It would have cost me over 100 euros. Daniel honestly told me, that he couldn't guarantee the laptop would work as it was so old. Therefore saving me money, and putting him out of pocket. The worst repair shop ever. I sent my Macbook for repair and the staff said it will take two weeks…read more In the end it took more than 6 weeks, and they even failed. During the delay time, they never reached me actively. Each time I called for checking the progress, they just kept saying the repair would be done the next week, and obviously not. They just didn't care!! No doubt the worst repair service I've ever had. (updated) After I went to the shop and complained, they found a way to fix my MacBook, did a detail system check and didn't charge me anything. It was a good service in the end, so I changed the rating to 3 stars

But nevertheless the servie person that gave me that information was very confidence to do so at Oppelner Str. 6. I got the feeling I was an idiot to go there because of my Asus Laptop, because now they would only repair or maintain Apple products. And he told me, that it would be no big thing to go some houses along (although for me it was a big deal at that cold in December and my personal obstacles regarding such laptop affairs. There it looked quite comfortable and big compared to the place I had to go afterwards. When I arrived at the other service point there was only one lonesome man, that obviously had nothing to do in that small working office. And moreover, when I told him my journey up to now because of a lose connection ad how much it costs, he told me he could understand. He could understand why I had to pay 100 € without having any result? I was irritated. Moreover he agreed without having a look that it could be my motherboard and it would be expensive to solve the problem. Although I told him the circumstances of my insight regarding a lose connection. I got no ear, no respect, no worthening of my opinion and felt how many people feel, when entering an EDV Shop for help. We feel like idiots, because they wanna make us feel like that according to a high bill that we shall pay! I said thanks and left. Location is…read moresimply great, right to to the U-Bahn station Alexanderplatz exits and not far away from the S-Bahn station. As I heard this is the second biggest Saturn in Berlin. Brilliant! This Saturn have really nice system, you could find whatever you are looking for very easily, there are lots of informations around. Since they have enough space, that allow them offer even more, you could try out some newest and most popular stuff. There are also game consoles experience area here, when you are bored and just wandering around, why not come here play some games. And I do like their movies and music collections here, lots of options. The staff here are quite friendly and pretty helpful. They will have no problem to help you out, even sometime it's really troublesome. If you come here in day time, you could have a really nice view above Alexanderplatz. At night, this building of Saturn lights their lights up, which look really cool! Overall, I come to this place quite often, really like it. It's not only because this is bigger than most of the Saturns in Berlin, also most of the products seem cheaper than others. The service of Saturn is always the other reason I like this company much.
