Food and coffee on point I don't care how expensive it is. There has never been an item on the menu that was not extremely delicious. Well-balanced and darn right delicious the staff is usually friendly and nice even first thing in the morning when you don't want to be and give the best pup cups. Fairly decent coffee spot although the wait times have been quite long and the order ahead option doesn't seem any faster. I've decided this won't be our next go to spot- the coffee isn't much cheaper than other locations and unfortunately the sandwiches just aren't good - the bread is just way too much without much egg or sauce to balance it. This is the first and only better buzz i have been too. My first visit was shortly after they opened, and has quickly become my favorite coffee shop. Jazz was the first barista I interacted with at Better Buzz and she really set the tone for the company (for me at least). She's so sweet, seems like she actually cares, and is just pleasant to be around. I've had a problem a couple of times with my drinks being made wrong or long wait times. However i don't even care because every time i've had a problem Jazz seems to be there and is always ready and willing to make it right. Amazing menu, the coffee taste amazing the food is delicious. The crew is friendly and nice but they don't know how to read. Been here multiple times and every time it takes 20-30 mins in the drive through. You would think waiting that long the drinks would come out perfect, but 4 times I've had the wrong size drink order. The crew spends more time talking to eachother than making sure the drink order is correct. I understand accidents happen and sometimes things are missed but being a reoccurring Incident makes this place not worth the risk. Be ready to spend 30+ minutes for your morning coffee just for the possibility of it being wrong. Management needs to step up and reduce customer facing chatting and distractions. I was really looking forward to this new coffee place, however, it was a huge disappointment. To start off, the coffee didn't taste great and it was burnt. I also ordered a matcha latte which tasted very bland and a little too sweet. There also isn't a lot of sugar variety on the coffee counter. In most coffee shops or cafes there's a wide slection of different types of sugar such as raw sugar, white sugar, sugar-free packets, etc. Whereas here, Better Buzz only has sugar-free packets for you to put in your coffee. I started developing a small migraine after 2 sips from my drinks because there wasn't regular suger. There is only one unisex bathroom and it was kind of dirty so overall this place needs a heavy overhaul. I would suggest going to Intazza, East Coffee, or The Press Espresso. So this is my first time to better Buzz coffee the day before Halloween at 7:19pm and I have to say I was very blown away by the most sweetest service ever! A helpful tip through the speaker drive through and then a wave while getting the coffee prepared and even checking the gluten free pastries when I was just simply asking if they carried gf pastries so they went above and beyond. Whole time calm kind and super professional. And the coffee choices were all so delicious I got the rose water latte can't wait ti try it. Most times it does take longer than I would like, but I am understanding of the fact that there will be growing pains right after a grand opening. I used to go to Better Buzz in San Diego everyday and really liked their service because it was quick and the food was good. Since then, I've moved to Temecula and was really excited when they decided to expand up north. The first time I came, I ordered a sandwich which took about 30 minutes to make. It seemed like a long time but if figured it was because it was busy and maybe they were training new staff. The second time, it took a similar amount of time and I was the only one in the coffee shop. I came back a third time, and I waited about 25 minutes for the same sandwich. Ordered 3 drinks at the drive up last night, 2 hot mochas and 1 latte. The drinks were so sweet that they were not drinkable, even after the first sip I took, the aftertaste lingered for over 10 minutes. At the time I didn't feel like going inside and explaining how to make the drinks correctly or even as for my money back. I figured this will be the first and last time we go here. We drove down the street to find a trash can. Then I drive to Starbucks got my drinks in a few minutes rather then waiting at better buzz window while 3 people try to figure out how to make the drinks. $18 down the toilet. This location has quite possibly the worst customer service ever. I pulled up to the drive-through around 12:45 PM on a Monday afternoon with one car ahead of me. As I was driving up to the menu screen & order microphone, the car ahead of me finished ordering & went ahead to the drive-through window. I started reading the menu and was greeted by a staff member who told me, "We'll be with you in a minute". What really ended up happening was, I sat there in my car and waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to take my order as I watched 3 other cars lining up behind me. Despite numerous times of saying, "Hello? I'm ready to order. Is anyone there?", no one came to take my order. This made no sense, as the location wasn't even packed or busy with customers inside, which you can see as you go through the drive-through. I ultimately ended up just leaving without my order ever being taken. The only positive from my trip to this location was how their drive-through has a lane wide enough to fit a second car pulling ahead to leave. Looks like they planned ahead for poor customer service & unsatisfied customers wanting to leave. What's the point of having a drive-through if no one knows how to run it? read more

Came here today, went into the drive thru and was immediately alerted that their system was down and it was going to be a 20-30 minute wait. I had time so it was no issue. During my time in line, multiple employees went out of their way to make sure I was updated and aware of the situation, and they apologized profusely. Amazing customer service despite the chaos they were dealing with. When I got to the window, I was greeted with free coffee of my choice for my trouble.
