The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The service is outstanding. I love studying here. Joseph was super friendly and went above just being an employee. He made my friends and I experience here more than just a coffee shop. Kaylin was super nice and a wonderful worker. My friend ordered from her and was super attentive and helpful. Zoe is hardworking and was constantly taking up tasks and making sure the restaurant got properly closed. read more

Exceptional service and great offerings at this location. Life is definitely BETTER BUZZed!

This was my first time at this BB but man is this now my preferred location. First, the coffee and food was on point. Secondly the camaraderie between the employees is palpable and the vibe is infectious. I feel better leaving not just because of the food and drink, but because I feet well interacted with. The management clearly built a stellar team, and has instilled an amazing culture. 10/10 will be back again read more

I tried Better Buzz for the first time the other day and wow I'm obsessed! The service Angelina gave me was next-level amazing. She recommended the 3 Seed Avocado Toast with balsamic vinegar and a hard-boiled egg, and it was hands-down one of the best things I've tasted. Flavor-packed, fresh, and absolutely delicious! 10/10 experience I'll definitely be coming back for more! read more

Better Buzz - 3 Seed Avocado Toast with balsamic vinegar and a hard-boiled egg - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Temecula, California

Great coffee and good service! Their best drink ever is lower calorie and so good! This is our go to spot!

My order today of "The Best Drink Ever" was unfortunately, not the best. Either the recipe has changed or it wasn't properly made. It was bland as if it was watered down. At first I thought my taste buds have changed, but it has been that way for my last 3 coffee orders here. Today just confirmed that it's not me. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location. I'll buzz off. Bee out! read more

We were in town for the weekend and paid this cafe a visit! I've had Better Buzz in San Diego and loved it, so I knew I would enjoy their drinks again. Items we ordered: * Best Drink Ever (8/10) - a solid latte. * Mocha (9/10) - very creamy and chocolatey. * Pink Dragon Smoothie (9/10) - refreshing and fruity. * Almond Butter + Jam Toast (9/10) * Better Breakfast (8/10) - a little too much arugula. * Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap (10/10) - loved this with tapatio (I love spicy). * 3-Seed Avocado Toast (8/10) - solid avocado toast but I've had better The employees were so kind, although one of the ladies was staring us down a little too hard. The interior is very modern and cute! If I lived in the area, I'd be here quite a lot to get some work done or catch up with a friend! read more

Friendly and Great drive through service from Donovan. Loved the hazelnut iced coffee.

I had a bad experience at the Better Buzz on Temecula Parkway in Temecula. One of the baristas was extremely rude to me. I've been trying to get a hold of the district manager with no success would appreciate if he could contact me. read more

Shoutout to Victor, the manager at Better Buzz! I really appreciated how he handled my situation. I had my drink remade once already with another barista, and when it still wasn't quite right, Victor stepped in and remade it again himself. He took accountability and made sure everything was fixed without making me feel awkward or bad for asking. Customer service like that goes a long way. He was super kind, professional, and genuinely sweet about it. Thank you for turning the experience around! read more

First time here. I love to drink coffee. Have it in the morning. I love ice coffee and frappes especially. I had the best drink ever. Better Buzz Life Blend Medium Roast coffee pods and Vanilla Buzz Coffee Creamer. The coffee pods are made with 100% Arabica coffee, while the creamier provides a sweet, rich vanilla flavor. read more

Sometimes is good and sometimes is bad. Customer services tend to takes long and sometimes the girls that works there gives some attitude if you are in a hurry . Wish the newer employees or younger ones had more training to be more friendly or know how to speak clients read more

I was in the area and wanted a coffee, I've never been to Better Buzz before but when I walked in I was greeted and since I didn't know what I was getting I took a couple minutes to look over the menu. I like that I wasn't feeling pressured or rushed to order then Donovan was so kind and gave me the best customer service. Polite and offered suggestions, which I ordered an Iced Snickerdoodle Latte and it was a 10/10 since I'm a big coffee lover. Definitely recommend if you want to start your morning right with a coffee and great energy :) read more

I'll make this short and sweet. I love better buzz coffee! My wife tried the best drink ever and loved it. I channeled my inner white girl and got the pumpkin version. It was also great. Service was superb and friendly. Went through the drive thru so can't speak much about ambiance. read more

I'm usually a fan of the coffee but it's been a miss the last few times I've come. I decided to try a sandwich/panini. And it was disgusting. I'm sure the pesto would have made it better but they forgot it. We went through the drive thru but usually it's nice and clean in there and pretty busy. read more

Wow!!! Not only did Better Buzz Temecula write back to me they really went above and beyond to make it right. They found my loyalty account and sent me a message personally apologizing on behalf of the mixup and refunded my order without me having to reach out. Went back today and was really happy with how my drink turned out, which tasted exactly how it did before :) read more

I love coming for my Lavender Tea Latte, my favorite place to get it from. The food is always good as well.

I just wanna start off by saying I'm not Karen who leaves negative reviews on everything, but my experience at this location today was less than stellar. I ordered a large vanilla iced latte and when I got up to the window, the employee handed me a regular. I told her that I ordered a large, and she said you're right, let me fix that for you and then she proceeded to take my regular size sized coffee, dump it in a large cup, and then just top it off with ice. I didn't have the time or patience to sit there and argue with her, I was in a hurry, so I just took the coffee and left. Im just disappointed by the experience. read more

Was visiting California and randomly popped into this place after a run. The gent behind the counter recommended the "best drink ever" and I have to admit it's pretty good. It's not as heavy as a normal Americano and far less calories so I recommend it. I would definitely come back again if I'm in Southern California. read more

Better Buzz - Just the best guy ever, so helpful and sweet! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Temecula, California

The drinks usually never disappoint and the better breakfast is amazing, but it takes an eternity!! 15 mins just to order (behind just one car) and another 10 minutes for two drinks. Being slow is the general norm for better buzz at most locations, but they don't try to be compensate for it any any other way. Again great product but only come if you have an extra 30 mins to spare. read more

I just left the drive thru minutes ago and was so happy w the service I needed to write a review right away! Whoever is working today (9am 04/25) is cruuuushing it! Inarguably the worst matcha I've had in my life. I mean just looking at the photo, I'm not sure how you can even call that a matcha. It looks like milk with matcha "flavor" added, but that sure isn't matcha... not even culinary grade. Wow, what a disappointment. I ordered the chili breakfast wrap, which has ham, egg, cheese, and hash brown. We don't eat pork so I asked if I could sub the ham out for turkey. They said I can't do that. I saw they had a turkey sandwich on the menu. I asked can I just have the ham taken off please? Yes, you can. Can I order a side of turkey? Yes, you can. I'll just leave it at that... I just completely wasted $40 on two drinks and two hot breakfast items. I took a couple sips and just couldn't continue. Food was inedible. If you've ever had real matcha dont even bother! read more

First time at this spot and wasn't disappointed. Came after some friends recommended it and really enjoyed it. It was a spacious shop with lots of seating. They offered some pretty unique selections, like Miso Caramel Latte, which is what I got, and really enjoyed it! It was similar to a salted Caramel, but also different. Hard to explain until you try it. They offer milk alternatives like oat, coconut, and almond. The baristas were pretty nice. We got a drink that we didn't know only came hot, and they were able to remake us something different. They also have merch. Super cute but a bit pricy ($43 for a sweatshirt) but didn't stop me from buying it. read more

My second time visiting this location and I have yet to be disappointed. The staff has always been so patient and kind, even accommodating in picking up my to-go order for me from inside even when I was in the drive thru. Every food item I have ordered has been delicious, and the coffees as well. I haven't been inside yet, but the shop is located in a strip mall. The drive through is a good size and easy to navigate. This will be my go to coffee place when I'm in the area! read more

I love this Better Buzz! My coffee is always fantastic and the staff really takes care of me. Olivia makes my experience really memorable! It's always so nice walking in and seeing her smile. She remembers my name and order so it makes my ordinary coffee run very special! Love it here! read more

My husband came in to pick up a mobile order, he said he was greeted and they were friendly enough, but there were no other customers inside and he was not asked if he needed help because they were busy talking amongst themselves, so he just grabbed our drinks and left. Drinks that were made earlier than the pick up time stated on the app so luckily we went in earlier as I'm sure our blended drinks wouldn't have stayed blended for long. I like that they had a drive thru option and order ahead spots out front, I wish the Menifee location had both! read more
