She told us 2 lane's aren't guarantee to be next to each other since there was a long wait but would try her best, understandable it is the weekend. Thankfully it all worked out we played for about 2 hours before our arms gave out. My partner was so happy to be here and spend it at Highland park bowl. Our server Carlos was also fantastic and gave us recommendations on what to order. They had this peach pizza that was so divine, can never go wrong with a classic margarita pizza. For a bowling alley I honestly did not expect their menu to be this tasty! I will say their drink menu is decent. They have a nice pool room with some arcade games, so you can never really get bored at this establishment. First off, we parked in the East parking garage and the escalator pops you out right where Lucky Strike is located. The line to get in was short and was pleasantly surprised when we saw we had to go through security to get in, felt very safe! We had reservations for 7pm and were assigned a lane right away. The ambiance is fun! Low lighting with some neon and the couches are pretty comfy. We were greeted right away by our server and he was very attentive. The atmosphere was similar to a discothèque with dim, hued lighting and music playing. Unfortunately, I was flying solo, so didn't bowl. I went straight to the bar, pulled up a stool and perused the menu. Since it was past 10PM, I was there during HAPPY HOUR. I was stoked. ...and guess what - the menu offered tacos! Although I didn't come to play, I was still winning! You know it - I ordered STREET TACOS, a trio of shredded BARBACOA braised beef, YUM! Of course, I took advantage of HAPPY HOUR and ordered a cherry vodka sour (concoction of vodka and grenadine, on the rocks) to wash down the Mexican handhelds that I devoured.
