I was very disappointed by the lack of understanding and accommodation shown toward my son, who has…read moreautism. My son only drinks water from a specific cup due to his sensory needs. When we asked for an accommodation, the security guard was rude and told us that if my son wanted water, he could walk all the way to the entrance every time, despite the distance from the bowling area. Hoping to resolve the issue, I spoke with the manager, Luis Gonzalez, but unfortunately he was just as dismissive and uninformed about autism and disabilities. Rather than listening and showing compassion, he was rude and unwilling to understand my son's needs. Businesses that serve families should make an effort to educate their staff about disabilities and neurodiversity. With autism becoming more widely recognized, basic awareness, empathy, and reasonable accommodations should not be too much to ask. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and unsupported. I will also be reaching out to upper management, including Cynthia Torres, to make her aware of this situation and to see whether changes can be made. As an autism mom, it is my responsibility to advocate not only for my son but for other individuals with autism and disabilities as well. No family should have to experience being dismissed or treated without understanding when simply requesting reasonable accommodations. My hope is that this feedback leads to better education, awareness, and compassion from staff so that all guests feel welcomed and respected.

For a bowling alley it may seem small for today's standard since there's just 10 lanes but the bar and seating areas near the lanes are space out well enough that makes this a great spot for groups.

At that price, I'm expecting a pretty elevated experience. Unfortunately, the value just isn't there. First surprise: the pins are on strings. Yep... strings. If you're positioning yourself as a luxury bowling experience and charging $60+ per person, traditional bowling pins feel like a pretty reasonable expectation. Cost-cutting and "luxury" generally don't make great teammates. And I could have sworn some of the pins had a bunny in them as they would occasionally hop. The place was also surprisingly empty for a Saturday night. Maybe word has gotten out about the bunny pins. We had already eaten dinner, so the plan was simple: bowling, a couple drinks, and dessert. They had two desserts -- Cinnamon Twists and a cookie with vanilla ice cream. Perfect! We ordered one of each. Five minutes later: Sorry, no Cinnamon Twists. No problem, we'll take two cookies. Ten minutes later: Sorry, we're out of vanilla ice cream too. Ummm Management... do we have a freezer back there? Ice cream is actually VERY talented at surviving in one. So, two drinks and three games later -- with plenty of gutter balls mixed in -- our $260 bowling adventure was complete. The bigger issue wasn't even being out of dessert. Things happen. But when a server has to return twice because items aren't available, that's usually the moment for a small hospitality gesture. Especially at this price point. My unsolicited management checklist: traditional pins, inventory counts before opening, maybe invest in that freezer, and a little hospitality recovery when things miss the mark. So yes, pricey, but they offer food for cheaper than most places, even than the mall itself. You can get your kid ice cream here for 1 dollar, yes, 1 freaking dollar! That's what sold me. Food is also cheap; we got a large pepperoni pizza, fries, and an unlimited refill drink for 10 bucks. They got alcoholic drinks at a decent price too. And they currently have a collab with anime shows so you can get special drinks and cups, like from the One Piece collectors edition that keeps selling out quick. You can also get specialty food.
