She selflessly volunteers her time with Adopt A Vet Dental, which helps veterans who do not have dental insurance. Her entire staff is amazing, and the dental office is state of the art, the best technology & equipment I've ever experienced. I had a dental emergency where I cracked six teeth, she made sure not only my teeth were throughly cleaned to prevent infection, but then brought me in for a 2nd visit and put 4 crowns on them, then took moldings to give me a permanent fix. I saw Dr.Wilson last year. At the time she said I had 6 cavities, the start of gum disease and would also need a deep cleaning with laser treatment. Honestly I've never had any dental issues in the past. I have also never had to have a deep cleaning. Considering that I had not had any dental insurance for almost 6 years and neglected having my routine cleanings I was expecting to need something done. Needless to say hearing her findings I was devastated. Even with insurance coverage the cleaning and all the treatments I would need were a little too expensive to do at the time. I later was seen by another dentist provider by my insurance. To my surprise I had NO CAVITIES!! I was told I would need to have a deep cleaning because of some inflammation but he guaranteed my gums would return to normal after the cleaning. I'm absolutely appalled by the way this woman tried to scare me into unnecessary treatment. She was willing to start treatment the same day! Had I been able to this woman would have drilled and filled healthy teeth! read more

From the receptionist, to the X-ray specialist, hygienist, to the Doctor, they were all genuinely inviting, friendly, and welcoming. I haven't been to the dentist in over 3 years and they took really good care of me. The office is also super clean, modern, and chic. I had a deep cleaning and they recommend me solutions like special toothpaste and toothbrush, and treatments for me to maintain my tooth health. Thanks to Dr. Wilson remarkable surgical knowledge, I now have implants where others have failed. Dr. Wilson and her team found a way to get these implants in solid and strong. She has reconstructed my smile and helped change the quality of my life. I now have a super strong bite force and can quite literally eat anything I wish. I also have a terrific smile again. I can honestly say that, like most people, I don't enjoy going to the dentist but Dr. Wilson and her staff are so caring and welcoming that it puts me at ease every time. The doctor is very thorough and and explains every step of the procedure so you know what is going on. Was referred to Dr. Brittany Wilson by Dr. Gil Suarez of NV Sleep Solutions. Like a lot of folks in Vegas, I'm a transplant and needed a new dentist. Had not seen a dentist in over 2 years so I knew I was in need of some work, to say the least. Dr. Wilson and her team were warm, welcoming and explained all that needed to be done in easy to understand terms. Over 2 visits, 3 old fillings were repaired and a new filling installed, while also getting a much needed cleaning. About 2 weeks later I chipped a tooth, on a Friday no less, called in and was surprised to learn THEY SEE PATIENTS ON SATURDAYS!!!
