Today I ventured a little out of my way to shop at Jimbo's. Immediately upon entering the store I was struck by how bright, clean and inviting the store was and how engaging the employees were towards me. The restroom is clean, well stocked and the walls have a beautiful mural painted on them. I love all the signage throughout the store. It's easy to read and helps immensely to navigate the store. I got to the hot foods counter 5-10 minutes before they put out the rotisserie chickens. I could see one employee pulling the cooked birds from the oven and packaging them for sale. I was struck with how clean and neat everything was and the great care the employee in removing the chickens and preparing to be put in the hot case. As I was waiting I must of had 5 or 6 employees go out of their way to greet me and offer to assist me. I enjoyed looking at the cold case and the offerings. The real egg salad definitely caught my eye. I will definitely get on my next trip to Jimbo's. I also love that they sell cooked and hot breasts, thighs, legs and leg quarter in small quantities. It gives the shopper to just buy one package or multiple packages depending on much you need. The produce and fruit were amazing, well displayed and drew me in as did the bakery department. I enjoyed being able to go up and down the aisles that were well stocked and organized. I went to Jimbo's for a rotisserie chicken and left with several of goodness. My cashier Lisa was amazing. She was very friendly, engaging and very careful in handling my items while ringing my items. I also appreciated how carefully she bagged my items. I wish I could remember all the employee's names who checked on me, said hello, offered assistance and took care of me in a timely. I was short on time so I didn't get the chance to check out the deli area but what I did see from a distance looked amazing. Sure their prices are slightly higher than some bigger chain grocery retailers but the quality, freshness and ready made products put Jimbo's in a class of their own. I have just found where I will be doing all my grocery shopping from now on. JIMBO'S NATURALLY IS IN A CLASS BY ITSELF. Thank you for such a great shopping experience. The only thing is it's a little slow in getting the ingredients together to make the smoothies in the morning. Allow yourself 30 minutes from order to check out. Also, as I was rung up my second time, the cashier gave me a stamp card for smoothies. I told her I was there yesterday and no one offered it to me, but she apologized and wouldn't be able to give me a 2nd stamp, but if I ever forget one, I can ask for a new card and they can combine the stamps. But nine smoothies, get the tenth free! The store is clean and similar to Sprouts or Whole Foods. They have a salad bar, ready-to-go food, and a bakery.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mari, Caleb, Scott, and Giselle, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service they provided. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that I was in great hands. Each team member was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. Mari was incredibly attentive and made sure no detail was overlooked. Caleb brought expert technical skills and explained things clearly. Scott showed great leadership and kept everything running smoothly, while Giselle brought such a positive attitude and was always ready to help wherever needed. They worked together seamlessly and made the entire experience stress-free and even enjoyable. It's not often you come across a team that works with this level of care, respect, and efficiency. I highly recommend this crew for anyone looking for high-quality, dependable service. Thank you, Mari, Caleb, Scott, and Giselle--you all exceeded my expectations! -- Alan B. read more

The only reason I come to this location is because Kaidyin, the manager, is absolutely amazing. She runs such a strong, positive team. Everyone is sweet, welcoming, super clean, and they always bring great energy and humor. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do.
