to clean my teeth. She was very friendly and she did a great job cleaning my teeth. On my way out, I noticed they had a sign in the window that said a cleaning, exam, and x-rays was $59 for new patients. I'm not sure why I was charged $75, even with my insurance, if they're only charging other new clients $59. Overall, the medical professionals at this office were professional and competent. The wait time and total visit time took too long. And I feel like I overpaid considering they charged me more with insurance, than they do people without.

So convenient! Ariel was my hygienist and kept me informed on each step she was doing. She was quick and gentle. My teeth were squeaky clean and ready for my procedure the following week. Dr. Sidhu did my crowns and filling the next week. Mouth shots are the worst but he did it painlessly. While he worked his magic, I watched a cooking show on Netflix with some headphones and it was over before I knew it. Providing that for patients is great and beats watching something on your phone! All billing and insurance was explained to me before my procedures so there were no surprises. Polite, professional, and efficient. Your dentist should be one that you recommend, not regret. That also came out. After finally getting it in, I wanted to wait a little to make sure everything was okay before I started another procedure. I called them in May and asked for them to get authorization for my next procedure. They said they would submit it. Two weeks later I called to see if it was approved yet. The young girl at the front desk with long dark hair said no. So I waited. The following week I called again and she said no again. After several weeks I asked her how she submitted the approval or what date and she could not give me an answer. Then I call my insurance and asked them if any pre authorization was received and they said no. I called back to the office again to speak to a manager in which there is not one around. I asked the young girl again did you sent it in and when and how but she could not give me an answer. The next day I called and talked with Eleaza the manager and she tells me that it was never sent in. This whole time they kept on lying for what ever reason.The manger Eleaza tells me they changed manager and she never sent it in, and that is why there was a problem. Now that I am looking at my paper work from January, Eleaza the manager name is all over the paper work from back then. Now I know why they have very few customer and no one waiting in their waiting room ever.

That is a huge and very expensive procedure what with the filing down of all of these teeth, even the 3 other healthy ones. So I needed time to consider, do a little research, and get a second opinion. Just when I made the decision to proceed with this big procedure, I received a letter from Dr. Schwartz telling me he's dismissing me as his patient as I'm not following his advice. I was in the process of trying to follow his advice by first doing my due diligence. So now I'm having this procedure done by another local dentist whose staff is kind and respectful, unlike Dr. Schwartz' office manager Jennifer who always exhibited a mean, nasty, and cruel attitude towards me.

There was constant turnover -- the hygienist seemed different at nearly every cleaning, and my dentist changed multiple times. With each visit, the overall bedside manner felt less personal and more rushed. There seemed to be little concern about explaining treatment plans or helping elevate concerns I had. What ultimately concerned me most was the treatment planning. After seeking several second opinions, I was told by other dentists that some of the recommended treatment recommendations, including crowns, were aggressive and unnecessary. That raised serious red flags for me. I also began to feel uncomfortable with the front office staff. There was noticeable pressure to agree to additional services, and when I asked questions or declined treatment, the response sometimes felt dismissive. Because of these experiences, I decided it was best to switch providers. I hope they can refocus on consistency, patient communication, and more conservative treatment recommendations in the future.

I was taken back after sitting just a couple of minutes by Angel the awesome tech. I love the technology of this office. They do digital X-rays and photos. Super easy no pain no stress, and super quick. I saw Dr Kaplan today. She is so nice and I got a great report today. My hygienist was Chelsea. I hadn't had an appointment with her in like a year. I guess I was scheduled with a different hygienist. She is so great! She is very detailed and personable. We caught up on what we have both been up to this last year, during my treatment. I just love the personalized care. I do have new info that they are using a new and improved fluoride treatment. It is water soluble. And it only has to stay on for 15 minutes to be effective. That means you only have to wait 15 minutes before you eat or drink anything. They have two flavors right now mint or watermelon. The watermelon flavor is light and sweet. I like it. They gave me sunglasses to wear during the exam so the bright light they use to see doesn't blind me. Lol. I was able to book my next 3 appointments while sitting in the comfy chair. I received a tooth brushing kit, perfect for travel or work. Check out was super quick. This office is professional, friendly and efficient. Team work in action. The hours are also important to me. They are able to get me in, late afternoon after school hours. So perfect! This office is right between my school and my house so it's perfect for me. There is always plenty of parking. There are spots right outside the door or right across. I like to pop over to Trader Joe's and dollar tree when I'm over here. I highly recommend. Check them out.

However In December, of 2025, things took a drastic turn. I needed 2 crowns on teeth #14 & #30. Tooth #14 had 2 seeded attempts; each crown cracked & chipped as soon as i bit down while i was still in the dentist's chair. Each cracked porcelain crown had to be sent back to the lab. Tooth #30 crown was seeded right before Christmas. By January 5th the center of the crown chipped and that has hole exposing my tooth root!!! Very painful and very difficult to clean. I can only imagine that this dentist must be using poor quality porcelain. I recently had a new dentist exam when i was eligible to transfer insurance plans. He was not impressed! He informed me that my crowns have a 5 yr warranty and thus, if i want my teeth done right, it'll come out of my pocket; the new insurance will not pay for new crowns. Hhmmmmm.....????
