They seem understaffed as well. They dont have a permanent hygienist so they are always rescheduling you. Makes you wonder why everyone keeps leaving that office. Its just the dr and his wife that remain. I would say go somewhere else where they dont just consider you money and actually care about you as a person and what your needs are. There are way to many good offices that are nice personable and treat you like a human not just counting their money on what they can make.

It was a nebulous range, requiring 2 Dentists in 2 different offices with 2 different sets of charges and for only one arch. AND he was going to match my new teeth to my old teeth. What?! Dr Gregg's services and fees for 2 arches was far more Comprehensive, reasonable, honest, well-explained and supported. And preferable. Of course I would rather have both arches done. And there were great financing options. The Office Experience was unsurpassed. From Start to Finish. So professional. So proficient. So friendly. With a little research through Yelp, I came across Dr. Pham and Ace Dental. Before I called to make an appointment, I contacted the staff via email to make sure they were accepting new patients and more importantly, make sure they accepted my insurance plan. I received a response within a few hours and scheduled my appointment the same day! Dr. Pham and they hygienist are only available on certain Saturdays of each month, so I took what I could get. The Henderson location is located right next to Vons off of Horizon Ridge and 95, not hard to find at all. I arrived about 10 minutes before my 8 o'clock appointment, enough time to fill out paper work. The lobby is small and filled up quickly to my surprise, but they were bringing patients back fast. After I filled out my paperwork, I was immediately brought back to one of the rooms. The office is very clean and decorated nicely. I'm not good with x-rays, but the tech was great and she worked quickly! Somehow, I managed to not throw my breakfast up! Just kidding. Once the x-ray panel was through, I waited about 10 minutes for my examination to be done by Dr. Pham. During those 10 minutes, I occupied myself with the news on TV. My previous dentists did not have TVs in each room, so I was always bored to death when I had to wait for long periods of time... The TV is definitely a plus! Dr. Pham was friendly and explained to me what procedures I needed to have done in the near future. Debbie the hygienist was great! She made me feel relaxed while doing my cleaning and my teeth felt amazing afterwards. Overall, I am very confident with my choice to continue all of my dental care with Dr. Pham and his staff! The dentist and hygienist have consistently provided excellent care, which is why I have remained a patient for so long. Unfortunately, my experiences with the front desk have not met the same standard of professionalism. In particular, interactions with the office manager (Diana) have been unsettling , as questions regarding visit charges have been met with a raised voice and a condescending tone. Patients should feel comfortable asking questions about their bills and receiving clear, respectful explanations. I can let go of one bad experience but for it to constantly happen with the same lack of care, I've hit my limit. Trust is ultimately lost when the person who is handling your money and insurance billing is met with a lack of self-awareness of how they speak to someone.

I was taken back after sitting just a couple of minutes by Angel the awesome tech. I love the technology of this office. They do digital X-rays and photos. Super easy no pain no stress, and super quick. I saw Dr Kaplan today. She is so nice and I got a great report today. My hygienist was Chelsea. I hadn't had an appointment with her in like a year. I guess I was scheduled with a different hygienist. She is so great! She is very detailed and personable. We caught up on what we have both been up to this last year, during my treatment. I just love the personalized care. I do have new info that they are using a new and improved fluoride treatment. It is water soluble. And it only has to stay on for 15 minutes to be effective. That means you only have to wait 15 minutes before you eat or drink anything. They have two flavors right now mint or watermelon. The watermelon flavor is light and sweet. I like it. They gave me sunglasses to wear during the exam so the bright light they use to see doesn't blind me. Lol. I was able to book my next 3 appointments while sitting in the comfy chair. I received a tooth brushing kit, perfect for travel or work. Check out was super quick. This office is professional, friendly and efficient. Team work in action. The hours are also important to me. They are able to get me in, late afternoon after school hours. So perfect! This office is right between my school and my house so it's perfect for me. There is always plenty of parking. There are spots right outside the door or right across. I like to pop over to Trader Joe's and dollar tree when I'm over here. I highly recommend. Check them out.

There was constant turnover -- the hygienist seemed different at nearly every cleaning, and my dentist changed multiple times. With each visit, the overall bedside manner felt less personal and more rushed. There seemed to be little concern about explaining treatment plans or helping elevate concerns I had. What ultimately concerned me most was the treatment planning. After seeking several second opinions, I was told by other dentists that some of the recommended treatment recommendations, including crowns, were aggressive and unnecessary. That raised serious red flags for me. I also began to feel uncomfortable with the front office staff. There was noticeable pressure to agree to additional services, and when I asked questions or declined treatment, the response sometimes felt dismissive. Because of these experiences, I decided it was best to switch providers. I hope they can refocus on consistency, patient communication, and more conservative treatment recommendations in the future.
