My interaction with all of the staff, be it the front desk to the nurses to the PA's and doctors has been very positive. Clearly they care and it shows in their bedside manner, patience to clarify the silliest of doubts and sheer courteousness. The treatment approach is also very methodical & logical which I personally find to be a good practice. On the rare occasion that I had to make an urgent appointment, they did accommodate very well. Recently they shifted to a different location on Hollister Dr (from the previous one on Milwaukee Av). The office has a good, clean & comforting environment - nothing fancy but that's not what am looking for anyways. North Shore Primary Care, Dr. Weiss and her team are someone whom I would surely recommend to family & friends.

Not only did my English improve, but I also gained much more confidence speaking in professional settings. Colleagues at work even noticed the improvement in my communication. Sofia used a variety of techniques tailored to my specific needs and goals. She was always supportive and willing to answer questions, even when I brought in exercises and practice from other speech therapy apps. I appreciated how flexible and personalized her approach was rather than following a rigid curriculum. If you're looking to improve your English communication skills and build confidence, Sofia is an excellent speech therapist and coach.
