I highly recommend this location and their therapists…read more I came to this location for physical therapy for my frozen shoulder, and the staff here are the reason I stayed committed and completed my treatment. The therapy providers--Vanya, and Cole--are incredibly motivating. Their positive energy creates a relaxed environment, which makes the entire treatment process feel much more manageable. Vanya was my primary therapist, and her care was both thoughtful and consistent. She always explained what she was doing and reassessed my progress along the way, which made me feel confident in my treatment. Emily and Joe were also a big part of my experience. They made the stretching routine feel less repetitive and much more engaging. Anytime I had questions about insurance or scheduling, Maricrus was quick to respond and always offered helpful guidance and solutions.

I went to sports and ortho and Dalia did a number of tests on me, and to my surprise found that I had no back problem. She pointed out that I had limited mobility and placed me on a program that within 1 month was not only back running, but no longer had pain from sitting or lying down. It seemed to good to be true. Dalia and her staff were truly caring and made the days that I was there a pleasure. I can't thank them enough for helping me active again. While I was there, I saw how much they truly cared for all there patients. Any time they had a new patient it seemed they were exhilarated to help them. John E

Room is larger than most hospital rooms and has a nice setup with a mini-fridge like a pretty large dorm for 2 people. Dad was chillin like a villain. Food is better than the local hospitals or the crappy Citadel and their level of care was good to my Dad... he like most of Boomers... was annoy af most of the time and they handled it well Note: their idea of PT is not as solid as an outpatient therapy location... dont expect that level of service.

My mother was in Hospice at Brandel till about a week ago due to her passing. I would like to point…read moreout that during her stay that the majority of the staff showed a great deal of care and empathy so she could feel comfortable in her final days. Almost all those who cared for her when I was present did so in a very professional manner upon my observation. Overall I feel it is an excellent facility though I do have a few questions. I noticed that there are not any cameras there. One morning when I arrived earlier than usual and there was a situation I found alarming in my mother's room so I approached the only staff I saw present at the time to alert her. The staff member did not seem happy that I pointed what I saw out and was belligerent. I wanted to report this yet when I tried I was told that the staff member said I invaded her personal space which I didn't and that there were witnesses. Actually though I never invaded her space and since her and I were the only ones in the room I don't see how there could have been witnesses. Saying this though highlights the fact that if there were cameras it would allow those in charge to see what really happened. Safety inside and outside of facilities like this is important for many reasons.
