We went to Vibrant on a recommendation and it was a good one. From making the original appointment to getting into the seat everything went smooth. We were greeted right away by the friendly staff upfront, and we got back to our appointments on time. My dental assistant was super cool and made me feel comfortable. I am not a fan of the dentist and she made it a bit more tolerable. Dr Newton was good as well, made me feel relaxed and was willing to help make the visit tolerable as well. I had a chipped tooth and a cracked tooth. The Doc got me a nice cap and it fits well. I had some other stuff that needed to be done and had it scheduled but unfortunately there was an insurance mix up and we found out it's not covered. That being said the office took care of everything and there were no issues. Fortunately we can switch dental plans and go back next year. read more

Stay away from this office... they are scamMers ... when you ask and verify that they except your insuranse ...they will tell you you don't own anything and they except your insurance and after 2 years they will send you a bill that insurance pay all ready for this visit ... but they will start to harass you ... please stay away from this office... read more

Wow. I haven't encountered such a rude and snarky attitude from a receptionist in a long time. I tried to book an appointment and spoke with two different staff members and both were condescending and dismissive. If the front office treats potential patients this way, I don't want to know how I would feel behind the scenes in the dentist office. I don't want to be treated that way. I was a new patient today and I thought the staff and the experience were amazing. The lady checking me in was great, they actually had record of all my paperwork being completed and of my insurance card from when I first made the appointment. I got there about 20 minutes early just in case, they brought me back within 5 minutes of checking in, they took x rays right away, and then the dentist came and reviewed everything with me. He was thorough, but also super friendly and funny and didn't try to sell me on oral surgery, fillings, dental devices, etc. it was honestly kind of a breath of fresh air. The lady checking me out and scheduling my cleaning appointment was also super friendly and helpful. Previously I only have had cleanings and examinations at this office. But today I had two chipped teeth that needed to be restored. This work didn't require novocaine shots as it wasn't a cavity situation. The quality of Dr. Timpson's work is superior. He is meticulous and I liked how he explained what he was doing. We find the folks at Warm Springs Dental to be an awesome team. From the ladies at the front desk, handling the paperwork, to the hygienist that perform the teeth cleaning to the doctors themselves. We've been using this office for years & I believe we've seen each of the 3 doctors; Dr Nissan, Dr Timpsom & Dr Newton. Each one has always been kind & courteous. We've had emergency work done because of a cracked tooth, implants, crowns & just general cleaning done here in a clean, neat & tidy atmosphere. There is no disabling fear of the unknown here. Anytime work is being done in your mouth, they throughly explain each step they're about to do & even show you examples of what they're doing. The Mrs & I have had all our dental work done here, followed their advice & guidance & feel comfortable recommending them to others. Dr. Timpson is wonderful! My wife encouraged me to get a 2nd opinion with him after another dentist wanted to charge me $6000 for a procedure that I didn't really need as there were alternative options. And Dr. Timpson gave me alternative options unlike the previous dentist and he literally saved me $5400! Dr. Timpson isn't money hungry. He is honest, kind, experienced, and knows his stuff. Do Not go here! While the office is very cool and the staff is very nice, Dr. Nisson did the absolute worst bonding - and it was on my front teeth! First, he said I needed all this other work done - stuff I didn't even ask for. For example, I have a gummy smile, and I like it, I think it's cute. Well, Dr. Nisson said I should have bonding or veneers to make my teeth "longer." I said I didn't want that. Then he suggested I have him CUT my gums up so more tooth showed when I smile. What?! Anyway, I had some minor chips on my two front teeth. I just wanted them fixed and done. He proceeded to bond the chips with too white of stuff, and it showed bad! Also, one was longer than it had been before and sloped going down! Finally, he put the bonding material so far up on my teeth in the front and back - way farther than the chips and way too thick and rough in the back! When I said something at the end, he told me to "bleach more" and "well, we'll fix it next time" about the overage of stuff! OMG! Needless to say, I was unsatisfied. I lived with it for a couple of weeks and finally called back to get it fixed. However, I DID NOT want the same doctor, so I requested a different one. I was then told I HAD to see the same one so he could fix it. I explained that I would think the Dr. should have done his best work the first time, and I want someone else. They said no, sorry. I have now gone to Serenity Dental on Pecos and Dr. Saltz and her assistant were phenomenal! They agreed with me about the workmanship and then did the best "fix job" ever. I am so grateful. Amazing dental practice. Been going here over 8 years Staff is patient and friendly, and always helpful. Dr. Newton, Dr. Timpani, Dr. Nisson are USC Grads, one of the best dental schools. They are honest and won't do unnecessary procedures. Convinced my spouse to come here, he loves it too. Even though we moved, we drive 40min to see them. Had to get a root canal and crown done recently (2017), and they have the technology and equipment to do the permanent crown that day...so convenient. Equipment is always clean and sterile. I once went to a dentist (Absolute Dental) who told me I had 8 cavities. EIGHT cavities. I take really great care of my teeth so this was a HUGE surprise to me. I went to Warm Springs Dental to get a second opinion. Guess what... they said I had ZERO cavities. They got my x-rays from the previous dentist that I brought. I guess they were pretty terrible cause they re-took them all free of charge. Anyway, this was all a few years back and I'm still a regular here! I've never had to wait for any of my appointments. Maybe just a couple minutes, then I'm usually called in right away. Every room as the TV right in front of you and the remote handy to change the channel to whatever you want. It's a great distraction for me while they're digging into my mouth. The hygienists are all skilled and nice and the docs are really great too. I see Dr. Nisson and he's pretty friendly and a dentist that I can trust. The office is clean, never over crowded, and they have all their processes down pat. You're in and out with no confusion any of the time. I once had some issues with my insurance due to my name changing... they took care of everything before I even knew there were any issues! I admit going to the dentist is pretty crappy... but at least Warm Springs Dental makes it a little less crappy. =) read more

Dr Timpson is the best. hes so gentle and kind. makes going to the dentist a little less sucky :) very reasonable for people with out insurance. 65 bucks for a whole teeth cleaning with Xrays! the office and rooms are very clean and stylish. theres even a personal TV in every room, and you have access to a remote so you can feel a little more comfortable even if your mouth hurts. Exceptionally painful and bruising X-rays. I have never gagged so much, had my gums bruised so badly or had tears running down my face for such a routine process. Otherwise a very friendly staff and a seemingly knowledgeable doctor. I've had digital X-rays done at several different dentists in my numerous moves around the country, and the level of discomfort I experienced here is not normal. A day later and it still hurts to speak. A dental assistant should never feel the need to start apologizing when she starts taking the equipment out, so others must have found this experience to be negative as well. I shared my observations with the doctor and he seemed dismissive. "I'm sorry it hurt," "it gets the images I need" and "the machine isn't going anywhere" were his comments. I don't feel I can go through that experience again for X-rays, even if it is every five years. I really really wanted to like this office and am sorely disappointed. read more

All of the dentists here are awesome. The staff is friendly and efficient. You get a TV and a choice of what YOU want to watch during a procedure. WSD has been my dentist since I moved to Henderson almost 3 years ago. They get you in a chair and out the door in no time. They make going to the dentist easy and worry free. I have been going to Warm Spring Dental for about 7 years now and I couldn't be happier with the services they provide. They usually run very close to on-time and I love the policy they have about not taking patients that are more than 7 minutes late. To Rebecca who made a post a few days ago that is the epitome of accommodating their patients as you would have made every person after you run late. At one time or another I have seen all the dentists in the office although Dr. Newton does my treatments and I am quite happy with the services. I had an appointment for a cleaning at I was stuck in traffic due to an accident on 215. I called the office to let them know I would be a couple minutes late. She said that if it is more than 10 minutes they would have to reschedule me. (I waited for some time to get this appointment as they are not very accommodating. no evening or Saturdays.) Anyway, I said I should be there. Exactly 10 minutes later she called me and said they have to reschedule. I told her that I was at the light right outside their office and would be there in 1 minute. She said I still had to reschedule. I was shocked that the person who was scheduled to do my cleaning could not wait one more minute for me. I went in and cancelled my account with them and requested a refund of the money I had paid in advanced. I would not recommend this office as they do not try to work with your schedule, are not accommodating at all and are very rude. Life happens and sometimes people get delayed. read more

I used to like this dental office everyone was very nice I liked the dentist the office staff and the girl that cleaned my teeth but they are not very accommodating I drove from North Las Vegas to make an appointment there was an accident on the freeway and I couldn't get there in time I was about 12 minutes late and they wouldn't take me in I've Recommended this place to a lot of people now I will also let them know how they treated me. I had some work done on my bottom teeth I need it to get the other side done I was hoping I could get that taken care of also needless to say I won't be going back to this place ever again I won't recommend them to anyone if they can't be accommodating to someone that has been going to them for a few years now I will find someone else to help me. I recently went there for dental work, and I found the state of the office to be greatly diminished! The sinks had gunk and hardwater stains, as well as build-up. I made the mistake of asking for the bathroom and on my way was met with theses sinks - the bathroom itself stunk! I was kind of unnerved to sit if I'm honest...My usual dentist was still efficient and kind, but I think it's rather rude that to see him I had to be surrounded by the state of his practice. This place is absolutely terrible. From the arrogant reception staff to the dentist, who told me simply to stop using mouth wash, the place is horrible. They block the entrance with large, oversized plants, don't disinfect pens or clipboards between patients, and definitely don't practice social distancing. The very small lobby was so packed with patients, some were sitting on the floor. I went in for tooth pain, and they were only willing to take an x-ray of the tooth, not even a full set to see if something else was causing the pain, said my teeth looked fine, and the dentist treated me like I was stupid, telling me to stop using mouth wash. His technician had more skill than he did, telling me that she thought something was wrong with the tooth. I went to a different dentist a couple of days later, who found surface cavities and tartar buildup at the gums was the cause for my pain. They kept everything very clean and social distancing was a priority. I will never return to Warm springs Dental, especially after the receptionist tried to make me feel unwelcome for using my passport and not having a Nevada ID. It was my most current form of identification and completely legal. Just a bad dentist office with poorly educated staff. read more

Dr Robert Nisson is a wonderful, very skilled dentist, and typifies what a dental visit experience should be like ! I had a dental filling done by a San Jose,CA dentist that caused me pain for weeks, and Dr Nisson re-did it, and stopped the pain. Once we found Warm Springs Dental and experienced Dr Nisson's handling of issues, there was no reason to go anywhere else. He handles a fragile case with the family, and only does what is needed . We trust Dr Nisson, have been going to him for over 12 years, and even after moving, have scheduled trips to Las Vegas mainly for his dental appointments. Dr Timpson at Warm Springs Dental is by far the BEST Dentist I've found in Las Vegas/Henderson, in the 24 years I've lived here. He is welcoming, caring, and explains everything he's doing as he proceeds. All my treatments have been pain free, and your comfort is an important concern. His staff is very friendly and accommodating, and they aren't pushing up sells, like other Dental offices, they don't bug you to make appointments, you just call when you're ready, and they get you in. I recently had to have a root canal and new porcelain crown put on. With their new CEREC machine, the doctor made my crown while he was doing the root canal. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. No second appointment to install the crown. Woo Hoo! read more
