The first thing you should know is that I wouldn't just consider this a procedure--it's a journey. It's a scary undertaking, to say the least. As my journey has progressed, I wouldn't want anyone other than Dr. Gregg and Dr. Le leading the way. They're amazing, and they truly care. Every time I've had an issue, they have addressed it immediately. (Watch out for Mo, though--she can be squirrely! Haha, just kidding, she is awesome, just like the rest of the staff.) I have had nothing but an amazing experience throughout this whole process, and I want to share that with the world. It ain't cheap, but quality work and good service cost money--that's a simple truth in life. For context, I'm a 50-year-old male who has had way too many dentist visits in his lifetime, and I've finally found the best team ever.

I feel so fortunate to have had Dr Hendrickson recreate my teeth. I consulted with my own (now former) Dentist "NS" I have had for years, and the wax up was terrifying. Reminiscent of the "Trivago" guy. OMG!! The teeth were HUGE!! I ran screaming, went home and cried, and never went back to that office. Also, that bad dentist did not provide straightforward pricing. It was a nebulous range, requiring 2 Dentists in 2 different offices with 2 different sets of charges and for only one arch. AND he was going to match my new teeth to my old teeth. What?! Dr Gregg's services and fees for 2 arches was far more Comprehensive, reasonable, honest, well-explained and supported. And preferable. Of course I would rather have both arches done. And there were great financing options. The Office Experience was unsurpassed. From Start to Finish. So professional. So proficient. So friendly. And they perform all of this magic seamlessly whilst making you feel like family. World Class! I cannot fathom a more favorable outcome. FLAWLESS! I don't hesitate to say that this Team will exceed your every expectation. Exponentially. Every step of the way.

That sparkle in your smile is priceless.

After I received my Explanation of Benefits from my insurance, I noticed several issues and called the insurance company to verify. They confirmed that my concerns were valid. The main issue was that my secondary insurance had been billed as the primary insurance. Delta confirmed they had no record of my primary insurance on file, only a note stating that I had another insurance plan. I worked with a Delta representative, and they explained that everything would need to be resubmitted either by the dental office or through a claim filed by me. When I brought this to the office staff's attention, I was not looking for an argument. I was simply trying to point out the issue so they could review it and correct the billing. Unfortunately, the staff became defensive and rude. That experience is what ultimately caused me to lose trust in the office after being a patient there for five years. To be clear, this review is not about the doctor's performance. My concern is strictly with the billing process and the way the office staff handled the situation. A billing mistake can happen, but how it is addressed matters. Patients should feel heard and respected when they bring forward legitimate concerns.

If you're looking for a dental practice that combines expertise, compassion, and a top-tier team, The Henderson Dentist is it! Dr. Brittany Wilson is currently guiding me through a dental implant, and she's been phenomenal--knowledgeable, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She answered all my questions about the procedure, cost, and timeline, and made me feel completely at ease. Her team deserves just as much praise. Melanie, the hygienist, is a gem--professional, kind, and gentle. Maddie, the assistant, is welcoming and always takes time to explain what's coming next. I haven't met the rest of the staff yet, but if they're anything like these two, I know I'm in excellent hands. I highly recommend The Henderson Dentist to anyone seeking exceptional dental care. Big kudos to Dr. Wilson and her amazing crew! read more

I can't say enough good things about this dental office! I've always had a real fear of going to the dentist, but everyone here is so kind, gentle, and genuinely compassionate that I actually look forward to my appointments now. From the moment I walk in, I feel safe and cared for. They never make me feel rushed or judged--instead, they take the time to explain everything, check in often to make sure I'm okay, and go above and beyond to help me feel calm and comfortable. Their kindness and patience have completely changed the way I experience dental care. I truly feel like I'm in the best hands, and I'm so grateful for the way they treat me with such respect and empathy. If you have any dental anxiety, this is absolutely the place to go. I can't say enough amazing things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine professionalism. Dr.Brittany and her entire team is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they also truly care--which is hard to come by these days. I came in struggling with severe TMJ pain, and they took the time to listen, assess, and create a personalized treatment plan that actually brought me relief. For the first time in a long time, I can eat, talk, and smile without discomfort--and that's thanks to their thoughtful care and expertise. If you're looking for a dental team that goes above and beyond, look no further. They've completely earned my trust, and I'm so grateful to have found them. Highly, highly recommend! read more

I got recommended Dr. Wilson's office from a friend and decided to make an appointment to be seen to get my cavities filled. Everyone at this office is incredibly nice and very efficient! I got in and was seen so quick (however I did do all the stuff they asked me to fill out over text), but I still waited maybe 5 minutes and I was in and out! You can tell they all know what they are doing there and it gave me peace of mind because I'm always nervous going to a dentist! I scheduled to go back and get my cleaning done and Melanie did such an amazing job and took such good care of me and made my teeth feel SO GOOD! Definitely go here for all your dental needs.
