My trainer at Performance EDU (Collin LaPorte) has the experience and training to help me work on various parts of my body, focusing on different muscle groups each session. My best friend has been working out here for two years so this recommendation comes from her as well. The owner, Matt, was quick to respond when I gave the gym a call and provided amazing customer service! He even swung by the gym and introduced himself. Gym is fully equipped with several cardio machines (stairmaster, bikes, treadmills), free weights, benches, turf area, cable machines, resistance machines, two squat racks and much more. In addition, for an extra cost, you can have access to their Recovery Room which has infrared saunas, compression boots for lowerbody (I believe hips too), and massage guns. There are also small lockers that are available for use during your workout. The gym is very clean and all of the equipment is well-maintained. This is my first time at a privately owned gym and I can see why people lean towards em. If you're local, I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out and getting a membership. I will definitely be coming back here anytime I'm up here visiting! Thanks again, Matt!!
