The therapy providers--Vanya, and Cole--are incredibly motivating. Their positive energy creates a relaxed environment, which makes the entire treatment process feel much more manageable. Vanya was my primary therapist, and her care was both thoughtful and consistent. The traditional approach being 30 minutes with the therapist, then 30 minutes doing exercises with the tech. He does not follow this format. Instead, he takes the time to listen to you and tailors a recovery program suited to your needs. The one on one care on site and accessibility was genuine and helped me understand my recovery and previous setbacks. I am amazed more PT clinics don't operate this way- I think there would be a lot less of us in PT then. Booking: First appointment made over phone and subsequent ones made on site and they accept most insurance. Parking: Ample parking in lot. Location: A bit tricky to find as it is in a plaza so allot an additional 5-10 minutes for your first visit.

Almost all those who cared for her when I was present did so in a very professional manner upon my observation. Overall I feel it is an excellent facility though I do have a few questions. I noticed that there are not any cameras there. One morning when I arrived earlier than usual and there was a situation I found alarming in my mother's room so I approached the only staff I saw present at the time to alert her. The staff member did not seem happy that I pointed what I saw out and was belligerent. I wanted to report this yet when I tried I was told that the staff member said I invaded her personal space which I didn't and that there were witnesses. Actually though I never invaded her space and since her and I were the only ones in the room I don't see how there could have been witnesses. Saying this though highlights the fact that if there were cameras it would allow those in charge to see what really happened. Safety inside and outside of facilities like this is important for many reasons.

One thing I cant stand coming to Dr offices is being scheduled to see your Dr at noon and then not seeing her until 12:45. This was not the case. The staff here is warm and friendly (and they all wear cool watches). I met with Dr Russo who was very professional and personable. I felt she took her time with me and didnt rush the evaluation. The nice thing about this place too is they can perform X-rays, P/T, and are able to write prescriptions too. I recently went for P/T and they made me go outside to get these services, i.e. Rx, X-rays, etc. If this area is a great locale for you to get P/T, then I highly recommend them.

After only a few weeks, his therapist went on medical leave for a month (she is still not back), and there was no one for my son to work with while she was gone. You would think an occupational therapy practice would do the bare minimum and assign someone else to work with their child clients while their therapist was gone. I am a therapist myself and cannot believe how unprofessional they are. So disappointed and angry at how my son has been treated there. Do NOT send your child here.
