I've had my crowns done three times and have ran into plenty of dental issues, unrelated to this practice, and she has been so empathetic understanding, and an overall comforting presence! She definitely has a passion and a love for what she does and it's evident in how she treats her patients! As a result of my dental issues, I run into having a lot of anxiety around my cleanings and exams, and she has always eased my nerves and has treated me with so much respect. Brooke will tell you Doc is out of town and can't see you and laugh when you ask for next available date which she reiterated she doesn't know because I suppose he's out of town indefinitely. They make scheduling you feel like a chore and unwanted. Going to the dentist is already not something to look forward to but they make that feeling 100x worse. Would rather be told they're not taking any new patients than be lied to or laughed at for trying to book a simple appt.

He took such good care of me when I had a wound from intubation and I was so grateful that the office was able to get me on their schedule quickly when I called. Over the phone the dentist states that she prides herself on patient care but not advocate when it comes to cost or insurance. She dismissed my Mother from her practice all because my Mother called the insurance company to make sure if what my Mom was getting done does or does not cover the procedure. She didn't let me ask her questions over the phone and said to respond by email. I'm trying to get a hold of the office by email and by phone but no one is answering or returning my email. After I received my Explanation of Benefits from my insurance, I noticed several issues and called the insurance company to verify. They confirmed that my concerns were valid. The main issue was that my secondary insurance had been billed as the primary insurance. Delta confirmed they had no record of my primary insurance on file, only a note stating that I had another insurance plan. I worked with a Delta representative, and they explained that everything would need to be resubmitted either by the dental office or through a claim filed by me. When I brought this to the office staff's attention, I was not looking for an argument. I was simply trying to point out the issue so they could review it and correct the billing. Unfortunately, the staff became defensive and rude. That experience is what ultimately caused me to lose trust in the office after being a patient there for five years. To be clear, this review is not about the doctor's performance. My concern is strictly with the billing process and the way the office staff handled the situation. A billing mistake can happen, but how it is addressed matters. Patients should feel heard and respected when they bring forward legitimate concerns.

I was completely numb I didn't feel him pull the old tooth out and put in the implant . Implants are so wonderful they make it easy to chew your food and it seems like once you get it you never have to do anything more . Doctor Song is very kind and caring and he will always help you with everything that you need help with . His office manager Sheree answered my call on a Sunday and helped me she is very considerate and gets a prescription from the doctor for pain medication ahead of time if you need it or in my daughter's case for anxiety if you need it she is very considerate and caring . She also calls my insurance to help me get every benefit that is available to me she's always there to help people . My husband is happy with the work they do on his crowns my son is happy with his crowns and my daughter is happy with everything they have done to help her . The hygienist is also very great she makes sure to suction the water out of my mouth so that I am comfortable ​ and she does a very good job of cleaning my teeth . Everyone that I have met there is kind and caring and tries to be very helpful and friendly .
