If all other businesses were run like this, the world would be an amazing place. I am past the halfway mark in the process of getting Highbridge dental implants done. The first thing you should know is that I wouldn't just consider this a procedure--it's a journey. It's a scary undertaking, to say the least. As my journey has progressed, I wouldn't want anyone other than Dr. Gregg and Dr. Le leading the way. They're amazing, and they truly care. Every time I've had an issue, they have addressed it immediately. (Watch out for Mo, though--she can be squirrely! Haha, just kidding, she is awesome, just like the rest of the staff.) I have had nothing but an amazing experience throughout this whole process, and I want to share that with the world. It ain't cheap, but quality work and good service cost money--that's a simple truth in life. For context, I'm a 50-year-old male who has had way too many dentist visits in his lifetime, and I've finally found the best team ever. read more

100% recommend! Exquisite results! I love my smile! 2-arch implants. Restoration is spectacular!! Extraordinary competence and expertise. I feel so fortunate to have had Dr Hendrickson recreate my teeth. I consulted with my own (now former) Dentist "NS" I have had for years, and the wax up was terrifying. Reminiscent of the "Trivago" guy. OMG!! The teeth were HUGE!! I ran screaming, went home and cried, and never went back to that office. Also, that bad dentist did not provide straightforward pricing. It was a nebulous range, requiring 2 Dentists in 2 different offices with 2 different sets of charges and for only one arch. AND he was going to match my new teeth to my old teeth. What?! Dr Gregg's services and fees for 2 arches was far more Comprehensive, reasonable, honest, well-explained and supported. And preferable. Of course I would rather have both arches done. And there were great financing options. The Office Experience was unsurpassed. From Start to Finish. So professional. So proficient. So friendly. And they perform all of this magic seamlessly whilst making you feel like family. World Class! I cannot fathom a more favorable outcome. FLAWLESS! I don't hesitate to say that this Team will exceed your every expectation. Exponentially. Every step of the way. read more

I have to say the staff here are over-the-top, friendly and helpful. First, we scheduled a teeth cleaning for my son. We ordered bleaching trays for him, because his teeth are kind of yellowish. It took about a week for the trays to come in. My son is using them and his teeth are slowly turning a little bit whiter. His teeth are really sensitive, so he has a hard time using the trays on a regular basis. We were contemplating taking out his wisdom teeth. After talking with Dr. Hendrickson and since my son hasn't had any pain in his jaw, we decided not to take out his wisdom teeth at this time. Dr. Hendrickson came in and explained the pros and cons of removing his wisdom teeth. At first we were going to proceed with the procedure, and they required a full payment before the operation. So we paid in full The next day I spoke to two people who still had their wisdom teeth. They never had to have them removed. It's kind of like something we just do in our society. Then my family discussed it some more and decided we should wait, because the wisdom teeth weren't bothering my son, and three of them are already through. They were quick to refund the money we had paid, minus a $96 fee for the anesthetic consultation. My daughter had her wisdom teeth, removed here a few years ago, and they use her plasma to help prevent dry sockets. and heal the wound quicker. My friend, highly recommend recommended this dentist, and that's how we found this practice. read more

It was the best decision to choose Comprehensive Dental for my dental treatment and care. Thank you to the front desk (Malena)for helping me get in the same day for my emergency , and to the dental assistants (Sue and Theresa) Dr Le for the examination and Dr. Major for providing painless extractions. I highly recommend becoming a patient here to experience the great teamwork and excellent care they provide. read more

I have been a patient for about the past 7-8 months. In that time I had 2 crowns, X-rays, all paid in full by credit card after leaving the chair. Today I was scheduled for my 3rd crown as a cash patient but just about 5 min before the procedure they took me into a conference room and required full payment before they would start the procedure. They also had some sort of form like informed consent they required I sign before treatment would start. I dont know what happened but I walked out. I will not return. It would seem that their primary concern is money. Personally I no longer trust them. read more

Everything the doctor was great. The girls in the office were great. It was really nice environment. I loved it.

I started going to Dr. Dionisio a month or two ago, and I was very pleased with the care I received. Today I had a major repair in my mouth with crowns and fillings that I needed done immediately due to surgery. Dr. Dionisio, Angie and his staff are excellent from the front desk on up. I am so glad I found this practice. After the work was completed,, I have absolutely no complaints. I did not have any pain during the procedures and everyone was courteous and attentive unlike any other dentist that I've been to. Thank you all so much to the dentist and the staff. read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr Gregg Hendrickson! I had a dental implant that was placed by another dentist twenty five years ago. The dental implant was in my sinus due to a failed bone graph (sinus lift) that was placed at the same time. I've had chronic sinus infections over the years and have seen many specialists that didn't seem to want to take on the task of removing the dental implant from my sinus and bone until I met Dr. Gregg! He removed it, repaired the tissue and did a bone graph with very little discomfort. He and his staff took excellent care of me. As for me, No more sinus infections!!! It's like I'm a new person! I have since moved to another state and am getting ready to fly there and have a new dental implant placed by Dr. Gregg. I would never go anywhere else for my dental work. Thanks Dr. Gregg! read more

Went to Comprenhensive Dental in February 2022 to check on getting the Hybridge Full Arch Implant. Well three years later it was one of the best investments I ever made. Dr Gregg Hendrickson and his total Staff has been wonderful and professonsl these past three years. If you are considering Hybridge Full Arch Implant give them a call 702-728-3102 and see for yourself. I waited to write this review, I wanted to let anyone reading this it is worth the money and Comprenhensive Dental and Dr Gregg Hendrickson had stayed as caring, professional and invested since the first time I had gone. read more

This was my first time at Comprehensive Dental, and I'll admit, I was anxious before going. I'm not a big fan of dental work (and I was procrastinating it). But, they put me right at ease, and the work I needed to have done was painless (and much needed). This is a very high-tech dentist office (X-rays, in house crown creation). Dr. Kevin was my dentist... Just the nicest guy! The front office was welcoming and pleasant. Honestly, I'm so pleased. read more

I really dislike going to the dentist. After an unfortunate popcorn incident, I needed to get into a dentist stat. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. The front desk young ladies were so friendly. Rhonda was amazing taking the x-rays and assisting Dr. Patel who was so gentle. If you are in need of a dentist, and you probably do if you are reading this review, this is the office for you. I will definitely be going back. Now I look forward to seeing my dentist. read more

Comprehensive Dental Care - Watching the clouds and fixing up the teeth - General Dentistry Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

I really appreciate this dental office. I am terrified (or I should say WAS terrified) of the dentist. Because of this I neglected dental work that was needed. An emergency brought me in and I had been suffering a lot of pain. Dr. Major and the dental assistants gave me a clear dental plan, and got to work right away. I was awake for all my procedures & experienced no pain. Actually, I was comforted by them and they were constantly checking that I was ok. I have since been back maybe 4 or 5 times----unheard of for me! But I am thankful to have finally found a dentist who cares, who didn't treat me as a number or dollar sign, and the staff, office, ease of check in and more than fair pricing were all an added bonus. I'm now in the best dental health I've ever been in and I have Dr. Major and Comprehensive Dental to thank!! read more

I recently had a cleaning at a new facility because of insurance change job change all of the things. I was wary about a new hygienist because of various reasons. I had the luck of being paired with Rhianna. She was kind warm and gentle to this new gal that didn't want to be there. I can say from beginning to the end that my experience that morning was very easy going, painless and just an all around good vibe. I thank Rhianna and the rest of the staff very very much for their kindness that morning. I did not want to be there but it turned out to be a very pleasant experience for me. I appreciate their kindness so much! read more

I cannot recommend Dr. Gregg, Dr. Le, and the team at Comprehensive Dental strongly enough! I got top and bottom Hybridge full-bridge implants and cannot think of a better investment that I've made in myself, outside of getting sober (which is what made all of this possible in the first place). After nearly a decade in active addiction, I came to the office in May of 2023 in very rough shape. Because I'm relatively young, I was pretty devastated because I was absolutely convinced that dentures were the best-case scenario I faced. I was so beyond ashamed of the state I was in. In my initial consultation, Dr. Gregg was completely non-judgmental, quickly assuaged my concerns, and explained what Hybridge is and what the process would entail - lots of pictures, scans, and try-ins, a bone graft, two implant surgeries...It was honestly pretty daunting at first! But I felt confident undergoing the process with Dr. Gregg because of his experience and expertise in the field. It turned out that not only was my trust well-founded, but he, Dr. Le, and their staff are all extremely kind, too! When I finally got to see my new teeth for the first time, everyone piled into the office to see my reaction, which was just beyond cool and one of my favorite memories of the process. These people very clearly care about their patients and take pride in the life-changing work they're doing. Obviously, I figured getting my teeth fixed would have a huge impact on my life, but I didn't realize just HOW huge and overwhelmingly positive that impact would be! I can comfortably eat most foods, speak clearly, and have more confidence in myself than I've ever had, even before my teeth got messed up. I get compliments on my smile all the time, and no one ever suspects that it's not the one I was born with (although I'm quick to disclose my experience to those I think may have some interest in potentially undergoing a similar process - I confidently and frequently refer friends and family to Comprehensive Dental). Words can't express my gratitude for Dr. Gregg, Dr. Le, Mayra, Kenzie, Theresa, Valerie, and everyone else in the office. What a tremendous blessing to be able to have undergone this process with such a humane, caring, gentle, and capable team. I'm so thankful I had the opportunity and will be forever grateful for it and everyone involved. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Le for my Invisalign treatment. She has been very thorough along with her staff. My first appointment they took pictures, x rays and scanned my teeth using the Invisalign special tool. She told me it would take a few days to get a quote and she contacted me a few days later with treatment length and cost. Obviously everyone's cost will be different depending what you need corrected. I didn't know what to expect when they were putting the buttons on my teeth but her assistants tell you what they are doing and they definitely know their stuff. It's also super nice that they give you a blanket to feel secure when the room is cold. Definitely give you the VIP treatment while you are there. If I have any questions I can call the office and they will respond. They have a high tech appointment system in where the email you and text you. Dr. Le is awesome and I would definitely recommend her for any dental needs or Invisalign needs. read more

I recently moved from San Jose to Henderson and need a dentist that will continued the care. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Kevin Major. I first took a CT, and was requested to have a full mouth C ray from my former dentist. Dr. Major examined me throughly with extreme patience and gave me advice to find a sleep doctor. I appreciate the care and am super confident in my oral and overall health. I highly recommend Dr. Major and Comprehensive dental care. The staff is professional and super nice. read more

I was referred to Dr. Hendrickson by a pastor friend of mine. He raved about Dr. Hendrickson and I was having serious dental issues at the time. I had already had one root canaled tooth pulled that was abcessed leaking into my sinuses and now I had another root canaled tooth that was possibly abcessed but this one was under a bridge. I went in for a consultation. Angela and Dr. Hendrickson spent a huge amount of time explaining to me what my options were. We scheduled surgery and now I'm 2 weeks post op and I couldn't be more thrilled with how skilled Dr. Hendrickson was. He saved my permanent crown that was under the bridge and I'm getting three implants done with him once my bone graft heals. In addition, I trusted Dr. Hendrickson with my first born child and two days ago Dr. Hendrickson removed all (4) of my son's wisdom teeth. The care that he and his staff took with my son is truly unmatched. I've been to a lot of oral surgeons and dentists and Dr. Hendrickson by far is the most compassionate and skilled dentist I've ever been to. My surgery was filmed (with my permission of course) because Dr. Hendrickson teaches dental students. Mine was an unusual surgery because of the failed root canal abcess that was under a bridge. It was a tough surgery but Dr. Hendrickson made it look easy. You would be a fool to go anywhere else if you need implants. Dr. Hendrickson does the entire implant not just the titanium post. Before Dr. Hendrickson, I was seeing a local oral surgeon and he just wanted to do the bone graft and the post. He was going to send me to my regular dentist to do the crown abutment. Don't fall for this, go to a professional who does the ENTIRE implant like Dr. Hendrickson. He's the best! read more

I don't recommend the place to anyone who cares about themselves. It was a very hostile place with women who seemed like they are in a bad mood. Very poor bedside manner. read more

I have got full-mouth implants with bone grafting. It is quite a journey and I have dealt with all members of the office. Drs Hendrickson and Le are awesome but ALL the office (I cannot list them in a short review) is exceptionally friendly and highly professional! It is a great feeling of being a part of the family where all the family works for your best. Price point. Full-mouth implants are expensive everywhere. But, let us think of the following. Hybridge is highly advanced procedure and Dr Gregg Hendrickson is the ONLY provider in Nevada state. The implants themselves and dentures are both of the top quality. Additionally taking into consideration the time that office staff (again highly qualified) spent to ensure the best possible "fit and finish" - you realize that price is well justified. As a result, certainly, I have got a great smile and appearance. But it is only a part of the equation. Teeth condition is always been an indicator of a general health status. Thus, there are many long-term benefits and healthy outcomes to follow. Obviously for such an investment it is critical to be in the right place - Comprehensive Dental Care! read more

I tried to book an appointment online on 12/27. The only day available for 2 months was Jan 1st. Thought that was strange but..... I need to get in... so I booked it. Almost immediately, I got a call from a super nice lady stating she didn't know why the website was doing that and that they wouldn't be open (makes total sense). She said she would have someone call me when they came back on 1/2 and get me in right away. I had done a lot of research and decided "on paper" this is the person to have a consultation with and hopefully fix my mouth. Well, I get an email on 1/2 that the earliest they have available is 1/25. Unfortunately, I can't wait that long. Being that busy is a good problem to have and it isn't on them that I let this go too long. I just wish there would have been transparency with the appointment availability so I could have called other places. All of that aside, everyone was very nice and professional and if you aren't in a rush, I definitely would try this office out. read more

This office is wonderful! Dr. Le and every staff member is so nice! Their goal is to address your dental issues and make it as easy as possible for you. I moved across town and tried a new dentist, and had a bad experience. I would rather drive across town for this wonderful place, than go anywhere else. The office is so clean and they even take extra precautions for Covid-19. read more

My care was fine. However, the office manager is completely unreliable and inefficient with payment issue and resolution. I moved to another state. I received my last bill which I paid in full. The office had over-billed me and owed me a refund of around $150. They sent the refund check on March 30th. I never received/cashed the check. On April 19, I called the office and let them know I needed a new check reissued as I havent received it. They said they had to go through their office manager. The office manager would check with the bank to ensure the check was never cashed (it wasn't) and reissue a check with in 10 business days. It is May 26 and no new check has been issued. I have had to call the office multiple times where they are "checking on it." Per the notes from the admin, as of today no check has been issued since the original check was mailed on March 30th. When asked to speak to the manager who is responsible for reissuing, I was told the office manager is only in 1 day a week and comes in randomly so I can't actually speak to her. When asked to speak to the office managers supervisor since she is not in on a regular cadence, I was told they could leave a note for a doctor but they have no protocol for this. Completely unacceptable business practices. If I owed them money, they'd be sending me to collections. read more

LET ME START BY SAYING IVE NEVER LIKED THE DENTIST...UNTIL NOW. I can't wait to go back for my next cleaning. I was skeptical at first because they have so many amazing reviews and they were able to get me in right away for a FREE consultation with Dr. Le. This was in stark contrast to THREE other dentists that were requiring me to schedule a cleaning, Pay 89.00 dollars, or be established as a patient JUST to speak to the doctor!! Comprehensive however was different. The consultation was FREE and Dr. Le spent so much time talking through my concerns with me and even was willing to think through uncommon and novel solutions to my concern. At no point did she make me feel rushed at all, and even when I called back they got her on the phone. I came back for a cleaning and xrays and I AM NOT EXAGGERATING the atmosphere and the people are just as kind, and wonderfully compassionate as everyone says they are. It's incredible the atmosphere and attitude they maintain in this office. And that was before I got my cleaning... I have high anxiety about cleanings and usually am sweating and exhausted when it's over but not this time. The most relaxing cleaning I've ever had in my life. One part was sensitive and she immediately told me why, and that she was be aware of those areas in my mouth. And she absolutely was. I couldn't believe I had suffered so much In all my previous cleanings for nought. This was a completely different experience. I wish I knew the names of the women who helped me at the front desk, but between Dr. Le, her assistant, and Marvelyn, I had the most wonderful experience. I immediately told all my coworkers about this office, I am absolutely blown away. read more

Dr Hendrickson is an impressive, highly skilled dentist and oral surgeon. For many years he ran a very successful practice doing both implants and general dentistry. A few years ago he focused on more profitable implants and hired help for the rest. The outcome has been disappointing. Dr Le is clearly skilled but young and inexperienced. In a few years she may become an excellent dentist and a good manager of staff. Unfortunately, I could not wait. Generational transitions are often difficult in closely held businesses. Dr. Le and my Hygenist: Angie are professional, friendly and very gentle. The "entire" office management and support team are really AWESOME. (unlike most medical and dental offices in this town)...... Making appointments at any good dentist or doctor's office in this town is really difficult - but not at Comprehensive Dental Care - they make the process easy - because the everyone here is trained, professional and treat patients like gold! A competing dental practice in the neighboring shopping center is the worst of the worst...but Dr. Le and her entire team really go above and beyond - I actually like going here because they are so helpful and friendly. Not to mention my teeth look so much better than they did 15 years ago! Also, this practice has invested a great deal of money in professional air cleaners and implemented other safety procedures to prevent the spread of any viruses - the office is always SUPER CLEAN!
