This location has a great atmosphere! The workers are always very nice and friendly. I definitely would love to point out Melissa. She is always very sweet, attentive and patient with my specific orders. This is definitely one of my go to spots when I just need to get out my house and get some work done and sip on a delicious latte! read more

I need to give major credit to Melody, because her matcha is unmatched. Every time she's the one preparing my drink, it comes out perfectly blended, smooth, and full of flavor. You can tell she takes real pride in what she does -- the consistency and care in every cup says it all. Beyond her skill, Melody has such a calm and uplifting energy. She's patient, she listens, and she's always kind no matter how busy it gets. She creates the kind of atmosphere that makes you genuinely enjoy coming in. If you're a matcha person, you'll immediately notice the difference when Melody is working. She's the reason I keep coming back. read more

I am a tried and true fan of Better Buzz! My go-to order is the Lavender Tea Latte with a slice of Avocado Toast or a Hippie Açaí Bowl. Food and drinks are yummy, but huge shout out to the staff, who are really what makes this coffee shop so special. Every time I go in my favorite Barista, Cimi, remembers me and makes sure that all of my food and drinks are dairy-free, which is a care for detail you can't find everywhere. read more

I'm not a big flavored coffee guy and hardly went to Starbucks but I've been to Better Buzz 3 times this week. The 'Best Drink Ever' isn't just the name of their most popular drink, but it is now my most favorite coffee. Everybody there is also extremely friendly b/c they say hello and goodbye to you when you come in and out. My wife originally sent me there to check it out and we keep going back. read more

Very welcoming staff and atmosphere!!! Watch out Starbucks, there is a new coffee shop in town and its name is Better Buzz!!! read more

Toast is pretty great. It's their best sale I think. I had the tomato avocado and feta. Not bad! Coffee is fine, taste was little bit light, but it works (I got a basic dark roast). It's drinkable lol that's all I ask for :) The people are sweet. They said hello to every patron and made small talk. Some guy that did a mobile order and came in to pick up, he seemed to not respond to social cues well and incessantly went to the mobile counter several, several times. The staff handled it well and very kindly asked him to be patient... (several times) as he yammered on his phone with the speaker. Ambience is clean and welcoming, prices are reasonable, but the music is terrible lol . Oh well, can't win them all. It's just very loud Old Navy pop music. I intermittently come into town to visit family and usually for a coffee and toast. Will come back :) read more

This Better Buzz off Haun Road is the absolute best! They always have wonderful customer service and Ashley always talks with us, makes us feel welcome, and gets our drinks out quick! We love it! read more

I love this place but it's very overstimulating when the music is so loud and you can barely hear the cashier. It's difficult when you're hard of hearing and keep asking "what?" To the cashier. Very overwhelming. Mixed up my order because I misheard the cashier. read more

Melissa R absolutely made our experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make my son feel truly special on his birthday, and that meant the world to us as parents. From the moment we arrived, her energy, kindness, and genuine care stood out. She took the time to engage with him personally, celebrated him, and made sure his birthday wasn't just noticed--but honored. You could tell this wasn't forced or "part of the job"; it came from the heart. My son left smiling ear to ear and still talks about how amazing Melissa was. People like Melissa R are the reason places stand out. Her thoughtfulness, warmth, and attention to detail turned a regular visit into a core memory for our family. If you're lucky enough to be helped by her, you're in great hands. Thank you, Melissa, for making my son's birthday so special--we won't forget it. read more

Went to this cute coffee shop in Menifee tucked in a corner of a plaza, and had some of the best coffees. Had a vanilla bean latte and almond milk latte, both were perfect. The vanilla bean latte was not too sweet! The team and general manager there are awesome. So friendly and the drinks came out under 5 minutes. read more

Third time in a month I've ordered a yogurt bowl with granola and they just don't include it or say anything. Today, waited over 15 minutes for it to be made (while holding my 16 month old the whole time), got no apology or even a heads up that they were out of granola. They had 2-3 customers max in there at the time...Overpriced food with slow and bad customer service. Plenty of other good LOCAL places to go that actually care about and remember customers. Waste of money to begin with and throw in bad service and you have overhyped garbage read more

I am so happy there is a location in menifee!! Obsessed with the iced "Best Drink Ever", I order it almost every time I go. It is on the sweet side, but it is such a great little treat. I stopped by this coffee shop Sunday night after seeing it on my maps while charging my Tesla. I noticed it was nearby and made it there five minutes before closing time--plenty of time for a quick order. But from the moment I walked in, it was clear the cashier didn't want my business. She gave me a look like I was an inconvenience, and the energy was... nonexistent. As a first-timer, I wasn't sure what to order and felt rushed while trying to decide. My husband asked for a chocolate chip cookie and was told they were out. Our drinks were actually really good, which made me want to grab another one to go--but I was told the register was closed, even though they technically still had a few minutes. As we walked out, I noticed chocolate chip cookies on display. When I asked why we were told they were out, the cashier said, "Those are gluten." Still not sure what that means. read more

I realized that in the years I've been coming here, I hadn't left a review! My goodness. I don't think I've ever seen this spot empty. Always busy yet friendly and welcoming. Coffee orders have been perfect. I love that you can request how sweet you want it. Really helps. My favorite part is their decor. I love the blue they use and the gold accents. If I could design my house the same way, I would. Best drink ever with oatmilk, snickerdoodle latte, and a zucchini muffin are my go-tos. Highly recommend. read more
