Got the horchata latte and it barely tasted anything like horchata. Also not very sweet. Got a large and it was just filled with ice. My friend got a rose water latte and asked it to be iced. It came out hot. When she asked them to remake it, they said it doesn't come iced... but she specifically asked it to be iced when ordering, so they should have mentioned that when she ordered? Also didn't offer to remake the drink. Overall, not great coffee and pretty disappointing customer service. Nice interior though. read more

It is June 9 at 5:55 PM. I always come to this location after work or even before work. I work at Temecula Valley Hospital for the first time ever I was treated very rudely by whom ever was at the drive-through. She was very, very rude. She said my name before I paid and it was the wrong name so I told her I'm sorry that's not me. She repeated the order and I said sorry that's not my order. She proceeded and apologizing and then still gave me the wrong order and I said I'm sorry that's I wanted a honey latte that's not my order. She got frustrated. Grab my coffee and said here and just gave it to me and was very very rude. I did not appreciate that especially after a long day at the hospital that's not the way that I would want to get treated. read more

Went for coffee today, I guess it wasn't the day to get AURORA as our barista! She ruined the experience & what's even more epic is that is my grand-daughters name. Went to drive- thru. Had a terrible customer service experience. Aurora was our barista and her customer service skills are lacking to say the least! She handed us our drinks & we informed her we asked for Carmel in the cup & she was super angry that it had to be corrected. Asked her to add the Carmel inside, she then threw some on top & handed it back, then I informed her I asked for it inside the cup & she stated "that's how we do it". I informed her I would like the Carmel inside the Cup not just a blob of it on top, she snatched the cup out of my hand & her co-worker re-made it, the way it was ordered. I asked her if I could get her name & she stated she doesn't feel like disclosing that to me, I asked for manager & he gave me her name & stated he would speak to her about the attitude. I would say she needs to be re-trained as a barista if you're going to have her working drive-thru. Drinks were good. Service terrible! read more

I love Better Buzz so I'm hoping this was just a bad experience but this was my first time at this location and I was really disappointed. I ordered a vanilla espresso bean buzz but instead got a vanilla buzz. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with extra crispy bacon and I got one sad sandwich with hardly any bacon at all and not crispy. If their prices were proportionate to the quality - I wouldn't of minded. But when your sandwich is the same price as a pound of bacon and you get like two pieces, that's not right. I ordered it to go & the line was way too long so I didn't get to see what I had until I got home. Hopefully I'll have a better experience if there's a next time for this location. read more

We so needed a drive thru coffee/tea place down this side of the 79!!!!!!!! Be sure to join their rewards program because you get a free regular bev. I've been a little out of the game and didn't know how hyped up Better Buzz would be, but now that I've tried it multiple times I understand why. Though I am not a coffee drinker. Maybe they converted me. They have a few yummy tea options and I have to say my go to is Lavender Tea latte or Matcha, sometimes adding lavender to it as well. The croissants are so flakey and yummy! I can't go back to Starbucks for them now because they are so not the same. Also if you like to gift coffee- they have a 12 pod package so you can make The Best Drink Ever at home!!! read more

One star for the fact that the drink is good. What sucks about this location is that it took 30 minutes to get my drink. Despite order for pick up through the app. No one even bothered to acknowledge me waiting for my drink. Then when I finally got a hold of somebody's attention they checked and it was in the back they have a pick up station that they don't utilize so you have to ASK for your drink. So ridiculous. Might as well go to the Press or Starbucks. Definitely need to work on how to better prepare for crowds and prioritizing line of order. Never coming back again. read more

Food was good! Had the Island Bowl and the 3-Seed Avocado Toast. Both tasty. Also shared the Honey Latte. Nothing that I haven't specifically tried before but good. There was a pretty long line for the bathroom, may help to have two. Otherwise service was good. Announcements were clear. The vibe was kind of stop, shop, and go. Overall, solid location of a Better Buzz. It's in an annoying parking lot, so mentally prepare for that if you're in a hurry or have any type of driving anxiety or road rage. In my opinion, Skip the bacon ciabatta breakfast sandwich. The flavors would all be there but when I've ordered it doesn't taste fresh. Unfortunately, I'd take a Starbucks bacon Gouda over this. I recently visited Better Buzz Coffee and had an amazing experience, all thanks to the wonderful team behind the counter--Maddie, Liv, and Larissa. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they truly care about providing the best service possible. Maddie greeted me with a warm smile and helped me navigate their impressive menu, offering suggestions and making sure I found the perfect drink. She was incredibly knowledgeable and had a great energy that really set the tone for my visit. Liv, who was working the espresso machine, was a true master. You can tell she takes pride in her craft; every cup was made with precision and care. She worked quickly and efficiently without ever compromising on quality, and the latte I had was absolutely perfection. Larissa was the one who took my order at the register and managed the flow of the café. She handled everything with such grace, making sure no customer was left waiting too long, all while maintaining a friendly, upbeat attitude. Her multitasking skills are second to none! It's rare to see such a cohesive team that not only works hard but clearly enjoys what they do. Their work ethic is inspiring, and it's easy to see why this coffee shop is so beloved by its regulars. If you're looking for top-notch coffee and an experience that feels personalized and genuine, you'll find it here thanks to Maddie, Liv, and Larissa! read more

Just discovered my new favorite coffee shop in Temecula! I stopped by Better Buzz in desperate need of a caffeine fix after a weekend of mediocre coffee, and this place absolutely delivered. Their drink and food selection is impressive. From handcrafted coffees to on-tap options, teas, smoothies, and blended drinks. I ordered The Best Drink Ever (and yes, it lives up to its name) along with a ham and cheese croissant. I was pleasantly surprised that the drink had no milk; it's water-based but somehow incredibly smooth and creamy. Truly the best drink ever! The croissant was delicious too, and I love that they use Muenster cheese, my favorite. The staff was friendly and upbeat, and I love that they're open late. There's a drive-thru for convenience, plus tons of merch and coffee grounds for sale. The space itself is bright, clean, and welcoming, with plenty of spread-out tables and bar seating. Several patrons around the space had set up their laptops near outlets and looked set for caffeinated bliss. It's the perfect spot for working, journaling, or even a casual meeting. If you're in Temecula and love good coffee, this spot is a must-visit. read more

As I walked into this charming bee-themed coffee shop, I was warmly greeted by the lovely staff at the front. I was recommended the vanilla latte with oat milk, and from a non-coffee drinker's perspective, it was one of the best lattes I've ever had. I also ordered a turkey pesto sandwich. While waiting for my coffee and sandwich, I looked around their large seating areas and debated where to sit. Unfortunately, most of the tables were dirty and covered with stains. I finally settled in a little corner near the restroom since it was the only clean spot I could find. My items were ready quickly, and I was excited to try them. The latte was perfectly sweet and smooth, exactly what I was looking for. The sandwich, however, was a bit disappointing. The pesto flavor was lacking, and the bottom of the bread became soggy after just five minutes. I would definitely come back for the coffee, but not for the sandwich. read more

They informed me that there was only three people in the whole store, mind you it was lunch time and they had a huge rush. Line out the door inside and a line wrapped around the building for drive through. This is not okay. I will not be returning until you care for and treat your employees the way they deserve to be treated! All this company cares about is money, clearly, and not the wonderful employees who make them that money. Shout out to Kate, Alyssa, and Sierra, who were running the store today, your efforts did not go unnoticed! read more

This coffee shop is great and the staff is so friendly and attentive. I went in as a first time guest and the barista, I think her name was Maya was super helpful and suggested I try the best drink ever, aptly named! It was delicious, especially with the vanilla cold foam added on top. I paired this with a bacon ciabatta sandwich and am now addicted. The ambiance was also awesome as the cafe was clean, inviting, and the music was on point. read more

Better buzz is my go to coffee place ever since I moved here. Both the coffee and the food are on point every time. The service is wonderful, especially from Angel, who greets me by name every time I come in and makes sure I'm taken care of. She's great at her job and makes a mundane task like grabbing coffee before a day of errands much more enjoyable. I appreciate her greatly! read more

My wife needed her boujie coffee fix while we were out of town, and this place definitely delivered. Pricing was pretty much what you'd expect these days, just over $7 after tax for a large specialty drink. In today's world that's unfortunately pretty average, even if it still feels wild when you think about what coffee actually costs to make. But if the coffee is good and my wife is happy, then it's money well spent. Overall, a great local stop if you're in the area and looking for a quality coffee shop with a relaxed vibe.
