They ask me for a convenient day and I replied Saturday, 8th of August (morning). I get an appointment set for August 8th @ 830 am. They confirmed the appointment and also message me that they are now available at 7 am everyday except for Sundays. I asked them for the current fee and they replied "$85 for an individual visit." They mentioned the package price for multiple visits. I replied I don't live in the USA anymore so I'll just pay the $85 per visit rate. The night before the appointment I received a confirmation text from them. I confirmed right back. The next morning I arrived at 825 am. Doors were locked and nobody was inside. I waited 20 minutes. Nobody. I texted several times thinking someone may have been running late. No response. Mind you they had just messaged me the night before that they are now open at 7 am yet nobody was there. They later messaged me saying they had no record of any appointment for me in spite of receiving a confirmation text 12 hours ago along with my response. They apologized and said I told them I didn't live in the country anymore. I acknowledged that and said but we booked the appointment after that conversation plus you guys confirmed the appointment the evening before and I replied back that I'd see you tomorrow. They told me that I could reschedule. I asked if they could discount me for my wasted hour of time and wasted trip/gas and the messaging stopped. Completely unprofessional. They make a mistake, I wassted an hour of my day plus travel time/gas and don't offer me any compensation for my time. I would not work with this company.

Not only did it help us get through the endless nights of crying, but it provided us a way to stay calm and use strategies to help the little one relax. I have, however, been dealing with what I deem inappropriate behavior and have been doing everything in my power to talk to someone about it. I have reached out to the corparate office and beleive it or not was transferred to a third party entity to report my issues. That third party is located in some thrid world nation!!!! I am to try and explain my issues with someone whose first language is not english! Let'st start there. There is also a significant delay when conversing with this individual due to internet connection or whatever the reason but it is MADDENING and unprofessional. Also, these overses agents speak from a script. There is no real conversation to be had at all. I am going to ATI's flagship location. Location #1. I am in a situation where I do not feel comfortable continuing my healing under the circumstances but I am 10 visits in. Almost $400 out of pocket is my responsibility. I am mere minutes from their Bolingbrook Corporate Office but I cannot get a phone call back from anyone. Not one soul has called me even though I was promised a phone call this past Monday 1/20. I was assured someone, Chad, perhaps would call me 100% and nothing. How is this acceptable????? I am beside myself. I did not go in today for my 12:30 scheduled appointment and no called me despite me making several attempt to call them at 630-455-6630. It just rings and rings and rings then goes to a fast busy, I also called the corporate office at (630) 296-2223. Also no answer at all. I will post this everywhere until I get a response. This is upending my recovery and care. Sad from an entity who is supposed to help with said recovery.
