I ordered a nitro cold brew large with no Ice and it gets filled half way. I asked politely if it can be filled all the way and the answer was no because I got it without ice. I nearly spent $25 plus a tip on 2 drinks and a wrap, and you guys are out here robbing people by filling the drinks half way. I should of just went to Starbucks or even Dunkin next time. The first time I stopped by it was during their opening week, I didn't expect much considering. I did not like my horchata latte. It was definitely too sweet! I recently came here and was able to look over the menu and I got the snickerdoodle latte 10/10 with a cinnamon cold foam, absolutely delicious - wish I got a large! We also tried the chili breakfast wrap and turkey aioli pesto sandwich. The chili breakfast was unique, the wrap was toasted and crispy the ingredients all tasted so yummy. My mother in law loved the turkey aioli, we will definitely be coming back for breakfast. The service was fast and absolutely great. This spot just opened in Henderson! I was excited to try it but was ultimately let down due to the lack of coffee flavor. I tried the Winter Chai Cold Brew (foam is very thin in texture and tasted watered down) at 1/4 sweetness and the Best Drink Ever (nice vanilla milk flavor but lost the coffee) at regular sweetness. At $5.50-$7.50 a drink, I thought it was on the expensive side and not the best tasting for an afternoon caffeine pick me up. Always love visiting this Better Buzz store! Stopped by for my second visit today to take care of some studies and was greeted by Kadian and Ashlee who took care of my Best Drink Ever beverage. They were super welcoming and helpful with recommending order suggestions, and my order arrived just as fast as getting it placed :) My coffee hit the spot after a long day at the office, and getting the Vanilla Cold Foam for the top to shake around and give it that extra creaminess and sweetness made it all the better. Anytime I go on previous occasions, I'll also get the Better Breakfast sandwich and add avocado to help make everything more filling. No matter the occasion, Better Buzz Coffee has always been one of my favorite coffee spots in Las Vegas, with it being the closest location to me, near the SW side (Hopefully more locations will open soon, including in that area!!). It is HOT outside! I needed a place with air conditioning to work for a bit while my kids were out on the soccer field for training. We aren't usually on this side of town, so I was excited to try a new coffee joint. Better Buzz provided an overall great experience. The service was fabulous, the coffee delicious. The atmosphere was fun, but the music was just too loud. Like, WAY too loud. The only other customer there was also working on a laptop, so it just wasn't the right ambiance for that. It wouldn't have been a great place to meet for a chat with a friend either, because there's no way you could hear each other. The coffee is worth a stop, but I suggest getting it to go. read more

Better buzz was one of my favorite coffee shops when I lived in San Diego! I came here on a saturday morning around 11am with my husband, we just missed the afternoon rush. When you walk in, theres bees and bright decor all around. You will feel like you are in a sunshine. There is a lot of open and natural lighting here. Food: 8/10 I ordered the avocado toast and an almond milk latte iced. the toast was very big, and thick. The feta added a nice tangyness to the dish. The avocado was more of a spread/guac than it was fresh avocados so keep that in mind when ordering! The almond milk latte was very creamy and the coffee was bold and flavorful (not too bitter) Price: 6.7/10 the avocado toast was around $10-12 which is on the steeper end for food i would purchase from a coffee shop. Coffee expect to pay around $6-7 depending if you add any milk alternatives or syrups. Staff: 7/10 The staff was very friendly and helpful, but since this place is also a drive through the wait time could be a bit longer. read more

Only problem I seen and witness store manager was something else..I believe her name was Emily was yelling at her employees in front of customers very unprofessional all the workers. There are all very pleasant and very helpful, but she should not be manager at all .. the embarrassment for that employee was so sad. She needs to be retrained or let go. We ordered through Door Dash and were pleasantly surprised. My husband ordered a blended mocha latte with coconut milk and myself a blended eggnog latte with coconut milk. Both were delicious, cold, and creamy the first time we ordered, but the second time they weren't as frozen and tasted a little watered down. Next time we hope to make it to the shop. Buzz buzz, I need a pick me up! I saw that Better Buzz recently opened near me and I knew I wanted to give it a try! I started 2025 with trying a new coffee spot since I wanted an afternoon pick me up before my toddler went down for a nap. I liked that the menu was organized and very easy to read. The Horchata iced latte sparked my sister's interest while I was curious about the orange matcha latte. The service was great and quick while even giving us a sample of their vanilla latte! This was my first time trying an orange matcha latte and while my tastebuds couldn't decide if they liked it or not, I know I'll be back because there were more drinks I wanted to try. The place is very clean with a decent amount of tables for dine in customers. We received friendly and patient employee recommendations. We ordered and received our coffee orders fairly quickly. They were all delicious and made well. I like this place better than other coffee shops! Happy to have this so close to home!! First tried this the morning after my son was born. My husband brought it for me to the hospital. After months of watching my caffeine and sugar it was nice to go loco and have a giant sugary latte. I had the Best Drink Ever. It was really good, albeit sweet. Nice for an every once in a while treat! I also had the Greek yogurt parfait. YUM. I already craved this again and stopped back in for it. Delish. The honeycomb in there is such a nice touch. My second visit I had the snickerdoodle latte and I liked that a bit better than the BDE. It wasn't quite as sweet. Went to Better Buzz on Saint Rose in Henderson. Nice place, centrally located, plenty of parking. Loved the decor, bright colors, awesome neon wall art, comfortable seating, love the bright yellow. The staff is lovely, super friendly and happy to be there. I ordered the mocha de Mexico and it was a bit disappointing, nothing in it taste uniquely of Mexico, it wasn't terrible but I expected more spices to come through the flavor. I also ordered the avocado toast, it was just ok, a bit bland honestly, the mashed avocado had no flavor. If they can tweak a few things this place has good potential. read more
