I'm starting to think this company is simply a scam whereby they remove appliances with the idea of "fixing" them -- all the while knowing that no sane person would pay what they ask. They then keep the appliances and sell them second hand. It's just what I think having gone through this experience. Company should not be in business. Partout vermeiden. We personally took in our Jura coffee machine for repairs at the end of last year. It took 3 weeks and not one week. We were never phoned, always had to phone them. The rudest receptionist! The original problem seemed to be fixed and then 2 weeks later it started only working now and then and giving all sorts of different error messages. So we took it back in January. Same incompetent receiptionist. And they're always terribly busy, so can only look at your machine after a week (don't look very busy to me!!) So after 2 weeks I phone again (no one contacted us). They only looked at the tray that was stuck and I had to explain AGAIN all that was wrong (This time I think I spoke to the manager, I think, and he couldnt understand why I was so upset with them????) So then after 3 weeks I phone AGAIN and they said the machine had been ready for 3 days already, but NO-ONE phoned to notify us. So we fetched it and lo and behold - now it doesn't work AT ALL. So somehow they managed to break a machine while trying to fix a small thing. After all the bad reviews I cannot understand how they can still operate!! I am HIGHLY disappointed with their service and will probably have to pay some other company to fix what they messed up!!! (Probably no hope of getting our money back)

Erstmal mussten wir unterschreiben, dass eventuell eine Reparatur der Mechanik nichts bringen würde, was wir auch dummerweise gemacht haben. Die versuchte Reparatur der Mechanik kostete uns 300 Euro und war erfolglos. Das schlimmste war, dass nach der "Reparatur" noch mehr Wasser aus dem Kühlschrank rausgelaufen ist als zuvor. Früher mussten wir einmal pro 3 Tage Wasser aus dem Kühlschrank schöpfen, zurzeit müssen wir es 2 mal pro Tag tun. Durch die "Reparatur" wurde der Zustand des Kühlschranks verschlechtert. Hinzu kam, dass die Gefrierschranktür ein paar Beulen in Kniehöhe bekommen hat. Ich war in diesem Zeitraum in Telefonkonferenz im Home Office und konnte nicht dabei sein. Der Techniker hat behauptet, er hätte die Gefrierschranktür nicht angerührt. Die Firma schlug vor, dass sie in einem weiteren Reparaturversuch die Elektronik tauschen, ohne Aussicht auf Erfolg. Diese neue Reparatur wäre viel teurer ausgefallen. Wir hätten eventuell insgesamt 1000 Euro für nichts hinblättern müssen. Eine Rückzahlung eines Teils der Kosten hat die Firma abgelehnt. Ein Tipp: Seien Sie misstrauisch, unterschreiben Sie nichts und zahlen Sie nichts, auch keine Vorauszahlungen, bevor es nicht klar ist, welche Gesamtkosten auf Sie zukommen. Achtung: Abzocke!

They charged me 250€ for this, which felt like a very high price. After they left, I opened my oven to find that the glass in the front door had been dislodged from its seal and was flopping around. When we turned the oven on, the front door became dangerously hot to the touch, now that the vacuum seal was broken. I wrote to the company 3 times (in German) asking them to send someone to fix the door. They have never replied to me. I asked my bank to return the funds to my account, but this company only takes cash or bank transfers, the latter of which is how I paid and I guess really difficult to get your money back under SEPA laws. I asked my bank what the best process is to ensure my money is returned, and they said to ask the police to come to the shop with me. What a nightmare! Run from these guys... even if they come to your home on Christmas Eve. They are not worth a cent.

It was quite easy to find but parking was a bit more tricky - as there is a supermarket and other shops in the same complex. They spoke pretty good English and the guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even told me to check my coffee machine box to see if I had an extra 1 year warranty for filling in a questionnaire. Just had an email to say my machine is fixed and ready for pickup (only took 3 working days!) Overall, great friendly service!
