sad to say it's not worth the hype, I was super excited to have a coffee place that wasn't Starbucks open near me. But it's safe to say it's not consistent. I've visited 3 times now getting the same drink, as well as having tried pastries and breakfast food. My drink tasted different every single visit. Drive through has long wait times, waiting anywhere from 10-15mins... they also don't have kids cups, which as a mom who wants a coffee and a treat for her kids is a BIG must for me. read more

As an independent delivery driver, I frequent this location often. The decor on the walls looks like something you'd expect in a honeycomb- it's inviting. The bathroom is clean. There is seldom a long wait and as soon as you open the door you're greeted. They have a nice lobby and an outside patio. I was lucky today. It was a training day for a new hire. As a result, there were some drinks sitting on the counter available free to the public. I selected the lavender tea iced latte. It was delicious! Not too sweet and very refreshing. read more

So excited to have Better Buzz in Avondale after visiting their locations in San Diego! The store is adorable, with decor centered around--yep, you guessed it--bees! It's such a fun and upbeat spot with a great vibe. My go-to order? The Three Seed Avocado Toast and the Iced Horchata Latte--both are absolutely delicious! Definitely a must-visit! read more

When this place opened I was so excited! The people are kind and the coffee is delicious every time! (Except for today) The last 2 times I have came the line was short so I thought it would be a quick grab and go, the amount of time it takes them to dispatch is just unreasonable to me. It took them about 20-25 min get through 3 cars Not even Starbucks takes this long and their lines are HUGE. read more

I truly don't understand why I'm not able to add the chocolate covered espresso beans to my iced coffee if I'm willing to pay the extra for it. I have gotten this drink 5 times with the chocolate covered coffee beans in it. And honestly this is the only reason why I go here for that specific add in. But this time I was told no they only do that for frozen coffees. And when I expressed that I've gotten it before Emily said she will be sure to let her team know they're not allowed to add that. read more

Ahhhhh! You made with the good-style croissant! Thank you! Unlike a number of coffee shops I was so pleased to discover a decent selection. My good friend had a cherry Danish and both were excellent, as was my iced americano and his hot coffee. It was busy, but bustly busy - pretty much full capacity in the dining area and matched by a very good energy back-of-house. Drinks and food were bought over quickly - seriously, no complaints, just repeat for a coffee shop down right read more

First time trying this place &I was looking for something other than the normal Starbucks & dutchbro's. They were so sweet! I got the Banana pudding shake which I will say the cookie on top was good but the flavor isn't as strong as I'd like it, it was good tho! And the best one which surprised me was the snicker doodle & was suggested by "Becky with the good hair" I made some coffee friends! Thank you to Cheyenne for my drinks & Leah! They were so sweet. The staff here is great! The inside doesn't have a ton of seating, but there was a small table available on a Saturday morning. I came for the OG deluxe acai bowl with gluten free granola, which was so good! One thing I wish is that they had more dairy free options, and that DF is more clearly labeled. They do have dairy alternative milks, but a lot of their specialty drinks (and powders) contain dairy. There's other shops that cater better to the dairy free world. I will come here for the friendly staff and the delicious acai bowls, but unfortunately it's not my go to spot for coffee. read more

Caramel Vanilla Best Drink Ever, I know long name but this drink is so delicious. Typically it is on the sweeter side so definitely get 1/2 sweet if you don't want too much sugar. I went here once before. Got a marshmellow cold brew which was ok but finished super fast (filled to top with ice). Next i went i noticed u could order w no ice which i did. Went to pick up and saw they filled a large 16 oz cup not even halfway (mind u its wider at the top so its prob only 6 oz of cold brew). When I asked if they would fill it up, they said that they can't because of caffeine regulations or some bs. I laughed. $7 for 6oz of cold brew. My friend got a drink there too before and said the blended drinks tasted iced down. sounds like their whole goals to make drinks with tons of ice to save money. So if you're into that, you'll probably love it here. read more

San Diego prices in Phoenix makes this a bummer. The team was still pretty new, and had trouble navigating their own POS. They definitely were trained on upselling. Check your receipts! I visited on 10/20 and I had uploaded $35 to my app as a promo was going on. My total was $12 and change, the person working took my phone to scan the QR code, crumbled the receipt and walked away. I noticed after that my app balance was $20 and change, I can only assume he added a tip to my total. I wrote an email via the website, auto reply confirmed I would get a response in 2-3 days and I haven't heard anything. I typically tip, but when I'm not asked, this feels like stealing. We were expecting a pastry shop but when we walked in we realized it is a sourdough store! They hand make everything fresh in house! We decided to try a cinnamon roll and ham and cheese croissant which were both delicious. After discovering all the different breads they had we decided to take one home with us- jalapeño cheddar and boy was it fabulous! We used it for a grilled cheese one night and turkey sandwich another! The prices here are fair. There is seating if you want to eat there. They also serve coffee/drinks and sourdough pizza but we didn't try any of that. It just gives us an excuse to come back! Customer service was good and fast as well!!

We decided to stop by Better Buzz Coffee to try a couple of their specialty drinks, and it definitely lived up to the hype! We ordered the Banana Matcha Latte and the Banana Pudding Latte. The Banana Matcha Latte was smooth, refreshing, and had the perfect balance of earthy matcha with just the right amount of banana flavor. It wasn't overly sweet, which made it easy to enjoy from start to finish. The Banana Pudding Latte was my favorite! It tasted just like banana pudding in drink form--creamy, rich, and full of flavor without being overpowering. If you're a fan of banana desserts, this drink is a must-try. The café itself was clean, modern, and had a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, our drinks came out quickly, and you could tell they were made with care. It's a great place to grab a coffee, catch up with friends, or get a little work done. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back to try more of their drinks and food menu. read more

I always come to this coffee shop but today it was alittle slow moving in the drive and when I pulled out I noticed I didnt get cold foam on my drink at all so I went inside and Alyssa helped me. She was so sweet and apologetic about the drive experience cause im sure I seemed alittle moody but after talking back and forth with her I left with a smile and am happy to come back. She got me a pastry on her and made me feel better about my visit here next time ill probably go in so she can help me again! read more

This coffee shop has been in my list for a while, and I am so glad I finally came! It was hard to pick one item on the menu. And I landed with the Cinnamon Pistachio Best drink ever. It was so delicious! I didn't realize I needed the convo. This was also recommended by the barista who was very sweet and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean and the whole environment was aestheticly pleasing as soon as I came in. I am def coming back again to try the best of the menu. read more
