The grounds are beautifully kept, and the walking trails are lovely. The staff here is very caring and first rate. They really took time to keep us updated on progress and did so much to help our family. Even the chaplain took time to visit my dad regularly. We were able to attend one of the Sunday non-denominational church services, and the music and message were punctuated by the breath-taking chapel and stained glass window. My father's only complaint was the food, but he was on a very restricted diet. It certainly smelled great in the halls during meal times. I highly recommend this place.

Our toddler just finished PT after about 7 months of PT with Emily. She is sweet, down to earth and has been so great and helpful guiding us to help our kiddo. He took to her quick and really enjoyed being with her. We are beyond grateful in the support we got from Emily! Kristin at the front desk is also so sweet and welcoming when you walk in the door. It was only when I reached home I realize that not only his button is missing but he has blue mark right under that area on his chest and surprisingly no one knew what happened. 2. My child cries every-time I drop him for almost 5 months now because the therapists keep changing and are extremely unprofessional. 3. I was never even informed of the data analytics site where parents can access their child's progress. It was only after I asked the gave me login. 4. The BCBA won't reply until a couple of days later when asked about an injury or any concern that I had over my child. 5. When I asked about potty training they said we'll do that next summer or next year. 6. I was told I will get parent training but when I inquire they said there wasn't any consent from BCBA. I am extremely disappointed with this place. Initially they were nice and keep forcing you for reviews along with BCBA's name but right after and treat you differently.

They clean one corridor after another and when all 4 wings are done, they start all over. The staff is wonderful- warm, friendly, caring, skilled, kind and dedicated. Even staff who was not assigned to my brother that day would stop in to say hello or share a joke or talk about sports. Some even stopped by on their days off to check in on my brother. I would say that for many of them, this is not just a job, but a calling. The care they gave was gentle, compassionate, patient, tender, respectful. They work hard to preserve their patients' dignity. My brother knew he was loved, not only by our family, but also by his Wynscape family. I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone on the staff. They regularly stopped what they were doing to provide help and assistance. The rehab staff is also excellent - encouraging, professional, attentive. The food is very good and the staff went out of their way to make sure my brother ate. The staff not only attended to the needs of my brother but were also very attentive and responsive to our family. From entering the facility to the time one leaves, the warmth and caring provided are evident. If I ever need skilled or long term care, this is the place I would choose. I am so very grateful for the care they rendered to my brother in his last year.

However, if you are contemplating this pediatric clinic versus another one...I would recommend that you really take the time to ask questions, view the facilities, and make an educated decision on which place to enroll your child. The clinic is nice and big, and it includes a large gym, small gym, and individual therapy rooms. They offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services to the pediatric population.
