I have NEVER once had one bad experience here. I have become a regular and they know me by name. Every morning I am here everyone is so kind and honestly it's so welcoming. I wish I remembered everyone's name (I feel bad for that) but everyone in the morning deserves everything amazing! The first time I visited Better Buzz was in a beach town where the wait was long and the service was curt. As a first timer, I found the menu less than helpful and when I asked staff what coffee could be made dairy free I was told the only option was black cold brew... which was far from true. The coffee was good but the experience was lacking. When a Better Buzz opened up just down the street from my house I decided to give them another shot. I studied the menu but when I reached the counter I was told I couldn't have a hazelnut latte ($5). I would have to order a hazelnut divinity ($7) remove the vanilla powder which has dairy and add another dollar for a milk alternative. Not sure why hazelnut syrup couldn't have been added to oat milk latte. Coffee was fine, staff was less than helpful. read more

I've been in several times and always loved it. All the employees have been super nice (especially Emily S.), and the coffee is so freaking good. I've tried most of the lattes, and a few of the teas, and I have yet to try something that I don't like. I don't usually love sweet drinks, but the "Best Drink Ever," is pretty bomb. It's almost comical to see all the 1-star reviews of unfair, ungrateful people complaining about wait times or even parking availability. It has taken a few minutes to get my drinks (no more than 15) despite it being packed and the store opening less than a month ago. There isn't a ton of seating, so if it's busy and you don't feel like sitting next to a stranger who is taking up 1 and three-quarters of another seat, then you may have to stand, but that's ok because there is a lot of standing room and things to lean on. There are also parking lots surrounding the entire building, so while you might have to park a little bit away, like Costco, I can almost guarantee that there is a spot. And if you don't feel like parking and walking for a minute, they have a long drive-thru that wraps around the whole place. And most of all, I feel like the employees care, both about the quality of the drinks and food, but also about the experience that you have. I've been in during both busy and slow times. During the slow times, I had some nice small talk with the employees without that awkwardness that usually accompanies interacting with strangers. During the fast times, I didn't feel rushed or like the employee was rude at all. I just really appreciate the levels of kindness I have been able to experience here. I placed a mobile order today, on a Sunday. i've never been to this location on a Sunday but i understand they were very busy, although that did not change their customer service one bit! They were a bit delayed on drinks which is totally understandable on a weekend, I was not upset at all. My drink finally came out about 10 minutes after my pickup time and this very kind lady with red hair walked me out my drink apologized , and proceeds to ask me if i would like one of their pastries. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the sandwich was good. We ordered 2 bacon, Chipada sandwiches and 2 coffees. We spent $38 and had to wait 25 minutes. They also got the order wrong. I've been going to better buzz for years and I was so excited that they decided to open up a location in my town. This coffee shop literally has all the goods. The pastries are fresh and honestly huge, so you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend the croissants and the orange chocolate chip scone. The coffee drinks and the teas are delicious and the quality is better than a lot of other coffee shops around here. You can just taste the difference. The atmosphere is bright, bold, and inviting. The interior is honestly a vibe and every location is a little bit different but i think that's why better buzz is more on the unique side. The service is great and the staff is always hard working, efficient, and welcoming. This place is a good place to go to work on your laptop, have some coffee with friends, and families to get out of the house. Also, if you haven't heard already they have an app which I like to use to order ahead when I'm in a rush. Coffee and food was great, but the service is HORRIBLE. I was prepared for the wait to be long since they just opened not too long ago. HOWEVER, I was NOT prepared to be blatantly ignored by multiple employees when trying to inquire about my sandwich that took 45 minutes to come out. I stood at the pickup counter for about 5 minutes while the older woman with blonde hair (who I assume is a manger) ignored me. Not once did she look up at me and ask if I needed anything. Once she was done assisting organizing the cups she informed the boy standing by her that she was now leaving. SHE STILL DIDN'T ASK IF I NEEDED ANYTHING. She said bye to him and walked to the back. Thankfully a very kind worker asked me if anyone had helped me, went to the back, grabbed my sandwich, and apologized for the wait. I usually get a ham and cheese croissant, custom order along with a Hazelnut Divinity custom order. When they get the order right, it is heaven. The quality control is not that consistent and as it stands, 3 out of 5 times they will get one or both items right. Recently I placed an order for the items above where they got the croissant right (delicious) but my 1/4 sweet request drink was so sweet, I hate to think what regular is like and they only filled the cup 3/4 of the way. I keep going back because I prefer the food and drink selection far more and there cups and lids are of good quality where at Starbucks, I lost count on how many times the lid popped off when picking up my drink or from leaking on my lap, but Starbucks service and speediness sets the bar. I don't bother getting in line at this Better Buzz unless there is at the most, one car present. I have been in line waiting 30-40 minutes which is a big deterrent if you are on your way to work. In contrast if there are 5 cars in line at Starbuck, there is a good chance I may wait up to 15 minutes. Place a mobile order, park, run in and pick it up if time is short. I was hoping this was going to be my next regular coffee destination but as it stands, the jury is still out. I am hoping management reads this and looks at this as an opportunity to be the David to the Goliath. Good luck read more

This means that although there are similar drinks and food items, they can have ingredients that make them more special, like the lavender in the blueberry and lavender lemonade. Took about 28 minutes to get our beverage, but I understand they are new and still learning. The reason for 2 starts is because their coffee tastes just like at any gas station, but the price is twice as expensive. We also order the Mocha Mexico and it was not good, for a beverage that costs almost 7$ for a large. I was hoping it would be tasty. So, for us it's way to expensive for what you get. Starbucks is cheaper and in my opinion has better tasting beverages. Maybe in few months after they adjust and get better, the quality may improve. read more

The staff is always super friendly and they're so kind to my dog when I go through the drive-through - Rowena always gets loves, pets, and a pup cup so we've made it a Friday/weekend ritual. My drink is always perfect. Annie is especially sweet and made our visit today super special. We were excited to know that a new coffee shop was opened in Temecula, and so to be supportive, we drove across town to give it a try. Parking was limited and the drive through line was creating a traffic block to the parking closest to the facility. Our order was taken promptly for 2 muffins, a small black coffee and an iced coffee. The iced coffee came up immediately. Then I waited with a large line of folks for the hot coffee and muffins . . .and waited . . .and waited . . .and waited. There is limited seating inside and the outside seating was in the open sun with limited umbrella shade. After 30 minutes I went to our cashier and asked if I could at least get the muffins, and she brought them to me. I asked how long it would be for the hot coffee. I took the muffins outside to my wife and then returned to the waiting line. The cashier, I had spoken to, went and filled a cup with hot coffee and brought it to me. It was too hot to sit outdoors so we took the coffee/and and went home. The place is too small, and frankly the coffee wasn't all that good where we will want to return. We have several other options in town and will continue to support them. We wish them luck. read more
