We have been going there for 5 years now with my 3 girls (10, 8, & 5) and we are so happy with our care. The girls see Dr Breen regularly and she has gone above and beyond to help me deal with lots of surprising medical issues my children have had in the past 5 years. She took the time to talk with me and help guide me when some of my older daughters' specialists didn't agree on the route of care. And she is so knowledgeable, when I am in with one of my girls if I need to ask about the others, she remembers everything and can easily keep up with me when I am switching from kid to kid, which is very impressive. When we go in for sick visits, all of the doctors are very helpful and easy to work with! They always listen and have also helped from the sick visits with recommendations for my kids overall care. We also have an HMO so I work very closely with Jennifer, the referral coordinator, who is beyond amazing! She responds quickly and is always very helpful. With my 3 kids at some points, we were seeing up to 10 specialists, and Jennifer got me the referrals I needed quickly and has also gone above and beyond just being an amazing supportive person to work with and helping a mom navigate all these appts, tests, procedures, etc that her kids have needed!

Manager needs to update the software or train front desk correctly I asked for my kids medical records and said she "no you have to pay the balance first" I have a child with ADHD and need records for treatment but still she said they had rights to withhold my kids medical records. I did what I'm suppose to after calling my attorney I printed out release of medical record form filled it in went in to turned it in and now I shall see if they have the right or not. Office has 30 days otherwise they will hear from my attorney. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE PRACTICE OUR CHILDREN DESERVE DOCTORS THAT ACTUALLY CARE. All they do is pile fees and bills and they always have to be right.

My son who has been a patient since infant is now 12 and recently diagnosed with autism. When we arrived, we had a bit of a challenge. We showed up at 8:50 AM, 10-minutes before our appointment. A little after 9, they opened the door and said our appointment was at 10. We showed them the confirmation, but they hadn't yet. About 10-minutes went by before they let us in. So, confusion about the time was an issue but they apologized and rectified it within 10-minutes. So, they did make it up, but it did cost them a point. The tests were painless, of course, and took a few minutes. THE VERY NEXT DAY we had our results. We've taken a number of these tests since they were available and most took longer. Overall, it was a good experience. I can't speak at all to their other services, but I think they do a nice job with their COVID tests.

I don't know why nurse practitioners are in the legal business. But as it turns out, the lawyer was a fraud and was not representing me at all. I can't help but wonder if my employer didn't send me here for this experience. I called Bianca about it and she started yelling at me telling me I was mentally ill. She sent me discharge papers from our phone call stating that I was delusional and hostile. I was certainly hostile but delusional is a medical diagnosis. That's not typically how diagnosises are made. They don't seem to care much about human beings at all here.
