When we first entered the facility, JOE, a very experienced therapist saw and recognized us from previous sessions, and immeidiately came over to welcome us back. It's a comforting, "Cheers" feeling "where everyone knows your name" and isssues, and in this case my mother, who was returning for physical therapy. As always, my mother is looking forward to her PT because she always feels better when she leaves than she did when she came in! The Keep You In Pain "Institute"!…read more Dana called me after my terrible first appointment for feedback. The doctor took that feedback personally, and was standoff-ish with me during my next appointment where they asked me to come back. Shannon and the staff there are nice but they don't listen to you and certainly don't care about helping you. Avoid this place at all costs. They call themselves an "institute" but there's no thinking outside of the box. There's no learning here or an openness to do so. Nor is there any adaptation to patients' needs. In particular, younger patients. They mostly seem to "treat" elderly people. They're therapy is mostly the therapists watching you do exercises you could probably do at home. The small bit of hands-on stuff they did wasn't helpful. They will rope you in with false promises then suggest expensive out of pocket treatments like PRPs. They also like to call you incessantly if you don't answer right away instead of just leaving a brief message. If I didn't answer the first 3 times why keep calling and not simply leave a message?! In the end, I wasted a lot of time and money bothering with this place and suggest you not do the same. If you have rare or persistent chronic pain issues you're better off avoiding this place. I'd write more but Yelp doesn't allow you to type that much for reviews.

One thing I cant stand coming to Dr offices is being scheduled to see your Dr at noon and then not seeing her until 12:45. This was not the case. The staff here is warm and friendly (and they all wear cool watches). I met with Dr Russo who was very professional and personable. I felt she took her time with me and didnt rush the evaluation. The nice thing about this place too is they can perform X-rays, P/T, and are able to write prescriptions too. I recently went for P/T and they made me go outside to get these services, i.e. Rx, X-rays, etc. If this area is a great locale for you to get P/T, then I highly recommend them.

All the staff are friendly, professional and helpful too -- Kristy the other regular therapist and Julie on reception. The staff here work really hard to get you better, I've had more sessions than I care to count -- making progress, I should add! -- and I've watched them working with other patients, not just me. Everyone gets a fantastic level of input. The mood is light, the intention is serious - to get you back to full functioning again! The therapists give you so much of their own effort & energy, alongside your own, honestly I wonder how they can keep it up. But they do! Oh of course the facility is clean and bright, very well-equipped -- and prompt, friendly driver Diane is available to take you if you can't get there under your own steam. This service was so helpful for me! Just totally impressive, what a well-run, positive place. If you need physical therapy, I don't think you can find a better facility.
